Thank you.

We're getting quite off-topic, so Imma bring it back on topic.

I was simply pointing out that there is stuff out there and a huge part of the population that don't think they're superior mentally to everyone else would have wondered the exact same thing.

4443  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Craig Steven Wright is a liar and a fraud - Tulip Trust addresses signed message on: July 03, 2020, 06:17:38 AM
what nutildah also does not realise is
1. CSW never invented bitcoin(but nutty thinks he might have(facepalm))
2. that CSW faked making it(but nutty is unsure(facepalm))
3. he scammed the ATO, he scammed calvin, he scammed 'the investment guys'
4. they all know he scammed them. but they are told if they play along they will get rich from the patent trolling and media story revenues in the future

heck even IRA knows he wont see an of the 410k because there is n actual 820k accessible by CSW. never was
IRA can only really feel like making any large income from joining CSW patent troll scam

but hey nutty thinks IRA was related to the real satoshi and ira will be getting paid from a supposed stash of 820k coin(facepalm)

very silly nutty has become.
the games have been clear for 4 years. but nutty is stuck with the maybe's and if's of speculation.

its nutildah and others that think there was actually a bitcoin partnership. (facepalm)
anyway

No no no no and a hundred times "no." I never came close to saying any of this or even implying it. Learn to read.

I only read this because it was quoted. Not taking you off ignore but I will counter your bullshit about me in other peoples' quotes when I see it.
4444  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM ALERT!! Adab Solutions - So Called Islamic Crypto Exchange is Haraam on: July 02, 2020, 12:58:36 PM
Yep, you called it from the beginning: it was all a big scam. I took a look at the Telegram group and people were pretty pissed all the way back in December. Its token price had dropped from 10 cents at ICO to $0.005 by December, and it is currently at $0.000034 cents. LOL.

I think the moderator of the channel abandoned and hardly anyone posts there anymore. The Facebook group has been deleted and their Twitter hasn't posted anthing since Dec. A particularly vile scam as it was preying on the religious... But then again the whole thing looked scammy as fuck from the getgo.
4445  Other / Meta / Re: BITCOIN.ORG: Is being turned into nothing more than an Bitcoin pumping site... on: July 02, 2020, 08:24:42 AM
C'mon guys... this is obviously a troll account.

Just get a good, reputable wallet like Electrum, and deal with known companies and you will not have to worry about Scams.  With their security, I can backup my wallet on the internet and still know my BitCoins are safe.

1. Nobody is this stupid.
2. Those aren't even real seed words.

He puts a bit more effort into his trollisms than some but he's just some kind of Sacha Baron Cohen-esque character.
4446  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Craig Steven Wright is a liar and a fraud - Tulip Trust addresses signed message on: July 02, 2020, 07:11:18 AM
no wonder he cant understand whats actually been said

The irony is too much to bear.

No, it's still a only theory, but I do agree. What's the true purpose of this Borat-like character? Who's behind him? Why did Gavin Andresen vouch for him? Who's behind him as well?

Edit: After posting this, I realized Wind_FURY may just be asking a rhetorical question, but oh well, I already typed all this out, so please bear with me.

Plus Craig Wright knows that he will never have control over the private keys of the coins he claimed was owned by him. Why, and what is the true motive? Who is behind it?

He was behind it first, and now Calvin is behind him along for the ride.

Who's behind Calvin Ayre?

Why does someone have to be behind everybody?

Who's behind the Illuminati? Who's behind the Lizard People?

Funny part is that the UV thing is actually "real" in that there's been work done on using UV light internally prior to Covid. It's actually a very old thing that's come and gone over the decades. eg:
https://ueg.eu/library/internally-applied-ultraviolet-light-as-a-novel-approach-for-effective-and-safe-anti-microbial-treatment/208958

Dude, really? This is from April... I had all but forgotten about it because Trump has said a hundred or so dumb things since then.

But let's take a closer look just for fun.

First of all, the abstract for the poster presentation (yes, its a poster) that you linked is titled this:

Internally Applied Ultraviolet Light as A Novel Approach for Effective and Safe Anti-Microbial Treatment

The coronavirus is a virus, not a bacteria. There's actually zero research that shows ultraviolet light treatment is good for treating viruses in humans, or other living animals.

