Не думаю, что от легализации стоит ждать чего то хорошего.. Введут налог на все операции связанные с криптовалютами, окончательно узаконят майнинг, но как средство платежа и для расчетов, ничего не примут, это не Япония, даже и надеяться не нужно..

Ничего удивительного, в Японии все биржи которые соответствуют требованиям прекрасно работают, запрет касается только одной которая не выполнила нормативы . Такая новость не обрушит курс и вряд ли вообще как то повлияет на рынок крипты.
