4441  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not only for criminals/bad people and get rich quick! on: June 15, 2020, 08:52:06 PM
I stopped to talk about Bitcoin with people IRL, it's a waste of time. I'm tired of hearing people talking nonsense. Just repeating what they heard on TV, without even really understanding what they were talking about on top of that. And when you explain to them the reality to debunk it's like if you are lying. LOL.

From, Bitcoin is the official money of the dark web, only used by criminal, to it has no value, it's dead. You know, the same arguments we were listening to here...
(I know money talks more than a speech) I believe only Bitcoiners know BTC is not only for criminals.

I agree on what you have said thats why i dont waste up my time anymore trying to convince out people on whats Bitcoin is all about.
Even my own family doesnt even believe me on what truly is it and just directly say that it is a scam or fraud.Trying out to educate but still
useless in the end of the day.

Even telling my co-workers in real life is still useless. They would make you look like some crazy old guy that been murmuring into something
that they dont know about and when you try to explain they do just argue you with nonsense without even trying to dig deeper.

As we all know, you cant please anybody!
4442  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can i start forex with no risk of money? on: June 15, 2020, 08:14:00 PM
I speechless read comments you want to trade forex without risk, because it is not possible to trade forex without risk. Maybe you should
just deposit the money you have in the bank, if you want to profit with no heavy conditions. Even deposits in conventional banks also have
risks exposed to inflation, so if you expect forex trading with zero risk it's delusional.

I dont know why there are people who do really think on jumping to investment then they thought that there were no risk involved.
Forex and stocks is way more ahead than crypto market but in general sense they are just really the same which this do composed of
buyers and sellers which means you would really need to join in the tug of war for you to make profits.Risk? you can directly spot it out
once you are in the actual situation. You can make these dumb questions if you havent able to experience for yourself.
Same as me. I don't think there's a type of businesses that don't have any risk. Even in traditional businesses, you have to accept the risk when you invest in them. Cryptocurrency is a new market, it has even more risks than others. Therefore, the only thing you can do is minimize the risk, not eliminate them because you can't.

I dont know why people do really have those kind of perception towards investment on where they do think that theres no certain risk
accompanied with it.Even having in real life simple decisions do have risk involved, how much more if we are dealing on a business or investment?
Level risk might differ on each sector or area thats why it do need lots of consideration and study before making any step since you do
know on what you are risking out your money to earn money.Forex is no different on where you do deal with moving prices or market,
it might be centralized but still its too unpredictable.
4443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Coinbase? Someone made a profit? on: June 14, 2020, 11:27:52 PM
Have you used coinbase? Can you make money here or is it a waste of time? Is the site secure?

If you do talk into their platform https://pro.coinbase.com/ . Then for sure there were lots who do make profit and basing up the volume then theres no doubt with that..

Aside on being an exchange, there still lots of fellas who do make use of as an exchange wallet which isnt really a suggested thing to be done.

If you have agricultural land would you sell it or hold it ?

HOLD while you can!

I do have some agricultural lands which is divided in parts where theres coconut tress and a ricefield which basically generate out income but of course you would need to invest specially on ricefield.
You can utilize the land while its still in your own hands and if the time comes that you had stopped planting and then consider on selling it out then its unlikely for land property to decrease its value
after all the years. If you can still hold then it would be better but if there are instances or circumstances that you would need to sell just because for some emergencies then you can sell it of .
4445  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ethereum Classic undervalued? on: June 14, 2020, 10:00:55 PM
A hard cap of only 210 million coins was introduced on ETC in order to make it a scarce cryptocurrency just like Bitcoin is today. At a programmed number of blocks, the reward will be reduced on the Blockchain in a similar fashion to Bitcoin's block reward halving event.

