4421  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Promote bitcoin through any means. It'll work! on: February 03, 2020, 10:33:50 AM
Yeah, using social media is a good way.
But what if you don't have that.
Although, I want to thank you already in advance for a great proper way on how it should be done.

Mine though have a different attack.
I do it with beers on the table and some good snacks.  Grin
Let it pour until we go through political issues and then the financial industry. This is where bitcoin will come in. (many times it goes long with religious beliefs) You will have to wait for the right turn.

Dude just look at this pass from LeBron James! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kt60TLMUHYM.
Something like the Steve Nash pass. The difference is Lebron faked it at passing into AD.
Who could do that in air? And AD really thought it is going to him.  Grin Nice.

Could this be the best assist of his whole career? I like watching it over and over again(RIP replay button). I don't know what he did there if it was a mishandling on a dribble that's why he found a hard time passing the ball or is it just him doing a fancy pass for some fancy points? Man, this was crazy. Although that game he only made 15 but he did have the triple double on the sheet plus a W plus a fancy pass.
Still the best one for me is the no look pass here.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kBM_5WPg014
I was freaking watching it live and I was shocked and faked too.  Grin
4423  Economy / Speculation / Re: is bitcoin rises high contineue in future next month? on: February 03, 2020, 02:14:23 AM
Expect 5 digits this month but it might really be slow.
Also, a possibility of going back to 8k. I think that it where it will play its price until before the end of February where it will hit the 10k mark.
What is the bottom? That might be the real question for now.

I don't really see it going below 7k anymore.
As the halving goes near we might see fluctuation in the 5 digit section and it will be more often.
4424  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 02, 2020, 02:38:06 PM
Lakers starting strong in the 1st quarter outscoring the Kings, (44-22), THAT 22 points up in the first quarter alone.

Can the Kings come back in this game? Let's find out if they can, but I am confident Lakers would win by blowout to bounce back from a loss in LA.

The Lakers has been almost undefeated from a team under .500 and by far the best record for road games this season. So, if the Lakers will play against a low seeded team, the chance for them to cover the spread that the bookies will open is pretty high. But, when playing against above .500 teams, the chance for them to win or cover the spread is fair. That's what I noticed from the Lakers team so far this season.

Great! Thank you for that.

Chances of them losing against under what you mentioned is really low.
That is why I had been losing my bets against them.  Grin

I learned something though. That is why I already stopped betting against them anymore.
But whenever they are against Dallas or Nuggets, chances of my emotions being pulled is there.
So again, back to betting against the Lakers.  Grin
I would keep this in mind though.  Wink
4425  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about WAVES project? on: February 02, 2020, 12:55:31 PM
It was the hype which made it seen by many.
But as it passes by, it looked to me like the people just want the free money which they gave.

So I researched more and used their application.
It is almost like Ethereum. There are different token which are created under it but they didn't get popular.
As I go deeper I tried to trade them. (still using the application)
There is a future behind it, but like I said the supporters seems to support only the free money. Afterwards, they are all gone.
4426  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 02, 2020, 10:17:19 AM

If Nygeets will continue their winning streak this handicap is more enough to place a bet. They can cover this if they play the same way
against the bucks, They've known for good defense and if they continue working to make it more tight it will be hard for piston to execute
and make this as close game.

I do agree with that.
The handicap is way too low.

Pistons had been losing in 5 streaks and they should have been given more if they consider how strong the Nuggets is.
Easy bet for all of us here as we could see the history.
What are the odds of Pistons winning this game? I think it is way too low.
How about this?
Bucks -12.5 @ 1.93 against the Suns. Is that enough?
Bulls also is being given +10.5 vs Raptors. Wow!
4427  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What has bitcoin done for you? on: February 02, 2020, 07:38:18 AM
Happy to see that someone is enjoying it.
Not just because of profits into stacking more bitcoin but also thru its usage.

Not everyone have the same experience as you did but there are still hopes they can find their way somehow in the future.
I never really imagined I would go this deep into knowing more about something people would not understand at all or would not even care.
Now look at us, yes we are a big community and still growing.
4428  Economy / Speculation / Re: I see a dump approaching, do you? on: February 02, 2020, 03:58:35 AM
Even though dump happened, Bitcoin is still on the bull trend, don't worry, according to EMA 100 Bitcoin support is at $ 9200, I hope it won't be achieved, but if Bitcoin drops below $ 9200, be careful because according to EMA 100 on TF 1 day the price of support is there at $ 8200, use stop lose

Price is still holding up @$9200-$9400, so there's no dump as of the moment.

