It is better to wait after the consolidation, then the price could drop briefly, that is the time to buy some.
It is very difficult to say. But when the price drops below $11, I might buy some. It depends on the news at the time. I will set a limit order around $10. I think the developers still have some Etheruem themselves, they will keep it alive. The Ethereum price is $16.5 at the moment. It will have to drop 40% to reach the $10 level. Goood luck. The price reached $18.9 today. That is another all time high. I am wondering who is buying the Etheruem now. Rumour is that quietly the banks have been ordered to fill their books with ETH due to successful proto type of new financial blockchain running Ethereum. If that rumour is true, the price would have been $50 or $100, not just $18 now. But that is a good rumour any way. The key word in the rumour is 'quietly'. Large bulk orders would indeed spike the price but spike it even for the banks. Which, knowing banks and bankers, they don't want. |

The price is so high now. I am not sure if I should buy more. Is any new good news in the pipe line shortly? Well I have my ear to the ground in the financial districts of London and rumour has it that the large banks are investing greatly into the Ethereum blockchain and have instructed their futures departments to bulk buy ETH and DAO. Hence the price growths we are currently witnessing. |

I think ethereum's price performance has been great, just seems to me like the supply policies may not best lend themselves to ether becoming a good, long term store of value. But still reading up on it.
It is much better than I expected. I thought it could go below $7 after the end of May. But it is still above $13. The Etheruem price is surprising strong. The price is still over $14 at the moment. That is after the big jump of bitcoin price. I am surprised too. I was hoping to get in at around $7 Need to wait a bit longer. Enjoy the wait. |
