4421  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin's price will increase on: June 30, 2021, 12:51:16 PM
The current price for this time is $34,642 and looking bull at the time. Last week it dropped but picked up this week and that means the price won't be stable. Bitcoin is a highly fluctuating currency because it is decentralized, you can have different orders from multiple exchanges which is the reason for that kind of fluctuation. The price ranges and drops as it gets demanded. Many speculating bear but in the bear you also see bull and gains.
4422  Economy / Exchanges / Re: British Financial watchdog FCA bans Binance crypto-currency exchange on: June 28, 2021, 02:04:04 PM
I guess the whole issue surrounding the ban is about making binance register with FCA which is a regulatory body. The UK is also warning people to be careful with cryptocurrency which is still considered as speculatory. They are seeking to regulate the activities of binance and perhaps the pupolarity of cryptocurrency is fast growing and they want a kind of regulation.
4423  Economy / Economics / Re: Binace Markets, subsidiray of Binance, banned from operating in UK on: June 28, 2021, 12:35:14 PM

What I think I heard was that this only applies to crypto derivatives and not crypto itself--but someone correct me if I'm wrong.  I didn't read the link yet, as I just woke up.

With that I think is the exchange operation in UK that has been ban but the exchange is giving information that it won't affect the bitcoiners in UK. Anyway, I understand Binance is a very big exchange and huge presence in a country as a centralised exchange but the UK government is yet to restrict other exchanges from operation there, so the people can still go on with other exchanges.
4424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Cryptocurrency is best for long term investment? on: June 28, 2021, 11:06:52 AM
I believe Ethereum will be a good profiting coin in the long time because it's platform keeps being used by many projects. Another is BnB. BnB has a very active community and the CEO keeps working hard to promote and guard his business. Binance is one of the biggest exchanges and that is BnB strong advantage.

Will Bitcoin survive ?

You asked this question and I ask, why will bitcoin not survive  Grin Huh You are a bitcoinlegend and you should know.

Before the future 10 years to come, bitcoin has survived past 10-11 years ago.The early years when bitcoin was below a dollar and when Laszlo Hanyecz used 10,000 bitcoin to buy mere pizza was the teething stage for bitcoin not anymore.

https://news.bitcoin.com/10000-financial-institutions-customers-buy-sell-hold-bitcoin-bank-accounts/

Now the banks are beginning to look into the option of bitcoin in transactions and also more bitcoin ATM are springing out in America. You see that with all that bitcoin is not going anywhere. Grin
4426  Other / Archival / Re: Why is it a waste of time and money to buy ready-made trading strategies? on: June 28, 2021, 06:20:20 AM
You also know everyone won't be professional in trading just like everyone won't be a professional in the area they make their source of living because there is what is called partnership in business.

Some people don't know how to trade but they have the desire to make money from it and can follow people who are in it as they have the capacity and capital, so they can even pay someone to use their strategy. A business company sells shares, employees other professionals to run the business and sometimes the real ideas to the business don't come from the owner. Trading can be another way to diversify your business or investment not necessarily that you have to be a professional but can still make money with little idea.
4427  Economy / Speculation / Re: Market Prediction for 2024 on: June 27, 2021, 09:56:30 PM
Just a calculated Prediction: Crypto Market will be worth $8 Trillion in Sept, 2024.

Ethereum Price: $14,136

BNB Price: $2,176

What do you think about my prediction?

I'm interested in the above two coins. If you put Ethereum this high above BnB, what is the rational behind it? BnB looks good to get to $10,000 with that Ethereum at $14,136 , I mean you can check the current price for the two and the difference. Also bnb is having more projects and listing on the exchange, that is a good reason for pricing it up to $10,000 and not that you peg it at $2,176.
4428  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Central Banks on: June 27, 2021, 07:39:59 PM
This post is very long and I advise you make shorter next time.

But are you saying bitcoin is not worth hodling or worthless or something? That BnB and Eth are preferable than bitcoin? No, I don't think you know what a decentralised asset bitcoin is which is a big advantage that you have underestimated.
4429  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Weekly Dead Cat Bounce ending, $10K price target coming soon. on: June 27, 2021, 02:36:57 PM
You just made a random guess of bitcoin price without trace to your source, no graphics to show for it so that your analysis can be better explained and debated on to. You can't get your dreams somewhere and put it out here even if it is going to happen, you need some graphics or chart for it.
4430  Economy / Economics / Re: Real Inflation only happens when Central Banks print High Denominated Notes? on: June 27, 2021, 11:53:05 AM

For example in Zimbabwe I see kids carrying notes in their pockets displaying on them $10 Trillion Zimbabwe dollars. These poor starving kids are trillionaires much richer than the richest billionaires like Elon Musk and Bill Gates on the planet on a monetary unit scale.

This is really funny and the analysis of the wealthy with the devalued notes carried around by the Zimbabwean kids  Grin
Zimbabwean currency have been devalued as a result of inflation. This has brought extreme poverty to the them.
America has done well to keep the dollar currency stable and not devalue it by printing higher denominations. America print notes during Trump and Biden currently but they have also brought policies to reduce inflation by introducing taxation. Printing of notes isn't really the big issue but to have a proper plan not to allow devaluation.
4431  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banks to allow customers the option of hodling, selling and buying bitcoin on: June 26, 2021, 07:04:09 PM
Good - Mass adaptation wise since many people can access cryptocurrency directly through there bank accounts.

Bad - For privacy. Like trant post above, Bank will force user to have the full control of the account as well as tracking of each transaction due to regulatory compliance.

There's a pros and cons to this news but I believe what matters is the long term future of Bitcoin which is the mass adaptation.

