There is less than one day for Leverkusen v Dortmund and Leipzig v Bayern Munich matches. I see Dortmund being closer to a victory in this match but it is going to be hell of a match without doubt. Even if Dortmund win this at the end, I think that it would be by one goal. But it is very risky to place a bet on a team here of course. Rather than that, both teams to score is a better option like I said before. Bayern Munich are the favourite against Leipzig of course but their odd is really high that makes me doubt about the result. But I still am thinking of placing a bet on them to win.

Messi and Neymar won't be able to play in the next game (vs Clermont) unfortunately due to their games in the World Cup qualifiers on September 10. The league game is on September 11 as you know. I was also expecting to see Messi being in the starting eleven normally. After this game, we will watch them in the starting eleven in their Champions League game which is against Club Brugge I think.

We have a huge match this week that is going to be played between Napoli and Juventus in Naples. Napoli had a quick start by defeating Venezia and Genoa. However, Juventus still don't have any win. They missed a big opportunity against Udinese as they let them make a comeback from 2-0. And they were defeated by Empoli home very surprisingly. And now, Ronaldo has left also. They should be able to pull themselves as soon as possible. Most probably, they will struggle against Napoli and even lose this match. But after this match, they need to start getting good results.
I predict Napoli easy to win from Juventus with margin score above 2 goal, without Ronaldo have gone almost 50% for Juventus power and difficult looking for new forward to make many goal for Juventus. Lorenzo Insigne will be man of the match for Napoli and I prefer he will make goal for Napoli, beside Juventus goal keeper make many fault last two match and will keep the same when faced with Napoli. Odds are quite challenging, interesting and close between Napoli and Juve @2.4-2.7 Everything is possible and depends from who will be absent and fit for the game in both side, especially Insigne and Chiesa. The Armenians didn't make me happy today with a win against Liechtenstein... Thought there would be a lot of goals, but it turned out that Armenia scored a penalty and drew! Netherlands completely obliterated Turkey by a 6-1 score. It is a very embarrassing result for Turkey. I really don't know what happened to them. They were performing awesome before the Euro 2020. But something happened as of that tournament and here we are. Actually, they have powerful and talented players. Their game plan is just not working now. Maybe they can solve the problem with a better manager.
Neither me can understand what's going on there.. I can understand such result when facing Gibraltar, San Marino, Liechtenstein or some weak Eastern Europe countries but for Turkey, it is weird to see them failing but embarrassing themselves with such humiliating score is another achievement France made it finally and Denmark + Norway demolished their opponents. Depay and Haaland made a hat-trick today. For Wednesday's games they aren't that top with clear advantage for top teams imo. |

I didn't learn my lesson today unfortunately, but with so many games happening today, I gave in to temptation but decided to avoid Europe altogether (except for an early bet placed yesterday).
Backing Senegal, Tunisia, Algeria from Africa to take me home today, plus UAE and Saudi from the Middle East to add to my joy. Had considered backing Madagascar earlier but already two goals down inside 30 mins, so seems like I avoided that trap. They were doing so well before Covid, though.

Not a local fan but what I know as someone who has a small idea is that African clubs are laggy, worse than European and South Americans ones! By half time both Senegal and Nigeria matches results were 1-1 but before the end of their games they were leading, Tunisia won with 2 goals but it isn't convincing and their opponent failed to score otherwise the result might be different. Egypt got a weird draw few days ago and Algeria should be safe to bet on imo. Otherwise in UEFA qualifiers, Portugal just knocked Azerbaijan with 3 goals, CR7 didn't play and left to join ManU training instead. |

I bet that Messi won't play all 90 minutes and won't start the match as a player in the squad. PSG needs him for Champions League and there is no reason why they use him after the international days. They will give him time to rest.
Without Messi, with players they have, PSG will win the match and perhaps win it easily.
I don't think coach Pocchetinno will give Messi a chance to play for 90 minutes. But the coach should put Messi on the field in every match now. So that he can get a good idea about PSG's match strategy and play style. And his understanding with the players is even better. Messi is not needed in Ligue 1 matches. PSG is strong enough without Messi. Pocchetino needs to give Messi, Donnarumma and Ramos once healed some time to play in the next game imo, 45 minutes should be enough for Messi and Ramos as a start, less than this their impact will be limited like the previous time with Messi and obviously that might affect them negatively since fans and everyone are expecting a lot from them. For Donnarumma, he should play full time whether vs Clermont or in CL, or else Pochettino should explain why the best goalkeeper is on the bench for this long time! |