Right now there is 116 million ETC, what is 5 million more then ETH. Pretty similar for both but far from Bitcoin that is still under 18 millions. ETC is worth almost a billion, what I think is quite a lot. If a lot people will use their platform then price will increase. If that is not the case price of ETC will stay where it is now.
There’s no demand for ETC because investor didn’t see any growth from this one, and maybe those are just traders who keep the price moving but when it comes to a big growth maybe the team should make effort on this one and don’t depend to ETH or BTC for its real growth. There’s so much supply but no demand at all, that’s why the price is still down but you can still see its worth as a top altcoins, though it should keep on growing over time so we can see a big price movement.

Only coins that have use case and are useful can have demand and will be worth anything in the future. The rest 99% of coins wil be worth close to zero.

It would really be tested out by time and only to those coins which do have actual utility would really last and the rest will really be dumped down to the ground very hard.
We can say that ETC would be heading on that situation and ETC is on top 20 on the entire cap.So its still  hard to presume on that it wont have the chance to fly with colors
in the future but as an investor then always take precautions on making investment steps because you wouldnt know on what are the things that would happen in next.

4447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I need a reality check, is an ICO right for me to fund a business? on: June 14, 2020, 08:29:02 PM
I think you're at the wrong time to implement that project funded by an ICO. because we all know that the ICO's nowadays are not working well anymore so even your goal is good(charitable) I might say that your chances to succeed in raising funds using the ICO method is very slim. I might suggest that you should find an alternative way to fund your startup business (if its a business). but not the ICO method because it's already dead.
I must agree that that the timing now is bad for ICO. We already lost so much investors through the years due to scams and unwanted fails of most speculated projects back then, even Libra of facebook didn't show up. Investors now are losing confidence to invest on projects lately, there have been a huge decrease of investors if you would look at the raised funds of projects lately, unlike back then. Especially now that we are facing a world catastrophe, we are getting less support if we plan a project now. The best thing to do now for profit earning is trading and futures trading.
True, even the most potential project nowadays do even hardly able to get some funding just because there is already some less interest
on investors side. This is the reality now thats why its really hard to raise up some fundings into this kind of situation and as said, we
are on a pandemic situation where people wont prioritize investment as of this moment but rather be focusing into their own
needs and priorities for them to survive.
4448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ETH2X.COM | ⭐Multiplayer Gambling ⭐Roulette ⭐Low House Edge on: June 11, 2020, 10:03:36 PM
I have seen this script in every type of gambling, crypto, csgo skins, fiat.

I’m just ridiculous from such comments)))) I think that, as in any industry, similarities will be present. Why not.

The gambling market is so crowded that it is simply unrealistic to be 100% different.
I do not see anything critically wrong with that.
And why not try to become the best among such sites. I think every developer has a chance.
As for me, you should not go deeper and criticize at the initial stages of the creation and growth of the project. Be patient and soon everything will become clear. You have to spend your time on ETH2X.COM or not.
We do have our own will on where we would spend out our time and choose up the sites that we do prefer. You cant really blame out people
for them to give out negative inputs because we have seen the reality of this market.Yes, everything starts  on initial stages but you can
already spot out which one did really make some effort and which one do directly make out a gambling site without even thinking if its
attractive or not.

This one is no different to all roulette side flooding out here.

4450  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Microsoft releases Bitcoin-based ID tool. on: June 11, 2020, 03:05:41 PM
I don't think that the point here is about Bitcoin but about blockchain. And that is not surprise, many industries are implementing blockchain technology for different purposes. The thing is that many still mix blockchain and Bitcoin but use of blockchain doesn't necessary mean the use of Bitcoin and that is the case with Microsoft too.
So, I don't think this news is something surprising.

People do have this kind of perception or belief when anytime bitcoins price is being tagged on they do feel up some hype but if we do
read up and understand it carefully then we can really say that these kind of news doesnt really give much relevance towards bitcoin.
On blockchain tech then yes but for btc then it isnt really that connected at all.It wont really be that surprising if big companies out there
would make their own chain and use it for what purpose they do like.

But somehow when people do heard of something new then they would either go or search up into its origin or not.
It depends on a certain individual which would really somewhat give some brief glimpse of bitcoin existence.