As on the bad you pointed out, nope I don't think so. I don't think banks will make it mandatory or force users to have control of their hodlings. They might make it optional for those who are not capable to handle it. Remember there are also certain people who don't actually like the freedom and privacy that bitcoin decentralisation covers.
4432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Banks to allow customers the option of hodling, selling and buying bitcoin on: June 26, 2021, 10:44:06 AM
The possibilities of higher adoption is coming faster than we expect. I believe the banking sector is beginning high level consideration of having bitcoin as a financial too in their platforms and this is going to create more growth in demand for bitcoin. Obviously the price too will begin to soar.

In addition to enabling banks to allow their customers to buy, sell and hold bitcoin within their bank accounts, Finserv and NYDIG are “working toward implementing additional functionality, including the ability for banks to implement bitcoin-based rewards programs,” the announcement notes

Banks and credit unions of all sizes can now facilitate the buying, selling, and holding of bitcoin within their banking platforms thanks to a collaboration between Finserv and New York Digital Investment Group (NYDIG). Finserv currently has about 10,000 financial institution clients.

4433  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC Go for Another All Time High This Year? on: June 25, 2021, 09:10:52 PM
I don't see the $70-100k region hard to reach at all by now -

This area is difficult to reach this year with this kind of did around bitcoin. There are no strong indicator yet to get investors into buying and this is a factor to consider as we look towards breaking the current record high. Many have also predicted further down and I don't doubt that as the price keeps going down.
4434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Still thinks that crypto is manipulation free? on: June 25, 2021, 07:28:28 PM
The manipulation is not magical, is just some investors or whales taking out there profit at their due times which is usually at the bull time. This is the major reason for crypto drop and nothing magical. We need the understanding to know that bull come because much demand order are triggered by old and new investors and on the other way, the bear come because some are selling off for profit. This to , it is not magical to see price drop as more sell others are triggered.

Although there is another area which is the media kind of hype or manipulation. Like the type Elon musk do in bringing negative aspect of bitcoin on the use of electricity. This is capable of bringing investors to be scared off and this is also part of what the market is facing too.
4435  Other / Off-topic / Re: India launches Antitrust probe against Google? on: June 25, 2021, 05:58:05 PM
I think countries are beginning to look into social media and how it impacts on the country. Perhaps Google wants some exclusive right but that should not be against the will of the India people. Anyway, is a matter before the court and better for the court to decide on. We don't really need to discuss matters in court in the real sense.

4437  Economy / Economics / Re: Alternatives to centralized currencies, alternatives to decentralized currencies on: June 25, 2021, 10:24:13 AM
I read your discuss and I want to say here that decentralized currency are even the yardstick to measure affluent, standard of living, personal achievement, price of goods etc in Africa.

The decentralized currency has taken over the African financial space. For instance in Zimbabwe, the American dollar is now being used as direct P2P trade and financial transaction because there central currency has been devalued to a point of no value. Decentralized currency is good as coming in to support a failing central currency but at same time, it has worsened the quagmire of the developing countries, making their government to be lazy to think outside the box on ways to get there people and country out of such a bizarre conundrum

Again the government in African countries and other developing countinent are not daunting, fast and proactive thinkers, otherwise if they can't export goods to developed countries, they should be able to have a proper arrangements on exportation of services in human kind and knowledge. Africa is suffering from brain drain because her governments are not good thinkers eschewed from corrupt practices. The African countries should be able to get some benefits from human export either in technical development and quality infrastructures at a reduced rate or a kind of direct trade by barter bargain but these are not done and Nigerian and African doctors, nurses and other experts are everywhere in foreign land and some still under paid because the African government are showing lackadaisical attitude towards the people.
4438  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Excessive stimulus and devaluation of dollar gave bitcoin and gold their appeal on: June 24, 2021, 08:19:10 PM
Maybe all those who dream of such a price should first calculate what that price actually means, and who will be willing to pay $1 million for 1 BTC if they say today that even $30k is expensive for them (I am referring to our expert Kiyosaki).

Buying 1 bitcoin at that time may not be the issue but investors will choose to invest in fractions of bitcoin because come what the price is, people will choose to invest in parts of bitcoin like satoshi above every other cryptocurrency and that is the point. During the next halving in 2024, the price of bitcoin will increase far from current ATH but nobody knows when it will get to Kayosaki's prediction of $1m though.
4439  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Excessive stimulus and devaluation of dollar gave bitcoin and gold their appeal on: June 24, 2021, 01:10:17 PM
What is going to drive multitude to bitcoin will be the imflation happening all over the world as a result of government inefficiencies!

This is an area to consider too and not just hodling because if few people are hodling, price might not increase because there won't be volatility. Bitcoin can increase when there are alot of demand and supply and if more people get inside bitcoin and blockchain then that could be achieved. Inflation of fiat that will make the purchasing power worthless then people will look for asset that isn't affected by inflation. Yes, your point is good as something most have to push people to hodl and not to always dump and with that, hodling will be appreciated and valuable.
4440  Economy / Economics / Re: When everybody tell you take take risk with money on: June 23, 2021, 08:03:35 PM

Never go full retard!! You can take any risk but never take risk with your MONEY!!

It will be more retard if not taking risk with your money. You can be of good management if you want to succeed with your risk.

My question is how do you succeed if you don't take necessary risk with your money. We are in crypto space and last year some people took risk of buying btc as low as $4,000 and $5,000 , and the price went to an outstanding ATH of $64,000 lol, you see the difference ? That's a lot of good risk there but some stayed back and fold their arms, tail inside and running sheepishly inside their cage like a toothless dog. Risk is worth it but useless risk isn't.
