If we exchange our crypto in dollars it means we sell our coins in loss because dollar value is stable or if we exchange in BTC that can be quite profitable than dollar option but on the other hand altcoins moves up and down and can be rise anytime without give us time to think. So I would keep my altcoins as it is & bitcoin will also remain in bitcoin form. One should exchange only when you have strong gut feeling about specific coin that will rise for sure.

The primary problem we face while we doing bounties that many bounty managers does not updating the stakes weekly and when bounty finishes they does not count the stakes properly sometime they missed our weekly stakes. In order to get stakes we need to give proofs again that we have done the work for that particular week and apart from this its not easy to opt out which project is good or which is not sometime we join a bad project that fails during the promotions and our all efforts been wasted. But in the present scenario many projects are failing that's quite hurting our time and efforts.

It depends on the market and depends on your need of money If the value of the coin is quite good you can sell it even you can hold it as well for long term to get good profit. Yes I also believe so because we have many coins as a reward in our portfolio from bounties that are below the ICO price and apart from this still we are waiting for many coins to be list on exchanges. Reason being market is still in correction phase but we all are expecting a boom anytime So one should try to do maximum bounties in this correction phase so that he/she will not repent later of not doing bounties.

Yes I agree majority of the newbies or panic seller trapped by fake news or negative news. Newbies learn by their mistakes So its a common thing for newbies. Newbies should learn when to hold the trades in dropping market. But there are some traders they do not start trading before testing their skillset and that's the best way to test yourself always believe on your analysis and should not be panic of dropping market.
