4401  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Referral bonuses are waste of time on: September 03, 2023, 05:06:10 AM
This is one of the most effective way to gain referrals, offering a free balance to anyone who joined under the link or give to random users among those who joined. It is good to get many referrals but it is not good to get real gamblers because most people who are joined because of the offer are those who try to get free money only without a great intention to gamble with their own money after register. If the influencer want to get more commission, the best or the most effective way is to held a competition or tournament for the referrals where the influencer give bonuses for the most active referrals.
Influencers commonly use this method to attract people to join using their referral link so that both parties benefit. Influencers get lots of people joining under them, while people get bonuses from influencers. This way of promotion works well and if there are people who join under it using big money, it will be a bonus for the influencer. Influencers will also share more bonuses with people.

And even if people join just to make money because of offers from influencers, these methods can at least have the potential to get people who will use big money to gamble. Holding a competition or tournament for his referrals can also be a solution to see which of his referrals are actively playing gambling so he can make special notes about his referrals.
4402  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Still not a safe practice even if it works on: September 02, 2023, 12:42:11 PM
play by the rules, but some countries do prohibit entering gambling sites so they use a VPN to access gambling websites. it doesn't matter, there should be no cheating in using a vpn . it has no impact on their assets, wins or losses. it's just that some people think it's like cheating.
It is simply because your country is restricted and you are trying to access the site even if you are not allowed in the first place, again you have to play by the rules and if you are not allowed to gamble then better not to try. There are cases already that those who gamble using VPN suffer from a loss because the site caught then and they can’t withdraw their money anymore because they violated the rules in the first place.
@Johnyz is correct because it could harm us later if the casino finds out that we have used a VPN to be able to play gambling at the casino. And when we win big, we may be asked to do KYC, especially if we are from a country where gambling is prohibited and we are using a VPN. Therefore, it is better for us to find a casino that allows us to use a VPN to avoid future problems. We can also look for other casinos that accept our country so we don't need to use a VPN at all. And when we do KYC, we can also directly provide the documents to the casino.
4403  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Socialtournaments-A way to stop gambling addiction on: September 02, 2023, 12:12:25 PM
The answer will be maybe or no because it depends on each person participating in the tournament. If they can still control themselves and are still willing to prevent gambling addiction or even try to cure their gambling addiction, they will not focus too much on gambling. Still, maybe they will participate in tournaments more often. They will not think about gambling in a casino and using their money because they can participate in the tournament and not use their money.

But if the person is still thinking about making money from gambling, they will probably continue to gamble at the usual casino. They will only keep trying to win and will not stop before they win. But with the tournament, one of the ways to attract them to the tournament is instead of them spending the money in the casino and they can also get the money if they win. But there will be another problem: they will think about the tournament and how they can win in the next tournament.
4404  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has your Responsible Gambling had any of these Effects on You? on: September 02, 2023, 11:39:04 AM
The answer will be relative because we are talking about the impact on the people around us. Maybe someone has earned or been able to increase their finances because they can get a win from gambling so that the money can help them save more. Of course, the winnings we get can help to meet urgent needs because we can prepare the money to be saved for a while and only used if there is an urgent need. However, some people will use their winnings to increase the balance in their gambling accounts to win even more.

Of course, we don't need to go into debt just to play gambling and we can already have a budget for gambling so it doesn't interfere with finances in our family. In addition, we can meet our family's needs, including meeting urgent needs. We can get all that if we can control our gambling habits and become responsible gamblers.
4405  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you cheat in gambling? on: September 02, 2023, 11:16:33 AM
Cheating is not in my personal character but since childhood I hate cheating and those involved in cheating. I have not indulged in any act of participating in cheating in my educational life, I have not supported myself in any heinous act like cheating in gambling. I have never done, nor encouraged anyone to do, how to cheat at gambling and cheat anyone through cheating.
You can say that but not other people, especially those who have often cheated. And if they want to do anything else, they will think about cheating because it has become their habit. And even if they gamble, they may think about how they can cheat the casino and when they find a way to cheat, they will try.