4452  Economy / Speculation / Re: TA indicates a sharp drop soon on: June 10, 2020, 11:42:20 PM
Triple top and Head&shoulders do really means out high tendency of drop which is mostly effective if we do it on forex but doesnt mean that
it wont happen here on crypto yet there are lots of time that crypto market can break out any TA's out there.

Lets hope that it would break that 10k barrier this time but it seems the price is tanking below the line neither it would break or bounce down.

But neither of the case, i do still have sufficient cash for buybacks.
4453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the best features in a mobile crypto wallet? on: June 10, 2020, 10:39:30 PM
Just for features, here are my basic needs.

1. QR codes - Both read and create. Send and receive, save private keys to import and address as contact.
2. Bio-metric lock - Quick with nearly no risks when you have your phone with yourself mostly.
3. Availability of choosing fees - Not a mobile related thing but as most of the mobile wallets are not allowing this.

Great input, the 3rd one made me remember a user that paid over $2m in transaction fee today. probably, the wallet had made that error during an automatic fee calculation.
WTF! I wasnt aware for this news or just missed this one. I cant imagine the user do feel right now on setting out that $2M in fees.
Going back on topic about what are the features that i do prefer on a crypto wallet.

All things can be seen when you do make use of electrum or Imtoken.

1. You do have the keys.
2. Importing via QR
3. Security which is always in default.
4454  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Should You Track The Cryptocurrency Market Cap Before Investing? on: June 10, 2020, 10:04:16 PM
Cryptocurrency is one of the best leading investments even during the time of the pandemic. While the current fiat currency system is bearing the brunt of inflation and recession, the cryptocurrencies recovered in no time. They might not have the same prices as before but a comparative study brings it to the limelight again. Many countries are considering launching their cryptocurrency and China has launched its bitcoin-like digital currency. These make a valuable investment and the same is evident from the cryptocurrency market cap. Am expecting your valuable answers. Thank you in Advance.
You are just trying to side advert https://tokenncoin.com/coins  Grin

Okay back to the topic, we can say that fiat system is already having that problem now but doesnt mean that crypto would really took the place.Yeah, we have seen increase
but on a very minimal manner.

Also, why would consider that China-made coin is a crypto? No it isnt and its never been a bitcoin-like thing. This is more appropriate if you do say that this is just simply
an e-fiat thing.
4455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DEX's with MILLIONS in volume, COULD make you stinking rich, here's why. on: June 10, 2020, 09:44:03 PM
I don't particularly like DEX exchanges, they are capitalist and annoying. They ask for a lot of costs to make sales, deposits, cancel orders and make withdrawals. This costs me a lot.  Angry

~

We don't NEED exchanges for FIAT gateways. There are multiple service providers out there, which offers great deals on crypto, which is often cheaper than exchanges themselves. (Just my experience).

Once DEX's reach several millions in volume, then there is no NEED for these centralized exchanges anymore, hence why I believe DEX's is a good long term plan.

I do agree that there are several gateways but the question is, would you trust them enough to make such transactions or deals?
Yes, they are cheaper but i cant easily just make tx in them thats why people do really rely on centralized even its completely contrary on what
we are hoping.

If we have to achieve complete anonymity then there also should be a decentralized exchange for fiat conversion but we only have p2p sites which can give anonymity but the trader who sends you the money knows who you are.
P2P is considerable but theres a specific risk behind that since this is face to face transaction then it would neither on the way on how fiat would be transferred
if it would be on handed or via bank account. So we know on how things work after that.
4456  Economy / Economics / Re: Highly educated scammer hate bitcoin! on: June 10, 2020, 02:23:14 PM
a medicine specialist turn into full time scammer who enjoy ripoff his friendship over money. One occasion I introduce him into bitcoin, he immediately call me idiot and calling bitcoin is a fault! He said Warren Buffett dislike bitcoin, its a scam.

It’s sad, scammer hate bitcoin. Computer nerd, degenerated, noob, geeks, and no life, gamers, losers, and homeless love bitcoin.