I looked into it a bit and it gets way weirder. The authors of the poster work for Atyu Bioscience, which came up with "Healight Platform Technology" -- a light stick that you shove down your trachea to kill the virus.

https://www.politico.com/news/2020/04/26/trump-coronavirus-conservatives-209325
Quote
Adams and several other right-wing personalities floated the possibility that Trump had read a news release from Aytu Bioscience, a publicly traded biotech company based out of Colorado, announcing a partnership with Cedars-Sinai, a top medical research center, to work on a therapy that involved treating coronavirus patients via injecting UV-A rays, a subspectrum of ultraviolet light, into the lungs via a catheter tube.

The news release was packed with extensive legal disclaimers cautioning that any forward-looking statements indicating excitement were “just predictions and are subject to risks and uncertainties that could cause the actual events or results to differ materially.”

In a statement, a spokesperson for Cedars-Sinai said the technology was in the preclinical phase: “The technology has not been tested or used on patients.”

So, no, its never been shown to be effective in treating viruses in vivo - let alone coronavirus.

I mean, you can read through the patent for the device if you want -- no mention of it being used to treat respiratory viruses at all. Just a quacky idea repurposed to cash in on the coronavirus craze. Here's what the CEO tweeted the day after Trump's words:

Hmm....

He's been caught. Truly senseless behavior, but historical studies of mob behavior should lead one to expect nothing less.

His Facebook profile is still public, LOL:

Regardless of what people's political beliefs are - and I truly could care less what they are as everybody just reinforces their own beliefs here and there's nothing to be learned from that - we can all agree that its a crazy world we live in; especially because you can read the social media pages of attempted murderers.

Plus Craig Wright knows that he will never have control over the private keys of the coins he claimed was owned by him. Why, and what is the true motive? Who is behind it?

He was behind it first, and now Calvin is behind him along for the ride.

The whole ATO saga makes it apparent that he's always been a con artist, albeit admittedly a bit more clever of one than most.

Calvin understands the marketing power of a great backstory. Back in his Bodog days, he used to publish stories under the pseudonym Cole Turner, who was the adventuring, Indiana Jones-type "CEO" of the company.

https://www.fastcompany.com/898669/personality-behind-online-gaming-site-bodog
Quote
Collaborating with his friend Christopher Costigan of Gambling911.com, a popular industry news site, he created a public alter ego, Cole Turner the CEO, and faked elaborate adventures that Bodog users could follow online. There was a 2003 party excursion to Cambodia pitched to the Web audience as an expedition gone awry, involving hookers, terrorists, opium smugglers, and, ultimately, Turner’s kidnapping. Ayre dressed hotel employees as gun-toting rebels and posted the photos. At least one concerned customer phoned to plead for the release of Bodog’s beloved faux CEO.

“I said, ‘Man, it’s kind of embarrassing, but I’ll do it,’ ” Costigan recalls. “I remember people asking if it’s really happening. I’m like, ‘Are you kidding me? You actually believe this stuff?’ ”

In 2004, Ayre outed Turner, then picked up the old boy’s fedora himself, flaunting a playboy lifestyle under his own name and modeling himself after his two idols, Hugh Hefner and Richard Branson — hiding nothing while exaggerating everything. “There is no personal in my life,” he told me.

We needn't look any further to understand what the "true motive" is: money... Well, maybe not just "money" but rather obscene wealth, undue recognition and being able to enjoy the other benefits of being a cult figure.

It might be understandable to think there is some deeper motive at play here, given how bad Craig has bungled his Faketoshi exploits, but he couldn't trick the ATO into believing he was a legitimate businessman and I believe its more likely he is just a victim of his own incompetence, both then and now.

And regardless of whatever ignorant nonsense franky is conjecturing, the court doesn't have to rule that Craig is Satoshi or the Tulip Trust exists in order for Ira Kleiman to be entitled to half of whatever it is the court finds was developed during their partnership. We all know its likely nothing, and half of nothing is still nothing, but we'll need to wait for the court to catch on to this.