And they can get something out of their cheating but usually, it won't last long because they got it from the wrong path. And yes, I agree that we don't need to cheat on anything so we won't have any problems. People who still often cheat can reduce their habit and don't even cheat anymore.
4406  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I will pass KYC later is a bad idea on: September 02, 2023, 10:50:25 AM

Good point, but even legit casinos (or other businesses) can have customer data information "leaks" which I suspect, a lot of times, could be due to some rogue employees stealing and selling data on the dark market. This happens on all levels, including banks.

I know some people who got their identity stolen because of some leaks in the place where they work and it really turned out bad because they used their identity for cellular fraud and other scam activities. It didn't turn out well and the guy needed to pay lots of money just to clear his name and they never tracked the one who did it. thankfully he is fully cleared now and very careful when it comes to sharing his personal information, he even uses his real name in his social media account due to his past trauma. The poor man was just a fish vendor in the market and was suddenly taken by some police because of someone who stole his identity.
It's also a pity if a person like that has been accused of doing illegal things even though he didn't do anything. But that's what happens when we use real identities to register with third parties that we don't even know very well. People should start thinking about this and always be careful if they want to pass on their true identity to third parties. They may have to ensure that the third party can really maintain the confidentiality of all its members who have submitted their documents to their third party.

I have also heard that something similar happened in my area and I feel that this fraud must be stopped by increasing vigilance from the users themselves. They must protect their identity well and not carelessly hand it over to third parties. They need to check everything before doing KYC on a site, not just in a casino, because fraud can happen anywhere we might never expect.
4407  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Rant: Casinos should hire people who knows about what they do on: September 02, 2023, 10:21:44 AM
It is a problem for a casino if they hire a support agent but they don't know anything about the casino. It seems like the agents should get training from the casino so that if a member asks about the casino, they can explain it in detail. We don't know what it means for casinos to hire people who know nothing about casinos or maybe it's because the wages for these people are so low that casinos can cut costs. But that doesn't make sense because a casino is a business so the owner must have a team that really understands his casino.

After all, support service agents are people who interact directly with members, even strangers, and they should be able to explain many things about the casino or answer questions raised by members. Hopefully the casino can replace people who understand more about the casino so they can answer any questions from their members. You can write an email to the casino about this and see what the casino has to explain.
4408  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots with the purchase of bonus games - is it good or bad? on: September 02, 2023, 09:54:26 AM
There is no guarantee of getting a much higher bonus than buying a bonus because in playing slots, you have to be lucky to win. Maybe you can get a few dollars but maybe the winning amount will not be very big. Only really lucky people can get it so we can't expect much from the bonus purchase.

That's also how I feel when buying a bonus because I know that it doesn't guarantee that I can get a big win. But I sometimes buy bonuses but never think about how many wins I will get. So just buy a bonus and spin the rounds.
4409  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gender in Gambling [differences between Women and Men in Gambling] on: September 02, 2023, 09:36:04 AM
A woman can also do many things with her way of playing, some types of men prefer games where they are more competitive, and think a lot and make big bets, a woman is more subtle, studies the game better, makes decisions and each play is premeditated and he knows what they do every moment, he does not leave everything to chance or luck, he is only satisfied with playing better, and if they see that they lose a lot, but if they go to another game where they feel they could have more luck, in a man it is not So, he insists and insists until he wins, there he doesn't stay still, those things are the differences between a man and a woman when they play, as well as in other aspects, a man can drink a lot and get drunk, a woman can't, and in one less Casino.
Maybe there are women like that but we will never know and can only say that. But I think some women also make big bets, enjoy gambling games, and can control themselves very well. Everything is an estimate that we will never know the truth because we probably rarely see women like that in our environment. But there are women like that in other locations so we don't know.