With the resource Tottenham have, it is better than what Ranieri and Leicester City had in the season they won Premier League. It is more possible than Leicester City years ago. Let's see how they will finish the season.
Spurs has no chance to win the EPL title this year vs teams like Chelsea, ManU and City honestly.. even if Kane and Son were 100% fit and playing whole games. They were the first couple of rounds in the previous season but they weren't consistent, their performance will drop at a later stage, actually I want to see how good they will be when they will face Chelsea next week |

If this shows something is that EPL is way solid and richer than the other leagues, it is equal to two or three.. and La Liga is being less interesting, less attractive with a big impact of covid and Messi's + CR7 departure from there.. I don't think Salernitana will be competitive enough for Ribery, I think he should have opted for another instead, China or USA would probably pay much better.
Ribery might however impress with the team though, I just don't see them staying in the top flight.
Apparently he would like to stay in Serie A for more, considering his age, I think that Saudi or Qatari leagues might be an option in addition to USA and China too. His choice, I doubt also he could influence a lot the gameplay of the team, it depends from his performance and injuries after all.. |

The news that Messi has decided not to renew his contract with Barcelona astounds me. This is awful news for the team's fans as well as the team itself. Without Messi, Barcelona appears to be a team that is no longer a force to be reckoned with, and Laliga will soon be displaced by other European competitions.
We had this discussion weeks ago and I don't see the point of popping it out again. Messi's page in Barcelona was turned and the club has to start another era without counting on a single player. Barcelona will face Bayern in CL next week, it will be a challenging match for both teams and Barca has to avoid a big loss at any cost or else Koeman will be threatened. |

I still can't believe that there are some of you that believe that Navas should be the number one goalkeeper. That is not true at all, Donnaruma is clearly the better goalkeeper, why are you still defending Navas? I mean don't get me wrong I am not saying that Navas is a bad GK, he is definitely a good GK but that doesn't change the fact that Donnaruma is a better one. He should be playing every game he could, plus fatigue is not a big problem for goalkeepers which means that Donnaruma specially at his age could play every single game PSG has without getting tired about it as well, not like he is a winger which they have a lot of as well.
PSG has all kinds fo problems with this, on the wings+striker situation normally there are three players, they have messi, neymar, mbappe, icardi, di maria there as well, how could they decide that too? Their job is very difficult.
Navas is an excellent goalkeeper, he was a key player that let PSG go far in CL in the previous season with his saves so counting on him for some games will remain even when Donnarumma will take his place step by step starting with CL imo or might be given the opportunity vs Clermont also. Actually deciding between a bunch of players shouldn't be a problem tho, they will rotate them, the player that is ready more than the other will participate and so on, this might confuse further their opponents. |

Where can I place a bet for that?  A little bit serious, I don't think he will be sacked before October. Winning vs Norwich is possible, Burnley next shouldn't be a problem too, a defeat vs Spurs is expected but getting 1 point will give him a better chance to stay with the team longer. October's games aren't "very" hard too except maybe Leicester one at the end. Overall, everyone is expecting Arsenal to make 4-6 points every 3 games at least, getting less than this by October means goodbye for him. Obviously if Norwich will trash Arsenal then it will be a fast farewell. |

England are simply destroying Andorra now. The score is 4-0 now and this will be a very comfortable victory for them. Andorra were able to shoot only once and that was not on target also. And it is a really productive day for Lingard as he scored 2 goals so far.
England knocking Andorra with many goals wasn't a surprise tho. What I found funny is Wales game, Welsh fans there turned down with 2 successive goals in less than 2 minutes, I assume everyone one was sweating hard until Bale saved them from a defeat lol. France are doing great... well, they are in a group where there are only very weak teams and yet this is their performance: 5 games, 2 wins and 3 draws they are in a group where there is no strong team and even so they only get that performance I see that France are playing better than their competitor. if they had started with Benzema, martial and Kingsley Coman I think they could have scored more than 1 goal What I think is Didier Deschamps want to leave (get kicked from) his job! France is showing very very weak performance honestly in these international games. They are supposed to win vs these weak teams, no offence but players level are very different and thanks to the tactics used by France, you feel like there is no advantage at all and here is the result.