Even a settlement doesn't mean anything about Craig being Satoshi was ruled by the court. It's a misunderstanding of the legal process to assume that it does. Not only did the judge say he doesn't believe the Tulip Trust exists, he said he would make no ruling on whether or not Craig is Satoshi upon issuing the default judgment against Craig. There's no reason to believe this would change a second time around.
4450  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Craig Steven Wright is a liar and a fraud - Tulip Trust addresses signed message on: June 30, 2020, 06:26:08 AM
Just think about what you would do in Ira's situation. If my brother died and sombody claims he had half of 1 million Bitcoins, I would certainly go to court and try to claim ownership of that money. Even if it looks like the money doesn't exist and the guy who is probably controlling these Bitcoins is a pathological liar. If the court rules that somebody owns me 500000 Bitcoins, it doesn't matter if he actually has the money to pay me right now.

i understand that psychology
but ira isnt even asking for CSW to pay 410k coins(50% of 820k)
ira is trying to get a judge to rule that there was a partnership, without proof.. end of
the old game of 'lack of proof infers proof' game CSW has been playing for 4 years

it would be different if iras team were asking for 50% of the assets to be handed to daves estate
it would be different if iras team were asking for 410k coins
it would be different if ira's team were asking CSW to buy out 50%
it would be different if ira's team were asking for compensation

but none of these apply
the only request being made is to get a judgement that CSW&dave partnership owns bitcoin and IP and all other things involved

.. see the difference

Before the court can rule about the compensation, it is necessary to define the legal status of the partnership Dave Kleiman/CSW. Most people here know, that CSW used a regular font as Dave's signature, which would mean, that this contract about the partnership is NOT valid. This would be pretty easy to prove for Ira, but he has certainly no interest in proving that there was no partnership, because this would mean that CSW owns 100% of the Bitcoins and the case would be closed. Sure, these Bitcoins most likely are not under Craigs control, but how can Ira know this with certainty? And again: It is not in Ira's interest to prove that these Bitcoins are NOT controlled by CSW. Even if Craig now comes out and says he lied (the reason maybe autism) and never controlled those Bitcoins, the jugde might think, that this is just an obvious tactic to avoid paying Ira's share.

This is a sensible digest of what is going on.

And again franky is wrong as he didn't perform the necessary RESEARCH to educate himself on the reality of the situation. From the original complaint submitted by Ira's attorneys in 2018:

Quote
Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant for the value of the wrongfully retained Bitcoin and IP, together with court costs, interest, and any other relief this Court deems just and proper.

Obviously they are asking for compensation. Everything else... yes, they need to determine who had what and when through the process of discovery. To pretend this isn't 100% about money is completely ridiculous.

Forgive my ingress and for necro bumping this thread but I think my content will still be relevant since this is connected to them at all. Lately, I've stumbled upon their thread and as I was to search if they have been here since there project's timeline on CMC was dated back 2018 and glad I able to search this thread of @nutildah. Mind if you'll tag them again. Just what a comeback they had!

Here's the new thread with new account of s4fe: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5258049.0

I sent you a merit for your use of the word "ingress," which is not in my own vocabulary, but I imagine you used it correctly.

The thread I reported for this scam accusation contained links to an unofficial URL that, when visited, began auto-downloading a malware-laced QT wallet onto the visitor's computer. I remember it quite well because they threw a scam accusation against me that was actually plagiarized from another scam accusation (lol), so the OP was banned. Then they redirected all their links to the official website, which is the only reason I can imagine why the thread wasn't taken down by moderators.

The new thread you mention also directs to the official website (s4fe.io), so maybe it is actually the team relaunching their ANN for what appears to be the 3rd time. Their ICO is long over and they are just directing people to exchanges, so I don't see the harm in this new version. I did report 3 of their posts, including the plagiarized one that you noticed. That was weird and fruitless for the person that merited it.
4452  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏈🏈 The American Football Discussion Thread 🏈🏈 on: June 29, 2020, 11:42:41 AM
Hehe, although I called the Pats fans, I am happy with every opinion in fact Smiley This thread needs some more action again, we are not that far away from September anymore and it will be a special season with a lot of unknowns and special circumstances.

For the sake of sparking some discussion, I'm wondering: how do you use the coronavirus mess (introduction of unknowns and special circumstances) to get an edge when placing a bet? I'm curious to know if you've thought about it. Perhaps some players will be more warmed up and better practiced than others? Or is there a rule that says all teams must get an equal amount of practice time?

I don't really care if they have to cancel the preseason as those games are always a toss-up and rather meaningless. But I can't help but think there's an introduction of extra risk by going straight into the regular season without any kind of "warmup" games. Perhaps even a higher chance of injury to starters.