So gambling can involve both men and women and they can become addicted to gambling or can control themselves. I would not say that men have more potential to become addicted to gambling because there are also men who can control themselves well. But indeed, we often hear news about men who become addicted to gambling than news about women who become addicted to gambling. So it's normal if we say men will experience gambling addiction more often than women.
4410  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamble Responsibly on: September 02, 2023, 09:17:50 AM
But this does not mean that everyone cannot control the gambling activities they do. I'm sure when someone is aware of the losses in the gambling activities they are doing, they will slowly try to control them. And be a responsible gambler. And it's just a matter of time, the sooner he realizes the "loss" he is experiencing, the sooner he will try to control himself.
I have to disagree with this. Addiction isn't something you can control or choose to have it or not. Anyone is prone to addiction but on different levels. It depends on how vulnerable the person in question is. Everyone know that gambling is not always profitable and that the chances of losing are higher than those of losing but they keep playing till they become addicts. Knowing the risks doesn't exempt you from becoming an addict.
I agree with what you say. Gambling addiction is difficult to stop and not many people can do it. That's because they have lost self-control before, making them want to recover their losses and regain their winnings. Becoming a gambling addict doesn't require much. If he loses control of himself, he will gradually develop a gambling addiction because he can't stop thinking about gambling. And even though he knew the risks behind gambling, he would not think about it because he already had a gambling addiction. So overcoming gambling addiction is not easy.

Unless that person has the awareness to cure his addiction and has the work to try to recover from his gambling addiction, he can do it. But if not, he will remain in his gambling addiction and it will be difficult to cure him.
4411  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Behaviours of gamblers you dislike. on: September 02, 2023, 08:45:34 AM
What is the one behaviour you noticed in a gambler and  you dislike it? You don't need to have a reason for disliking it but you just do.

As for me I dislike when gamblers complain of their losses, meanwhile you hear them complain when they are getting winnings.

What about you, what do you dislike ?
Probably the rituals some people do while gambling is what bothers me the most, I have no problems if someone has some sort of ritual before they begin to gamble as that is a personal preference we all have the right to have or not, but when they do their rituals when the game is ongoing is bothersome as they disrupt the flow of the game, and now I have to wait a few minutes just so they can attract luck to their side, something which is nonsensical as they would have gotten the same outcome whether they did their ritual or not.
Those who want to use some ritual can prepare it before the game starts so that it won't disturb the other players. It will provide comfort to all players and they will immediately complete the ritual because it may take a long time to complete the ritual.

I also don't like gamblers who don't want to tell about their losses but instead spread the news of their wins to everyone around them. That's the same as showing off what they've got in gambling. But I understand it because they want to show other people how lucky they are in gambling. But it's best not to overdo it because surely some people are not happy to see them win like that.

And hiding his winnings from other people can keep him safe from all interference, including if someone wants to borrow his money. Those who win can enjoy their winnings better without anyone possibly feeling jealous of their winnings.
4412  Economy / Gambling / Re: 999LUCKYDICE GAMBLING SINCE on: September 02, 2023, 08:13:05 AM
By only having classic gambling games, I doubt the site can have many players in the casino. The casino site will find it difficult to compete with casinos that already have a good position because with the number of gambling games they have, especially if they are classic gambling games, the owners have to work very hard in terms of promotion so they can get lots of players. Moreover, the site is still new, but he has written the number of players on the site's front page along with the amount of money. That's very suspicious for a new site that many of us have never heard of before. In this case, @ OP needs to explain everything in more detail so we don't misunderstand.
4413  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The madness of gambling addicts. on: September 02, 2023, 07:47:47 AM
I think that applies to all those bigger names in the industry who claim to have won huge amounts of money, but when someone here on the forum comes up with a new account and posts that he won hundreds of thousands of dollars at this casino, how do we even know that it is not someone from the casino itself? I can definitely imagine that this kind of fake promotion is part of a casino marketing campaign and of course it should sound realistic, but I wouldn't trust it blindly ever. Screenshots mean nothing as any employee who is authorized to do that marketing could create screenshots and so on.
We don't know if he was telling the truth about winning big money because we weren't with him when he won the game either. And if it were a fake promotion made by the casino through its agents, it would not be believed easily by us because we would see or check it if we could. And it's true that screenshots can easily be made just for a promotion and we've seen that many times.