But if the price goes down to $8k levels again, (which I have been waiting) then I will definitely jump in to reenter my position again. The hardest decision is that what if the price didn't go that level, I don't want to buy at the 5 digit zone. So it's going to be a dilemma on my part, lol.

I won't either.
I think I am done with buying for now.
Just monitoring the price to where it might go.

Difficult to find the bottom now. The FOMO seems to never stop as of now which is a good thing.
Maybe they should also stay afterwards. It is not just profits as always. Plus, there is the halving which is getting near.
This month of February might really be a big deal if most of the buyers thinks the same like us.
Slow movement up but it is real. So there will be no correction that will happen.
4429  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 02, 2020, 01:26:58 AM
I do hope they win to at least ease the pain with Lebron at the helm of another championship ring for the Lakers this season.
That remains to be seen, though the Lakers now have a good record but I can see some inconsistency on them, in the playoffs it's a different story and they'll have to beat the best teams in the west, unlike his time with the Cavaliers where he dominated the other teams.

here in the west, there's clippers, Jazz, Rockets, and Denver which are all good contenders, it would be great if they'll win actually but me I am just looking on the realistic possibility.

Let's just say it is going to be a good playoffs.
Win or lose they will play well, no doubt about that.

Both Pelicans and Trail Blazers are now playing to dominate the game with 3 winning streak.
They both want a spot on the 8th seed.
This might become more like a playoffs game even if it is not starting yet.
Grizzlies will need to secure their spot. Ja Morant should prevent their team from losing too much starting now.
4430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The World’s Most Crypto-friendly Countries on: February 01, 2020, 05:29:16 PM
Well, that is a better way for referral links rather than just busting in and posting links for earning more BAT.
At least do some good thing right?

Japan is where I really want to live.
I think most crypto enthusiast will agree with me on that. It like heaven for those who really supports an active payment using crypto specially bitcoin.
But that is difficult since they are strict with their rules.

If only merchants have a better understanding about crypto then the government might really think about accepting it.
4431  Economy / Speculation / Re: I'm trapped in trading on: February 01, 2020, 05:03:12 PM
Shit happens, and it does happen a lot for all the traders specially now that pairs used is with stable coins.
Unlike before where you are waiting for the alts to grow after selling your bitcoin.
Now, you do nothing after selling it.
Will you wait or will you look for another option?  Grin
4432  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 01, 2020, 03:52:38 PM
The lost to the game by 8 points 127-119.
8 points?? Isn't it the number of Kobe when he first played? A coincidence Cheesy Weird happenings right now Cheesy.

I was thinking the same. I guess the NBA doesn't want to forget his legacy and will forever engrave his name in the league.

That's 8 coming from a lose and Kobe is about winning, they should have at least tried everything to win as a tribute for Kobe, a lose doesn't look good IMO.

Just watched the highlights of the game and it is a bit disappointing that Lakers really lost. It can't be controlled but I just hope they win the game as you said, a tribute for Kobe. Opening is good, speech is good but the result, well, it is not that good.

Results don't matter.
They are in LA and they might still be in a sad mood about all that happened.
I am one.
It is difficult to cheer or be cheered just after the lost of one the greatest man in the history of Lakers.

They will need to move on though. That is what Kobe would have wanted.
4433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Lending coins damage crypto? on: January 31, 2020, 01:18:10 PM
A good lesson to learn with.
In this forum many users are affected by that specially BitConnect. Thank God I am not one of those, I still consider myself lucky.
But still, there is this feeling of sadness for other enthusiast of crypto currencies.
What will happen to them?
Will they stop after the big loss or will they consider this as one of their good lessons in their life.

I bet they did learn.
If they are still here, good luck into earning all those hard earned money.
Now, we could see the minimize number of ICO project but that ain't still good. Scams needs to be stopped.
4434  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: January 31, 2020, 10:50:02 AM

The Knicks only have a decent line up with Melo (I don't remember what year was it) after that, It became worse every year. 2 decades is such a hilarious length of time for a team to consistently struggle lol.

Maybe they got disappointed with getting Melo and now they are trying to rebuild but they've been figuring it out for decades and still can't find a solution to improve the team. It was Brooklyn who are more eager to improve that's why they sign Durant and Irving altogether, but as of now they are still in experimentation stage as there's not guarantee Durant would be the same Durant when he comes back.

If Knicks will improve in the following season then surely the East would also be fun to watch, right now, there are only few good teams in the East.