I was just commenting in the other thread about fake noise/crowds for the NFL: let's hope the virus is better contained by September. I really don't want to have to endure the artificial aspects, seems like a buzzkill.
4453  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FOX prepared to add virtual fans and crowd noise to NFL broadcasts on: June 29, 2020, 10:19:55 AM
How about this? They let people back into the stadiums by opening day, Thursday, Sept. 10th? That way they can have real crowd noises and don't have to do that artificial B.S. It's still well over 2 months away! Seriously don't understand how much longer this virus has to disrupt everything. Maybe just make the attendees sign waivers that they won't sue if they contract the virus at the stadium.

I would also encourage people to wear face masks and give them away for free with each ticket collected at the entrance, but not make it mandatory. You can't very well eat a hot dog and drink a beer while wearing a mask. Trust me I already tried.

If worse comes to worse, I have no doubt the NFL will do an excellent job of producing fake crowds and noise. Their production values are top notch. It may be a bit wonky during the first few games as they get the system hammered out, but I could live with it.

Still seems like its taking away from the overall experience of the sport, even as a TV viewer or radio listener :/

Just happy they're not delaying/canceling the season altogether.

Curse this idiotic virus.
4454  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏈🏈 The American Football Discussion Thread 🏈🏈 on: June 29, 2020, 10:10:42 AM
I think the Pats are gonna end the season with their worst record in quite some time, may not even make it to the playoffs. But I'm obviously not a Pats fan tho so my opinion probably isn't the one you wanted. Looking at the current SB odds, Pats are +2500... the 9th team down the line, this is already the lowest they've been for several years for this time of year.

At least Cam Newton has creative charactering in his social media.

I haven't interacted much with V8, but what I've seen gave me now reason to excluded him.

Can I ask why that is? I just checked and he hadn't changed his list last week, so I'm curious as to what your rationale is. Perhaps it can be an educational moment if you were to elucidate us.

OK, here's a legitimate question: if you are not SpydrZero, why do Unidollar and Rain have the same icon on the staking website?

Regardless, nobody should be buying this garbage. Its a completely useless money grab and serves no legitimate purpose.

4457  Economy / Reputation / Re: Possibility of the same team behind two projects? on: June 27, 2020, 06:45:20 AM
I noticed that too (as you noticed). Both projects are just clear Ponzi nonsense in that they serve no functional purpose and they only exist so that holders can try to convince other to people to buy in at a higher price.

The both use the same smart contract (the only difference being the total supply), the same token exchange service (Uniswap), and comparing the websites I saw that they both use the same font scripts.

I'm pretty sure that kyleintheclouds (Rain dev) is the same person as SpydrZero (Unidollar dev) but couldn't find any blockchain evidence to link the two. Seems like he created a new account after burning his reputation as SpydrZero by dumping his Unidollar tokens, refusing to continue supporting the token swap liquidity engine with ETH, and abandoning the project.

Regardless of whether or not they are the same person (pretty sure they are), both projects are hot garbage and should avoided entirely.

Done!

Here's the logo so you don't have to go back to the first page:

One of these days I'll revamp this project (maybe). I still have the keys to my Dogeparty wallet so technically I still have the Shitcoin stash.

Interestingly, the dogeparty.io website is still up, but the wallet portion of it has been down for over 5 years.

Dogeparty missed the entire ICO wave. People could have been launching their ICO tokens on it for a fee even smaller than ETH's. I should have founded a startup that used Shitcoin as the utility token.
4460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO WhitePaper Matter Most? on: June 26, 2020, 03:54:27 PM
Most of the people who involve in crypto always looking the source of information in one familiar project, that's why we are so eager to look it in the form that we can understand, now early 2015 ICO has been born and they put the brain of the project on it, Today the whitepaper is just simply to hype people and making us believe on the beauty of their project which is more of the ICO project now failed to perform well.

I just gave you a few extra merits for this because I remember thinking it was extremely funny back when I first saw it way back when. We've come a long way over the last 2 years. Nowadays I only check white papers to see if they've been plagiarized. I don't really care about their actual idea already because everything that can be done under the sun with crypto and the blockchain has already been done. Very rarely am I inspired by new projects these days.