But if someone is experiencing frustration from gambling, it makes a lot of sense because he could have suffered so many losses that he would do many things including kidnapping his own grandson and asking his parents for ransom. But it was brutal for anyone to have the heart to do that because after all, it was his own grandson and it looked like he needed to get into the rehab center ASAP before things would go haywire.
4414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A person who won 600k$ in lottery on: September 02, 2023, 07:29:35 AM
That was actually the best way to avoid commotion. This will help to stabilize the situation over time, just a few days or months people will actually forget about you winning a huge sum of money.

It is really important to keep it private if you have won a lot of money, it is for you and the security of your family. We don't know what other people will do if they will know how much money you have.
As long as he can find a new place where no one knows him, he will be fine living in his new place and can enjoy his winnings comfortably. And he can also stay away from people who might borrow money from him so that he won't feel annoyed by those people.

By keeping his big winnings from the lottery a secret, he could keep and use the money for himself and his family well and no one else would take advantage of it. And that's also to avoid people who have evil intentions towards him because, with that much money, there are bound to be people who want to steal his money.
4415  Economy / Gambling / Re: Help us build the greatest crypto casino on: September 02, 2023, 07:03:50 AM
first and foremost, he should be ready for the possible hurdles that he may encounter in setting-up this business, not only financial aspect but the mental burden that it may possibly bring it to their personal lives. setting-up a business like this requires a lot of effort. you may not be looking at the possible profits but the overall impact on it in your life. you may find the bankroll needed for it but if you will run it solo, it may consume your life.
That's why he must have a more detailed plan for starting his business and prepare all the necessary things. He may have predicted any obstacles that might arise while developing his business and has also prepared something that can help him overcome all obstacles. Usually, if everything is ready, he can run his business well without thinking about the risks that will arise because he has predicted beforehand. It may look easier if the business has started running and starting to achieve every existing plan so that he only needs to focus on developing it.
4416  Economy / Gambling / Re: How succesful will AI projects be to win the house? on: September 02, 2023, 06:20:45 AM
They can conduct tests internally, but it's also essential to involve external testers to evaluate whether the project is effective. However, this AI project seems extremely ambitious, aiming to beat the house, which, in the long run, has proven to be a challenging feat. I'm highly skeptical that any AI project can consistently achieve this goal. If such a project were to succeed, it would indeed have a significant impact on the gambling industry.
Usually, after the casino is done with internal testing, they will invite external testers to participate in testing the application so they can find out what is still lacking and what needs to be improved to achieve the desired results. It will take a long time because everyone on the testing team will see the results daily and compare them with what others are getting. Maybe this AI project looks ambitious but if it succeeds, it will change the gambling industry to the next level where technology will play a bigger role with AI in it.

And yes, this is something that challenges developers to look deeper and go all out to create something that has never existed before. They may hope to be successful one day after several more developments can support their work.
4417  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lotteries and possibility vs. probability on: September 02, 2023, 05:49:35 AM
Frankly speaking, this is not to downplay on the facts buttressed or the focal point, in my head, i consider lotteries not worthy of either Possible, Probable or even Proven to indulge in.

Why not just save up some money and pursue what you see as the reward an down it. If you have a million people chasing whats meant for one person, what happens to the 999999 people when the 1 person finally wins. I don't think its worth it.