Just let him be, there would be consequences on all things that he had done. Nothing last forever.Lets say he's making money right now
but time will tell on when he would bust up himself specially if he do engage on MLM scams etc. There's a significant violation on that when
we do talk about stealing investors money. Just to ask, why your friends havent made up any legal move with that franchise investment
in 2008? All of them would really have able to file a case if there are evidences that he do received the money and cant prove out  that
investment do really exist in the first place.
4457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ninety nine percent of new projects are money grabbers on: June 09, 2020, 11:19:36 PM
To me many new projects are here today just for your money, you invest in them and you make them rich, that's why we keep seeing unqualified people becoming developers, it's always about the money, I wish crypto projects are much harder to built, maybe only few scam projects will exists...... I know how easy it is to built erc20 token and website too, God have mercy on investors, I hope solution comes soon

Build a token or coin wont really break an arm and leg thats why we do see lots of them flooding out the market.I highly agree on what you have said
ICO investment are only worth wayback in 2017 and earlier, after that in 2018 onwards most of them are just trash, until they do switch up to new
funding system which is IEO which is somewhat better in terms of security that it would be listed on exchange and can be trade but most of the time
these projects turns out to be shit and died/dumped to the floor.
4458  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How has trading impacted your personal life ? on: June 09, 2020, 09:38:04 PM
It did really made up some impacts on both sides.

Positive:

1. Can support up my living with my current earnings
2. Can make out money in the convenience on my own home/room/phone.
3. Dont have that 8-5 typical job.
4. More time with my family since i do have all the control on when i do make trades.

Cons.

1. Lack of sleep
2. Lack of exercise
3. Lack of social interaction from people(ex. friends)

This doesnt talk about inner characteristics that you do learn like emotion handling, patience etc.

This do talk about literal things when it comes to impact.
4459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DEX's with MILLIONS in volume, COULD make you stinking rich, here's why. on: June 09, 2020, 08:39:11 PM
I don't particularly like DEX exchanges, they are capitalist and annoying. They ask for a lot of costs to make sales, deposits, cancel orders and make withdrawals. This costs me a lot.  Angry

You clearly hardly know what a DEX is, because they are completely the opposite of your claims.

A DEX is a trustless, low fee exchange, with NO GEO-blocking, restrictions, or any other bullshit.

Well,,, he may be one of many who do not really understand what a DEX is but he does have a point in that many of them are quite annoying.

And I definitely understand DEXs that cancel orders it has happened to me a lot too -- the only difference in most DEX vs CEX is that they do not have control of your funds.

Cancelled orders happens when the maker cancels, just like any other centralized exchange. The beautiful thing about DEX's is:

1) They will never shut down
2) They cannot be taken down even by law enforcements, as the DEX is owned by no one
3) Your keep your privacy
4) All trading is trustless, you do not need to TRUST anyone.

There are many more benefits, but these are just the main ones.

You said it right when it comes to cancelled orders and theres nothing surprising about that.

The market had several DEXE's and some of them are already closed.I can say that decentralization is always been good but people do still end up on
centralized ones because of lacking of fiat integration and services.
Yes, we can find only these features on centralized ones thats why it isnt surprising that people will surely jump to the other side in exchange to that.
4460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Which of those are good and safe wallets? Coinomi-Exodus on: June 07, 2020, 10:33:20 PM
Folks, I'm using the Coinomi wallet for a while, it's good on mobile, but on my PC, I don't know why I can't send money through it, today I decided to test Exodus, with this wallet it's my first time.
I tested it with a little bit of litecoin on the PC and also on the Smartphone and it was all great, but it is always good to look for information.  Wink
Does anyone else use Exodus? do you know if it's really safe? due to the fact that it worked well on the PC, I am thinking about migrating and using it as my main wallet for my altcoins.

Using up Exodus for multi-coin is a good choice and this is what i do use after all these years. When you do store up Bitcoin solely then i suggest electrum or core but for alts then i do choose Exodus.

You can read up more info or discussion about Exodus here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1766679.0.
