The first thing that comes in my mind when i experience winning is not probably to bet again because i am afraid to have regrets if i lose all of my winnings, that is why when i experience having a win streak i started to decide to stop playing gambling and play again in a another day.
I wish all the gamblers have the same mindset as you are thinking but unfortunately its the complete opposite. Gamblers tend to become more greedy when they are having a winning streak in gambling.

You should stop using this exchange the first time when you experienced the problem, even 0.01 BTC is not a small amount you should just forget. I check BSTY, and coinmarketcap is list only 2 exchanges for this coin, but 100% of the volume is on YoBit. In your case I would say something is wrong with YoBit wallet for BSTY, the transaction has not been sent yet from their side so you can not see it on explorer. So the solution is on their hand ( hands of Yobit) But they don't respond to support tickets nor chat nor twitter. How I will recover my 0.0249 BTC worth sir? Indeed the solution is only in their hand, but currently their BSTY wallet is under maintenance, probably fixing some problem on their side.  This is the only hope for you. Just wait for the wallet come back to normal and hope your transaction will resume. There is only one time when these two team met other than in this 2019 Rugby World Cup warm-up matches. That was the time in 2015 world cup when Japan defeated South Africa by a close match 34-32. I don't understand how people can like the fact that they got 500+ btc in profits as a whole and then lost 100 and then suddenly decide volatility is bad.