In the case a gambler is addicted to lottery, there is no doubt that he should save the money instead. But in the OP the situation I was talking about was about spending as less as possible to keep dreaming. For instance, in my country, you can bet once a week, for a whole year, for around 50€, which is not a sum that would maje any difference if saved instead. I even mentioned the possibility of being charged about 1€ a year along with other taxes. I believe that most people spend such little amounts when playing lotteries, so I don't think your example can be generalized to them.
And with a small amount of money, people are willing to buy lottery tickets, especially at low prices, they can get lots of tickets. And even if they can't win that round, they will still want to buy the lottery ticket because the money used to buy the ticket is also cheap. Maybe that's how they "save the money" by buying into the lottery and hoping they will be the winners one day. And it has been going on for a long time, and in fact, many people may have bought tickets since they were young and until now have not managed to win. But that doesn't stop them from buying their lottery tickets because a big prize is waiting for them out there.
4418  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit gamble! Easy or Hard? Let's talk. on: September 02, 2023, 05:25:42 AM
Exactly, for some people, they wouldn't stop gambling even they are already have a bad results. They will say I will quit, but in the next few weeks, they will going back. Without a strong inner desire to stop, there was no other way. Forgetting the defeat have experienced, focusing on other things, might help. But, they must also remember, that they already has the intention to stop gambling. Never ever trying to play again. Once they tries, the addiction has previously managed to reduce may feel stronger than before.
If they can increase their intention to stop gambling, they will see a way to stop gambling completely. Maybe they will try to reduce their gambling activities first while looking for what they can do. Maybe it's not easy for them but with strong intentions, they can do it, especially if their families assist them to stop gambling. It will be very valuable for them because they feel that someone still wants to help them overcome their problems. If they have successfully tried it and seen the results, the desire to stop gambling will get stronger and in the end, they can really stop gambling.

Seriously, it is not easy to quit gambling, even if you are not addicted to it or your religion is against it. Once you are into gambling, leaving will definitely be very hard for some people, especially when you are on the winning side at the moment. Sometimes we win gambling without losing many tickets, while sometimes we lose as usual, and that is how gambling works.  However Some people are very religious. Once they are aware that gambling is against their religion, whatever amount that gambling generates, they will never gamble in their entire lives. The same is true for some people; even if it’s again against their religion, they will still gamble. They don’t mind; they only need money. But for me, that is not the case. Gambling is something that we must do with caution.
Although it is not easy, it depends on a person's intention to try to stop gambling. And when that intention becomes stronger, no people or promotions can tempt him to return to gambling because he has already seen the impact if he returns to gambling again. And there is no need for religion to intervene to stop it, but his awareness makes him have a strong desire to stop. But if they realize that religion forbids gambling and want actually to stop, that's great for them because they want to return to their religion and become devout followers of that religion.
4419  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Referral bonuses are waste of time on: September 01, 2023, 02:49:11 PM
yes, however, we cannot guarantee the members who use our referrals are gamblers with large capital. If we are lucky when we get something like that, 2 or 3 people will be enough for us. but most of what we get from spreading referrals are those who bet small because most of them only try the site that we promote.
Ultimately it all depends on the new user. whether to continue using the platform we are promoting or looking for more. it all depends on the experience of each gambler.
regarding referrals, my luck seems to come not from the gambling platform. but from the trading platform. it just so happened that someone used my referral code when registering and it turned out that that person is an active trader who trades every day.
We will never know which gamblers have big or small capital because we only know the names of those who join under us. And we can only hope that many people will gamble with a lot of money so that the commission bonuses we get will also be greater in the future. But if they are all small gamblers or want to try the casino, we can't do anything about it and also can't force them to spend big money.

But usually, some influencers give bonuses to people who join under them to encourage their members to gamble more often. I've seen some people share tweets or posts that say they will give bonuses to people who join under it every week. That means the influencer gets a hefty commission bonus because they can distribute the bonus to their members.
4420  Economy / Gambling / Re: How succesful will AI projects be to win the house? on: September 01, 2023, 02:27:47 PM
The differ is that such gamblers/testers don`t gamble. They just testing casino for some fixed(mostly) payment or for free. It is even possible that the casino can create some additional website for open tests, but anyway it willn`t be gambling as for me.
And of course testing is useful and it is a component of the standard testing procedure. But until it is used for gambling and bounty campaign is started on the main server - it only tests and we can`t talk about gambling against the AI in this casino seriously.
Yes, they don't gamble but only check the application. But we will never know whether they really don't gamble or will gamble after receiving a fixed payout from the casino. And even if they end up gambling, they can use that money to try and win some games.

Testing is a procedure to find out how appropriate the application is and to what extent it can run well. And if something is missing, they can still fix it before releasing it to the public. And if that testing isn't enough, they can hold an open review contest that gets even more people to try out the app.
