There are a lot of conditions that will halt martingale to be profitable especially at the long run. Martingale needs a huge balance to be able to cover the previous lose. Mostly, people will stop martingale when he/she ran out of balance and in the next session he/she will start from bottom again and not continued his/her last streaks. When I was a newbie I never do research on the altcoin. I just bought the altcoin that I want at that time and checked the price everyday.
