I already have and they told me they wanted us to pay to integrate it into his system. If we would do that then he would add it. wow. Why do exchanges do that these days? I guess if they don't want our sweet trading fees, so be it for now!

Hey guys i need some help! The reddit-tip-bot went opensource now and i need someone to check the code before i release the Bounty to the dev. Can someone please do this? Please please ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) The source code resides in https://github.com/nxtip/nxtip and is GPLv2 licensed! The bot is based on ALTCoinTip, with some extra files that emulate the bitcoind daemon behavior as far as ALTCoinTip is concerned, plus handle the deposits. See the src/ctb/nxtip* files. Contact me, there might be a bounty for the code checking! PUSH

WHO THE FUCK Let Drexme get back in NXT community?
We cannot show any fucking tolerance for someone who ruined launch day of NXT. He must go. I expect him to settle his debt and then move the fuck on.
I'm always going to be part of this community because I helped build it No, no you didn't. You fucking didn't. You stole NXT from users. You abused the trust we gave you. This happened right before launch and affected the launch. You have done nothing but damage to NXT. I got all your personal info and I suggest you pay those 33K back to the community ASAP including interest and then get the fuck out of this community for life. I was the first person to join nextcoin.org I helped build the Language section I made many tutorials I expanded NXT to other countries I paid for translations and such I'm already paying thee 33k You need to read my threads in nextcoin.org do you seriously want a "get free from jail"-card?

This creates two classes of users and significantly reduces the percentage of the money supply used to secure the network.
Why? Here we see no explanation but just a statement of "fact" (or in other words "bullshit"). Additionally both of these systems suffer from the potential that a large stake holder could perform a denial of service attack by refusing to include some or all transactions.
They seem to have overlooked the "penalty" for not forging here. you mis attributed some quotes to me. Ive fixed them in this post, please fix in yours.. but a forger could accomplish the same thing by choosing to forge empty blocks; thus avoiding the penalty. Its a fairly weak criticism, IMO. But the criticism on only a few accounts being used to secure the network; is that valid? Is it necessarily a bad thing for say only 100 accounts to be active forging 100% of the time, where those 100 accounts have, lets say 15% of all NXT? Is that bad? If so, how is is different by leasing out your effectiveBalance? Does allowing those 100 accounts to forge with 50% of all NXT then change things? I guess the argument is: If 100% of NXT forge, then you need 91% of all NXT for a 91% attack. If only 20% of NXT forge, then you need only 18.2% of all NXT for a 91% attack (that number assumes that only 1.8% of all NXT forge that you dont controll) and so on

If we play this right, we can get a ton of traction on reddit.
I agree. I am still more against the tip bot than for. It was no doubt successful for doge because doge is nothing but a litecoin clone and therefore could only possibly differentiate itself by being funny and having a total supply of 100 billion which means people can tip and spend them like pretend millionaires. NXT is absolutely in another galaxy compared to doge. So again I say why are we trying to mimic their success. I say in our case, "any publicity is good publicity" is not true. CFB has said more than once that he believes nxt is more for next gen wall st types. That should be our goal. After that, the rest of joe public will "want" and "need" nxt. We have to market nxt as something so special and technologically advanced that the people will come to us. I hate marketing it like we're trying too hard. Tipping with nxt is for people who still think pow is here to stay and litecoin is the future. so you are saying we can't have both? Why? I am of the opinion that every new person that learns from NXT adds value, even if he will never use it in his life. Because a person that doesn't hold NXT can't sell them ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

There are large holders that progressively sell part of their stake, this has been happening for weeks and it's an essential part of distribution.
This, essentially. Don't worry, the price will rise soon enough. Yes, i can only talk about the german poker community, but NXT is huge there now after i bothered them with NXT links /features for weeks! The opinion there is extremely postive and optimistic for the future

Sure, you can withdraw the accumulated NXT. I just thought it might be confusing. But, as I said, I have no experience with these tippingbots. Maybe it is a good thing! More tipping because it's cheap, probably..
I bet most of the small doge tips never leave the system, so if you tip someone 0.01 NXT you will not only not be able to withdraw it right now, but you will be able when the blockchain will exept these small amounts. It is also the same for the BTC tipbot! Free tiping transactions are a huge thing! If we play this right, we can get a ton of traction on reddit.

Now our programmer is in the final phase of version 2 with fractional and offchain tipping. With this bot we can transfer down to 0.00000001 NXT!!!!
Hm, isn't this confusing, because you cannot use fractional NXT right now on the chain? Well, I have no knowledge about tipbots... You can accumulate tips and eventually withdraw to regular blockchain. This is nice. This would also mean people can tip on reddit with zero transactions fees. yes, but when you deposit, you pay 1 NXT(this will be lower when the minfee gets lowered). But for this NXT you get unlimited tips!