I think it was Stephen Smith which is really mad about it.
The guy is a pure Knicks fan and when Brooklyn signed Durant and Irving on the first place he was so mad at First Take.  Smiley
I can still remember his face. He don't want to lose with any arguments about it.
And then, they let Kristaps go which made him real angry.  Cheesy

Knicks can recover from all of it but they need a total change with their roster. 1 star may be enough and 1 veteran to give good insights.
4435  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: January 31, 2020, 09:14:42 AM
Nuggets will be given +10.5 @ 1.76 money line against the Bucks tomorrow.
It is appealing to bet at this kind of handicap.

George Hill is out.
Giannis and DiVincenzo is questionable for the game against the Nuggets.

On the other side.
There will be no Murray, Harris, Plumlee and Millsap.

Yeah, this could be a big lead win for the Bucks.

Edit:
One more to point out.
Bucks played Wednesday, means a good night sleep for them while Nuggets might be tired add up the lack of players.
4436  Economy / Speculation / Re: I see a dump approaching, do you? on: January 31, 2020, 05:58:01 AM
There will always be that possibility specially when it is increasing in fast pace.

I'd be more worry about it when it jumps with thousands of dollars. But it is not.
Just a couple of hundred is not bad for a week.
Besides, it had been dumped for so much the last year. I think it is just the right time for it to come back to where it belong.
Although, there will always be that frightening idea that it might really go down anytime.
Traders will have to be ready with that.

4437  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The next action of Old man McAfee on: January 31, 2020, 04:53:51 AM
Maybe we should stop using his name here.
That will calm everything.
The guy is being more hyped by now in social media and twitter specially and I am starting to be stressed with it.
Why should he be on the spotlight just because of what he said.

Why do people even entertain this kind of guy which doesn't even help the economy of crypto?
Shouldn't we just ignore him?

https://www.slamonline.com/nba/aaron-gordon-commits-to-slam-dunk-contest/

The 2020 All-Star weekend is coming soon, two weeks from now and we have Aaron Gordon confirming today that he will participate in the NBA Slam Dunk Contest (joining Dwight Howard and Derrick Jones Jr.).  Since the event is in Chicago, do you think Zach LaVine will enter the contest too? The 2016 dunk contest battle between the two was pretty damn good. I'm sure Gordon would want a re-match. (fingers crossed)

Yes, yes, Rematch!!!  Cheesy
Those two will be competitive but I don't think Dwight will.
Will it just be another comedy for him?  (No harm, no bash, that is just how I see it.) Grin I hope not.

The NY Knicks has become a disappointment team after Melo traded to OKlahoma Thunder, they were better with Melo as they experience to be in the playoffs. https://www.nba.com/article/2017/09/25/new-york-knicks-trade-carmelo-anthony-oklahoma-city-thunder

They need to rebuild again with young players, change the management or hire a new coach, AGAIN.
If the teams like Celtics have success with rebuilding, they sure can do that also..

Look OKC now, we thought they'll be a shitty team but they weren't they were full of surprises with Paul.
I wish one day we can see this team to be more competitive again.

I have the same hopes. Their fans are getting restless for all the trades and then taking young kids for a reason of rebuilding.
They still need a veteran, someone to give some good lessons to the kids and then some advise.
Will it happen next year?

I just forgot the author was and as I keep on digging I can seem to find it.
Buried by a lot of post in Trading discussions.
But you should first go there. You will some good steps into what you should prevent and how to not trade by your emotions.
Because that might be the first mistake that you will make.

Also, better find a reputable trading website which really suits you.
I look into UI, I want something that is also good for my eyes and not just the volume. That goes second for me.
4440  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: January 30, 2020, 12:14:47 PM
Guys what are your thoughts on the Rockets vs Blazers game?

per https://clutchpoints.com/rockets-news-james-harden-should-be-good-go-wednesday-vs-blazers/
Harden is good to go against the Blazer but Capela is still out.

Since we just lost 2 in a row i dont like it haha. Blazers home game Im always apprehensive towards better against the home team.

I am taking the Rockets to win, the line movement kinda tells me that Rockets will win.
The line opens up at -1 Blazers, now they are +3, this is no-brainer, will be taking them now, no regrets, might add some bet during live games too.

Thanks Natalim for pointing me here.
I have been used to doing my sports analysis on the other thread and of course I would just love to share it to my co-bettors of NBA.
Anyway, thanks again.

Victor Oladipo is making a highly anticipated return for Indiana today after missing a year due to a quad injury.
I plan to watch the game so i went with two singles (game prop bets).

I have been waiting for this and it looks like handicap will change drastically after this.
9-4-2 is not that bad after a long rest. Mental issues I guess.
