There's is no way to find out the coins that will be listed on coinsbase but you can try to get some clue on the reddit and I seeing it right now mostly of the users and speculators are very active on the reddit.

Binance will be listing a new token based on the numerous factors. It doesn't mean when you are issuing your token on binance smartchain and your token will be listed on binance instantly.
Binance will always do so many audits to your project and take the conclusion whether your token can be added into its centralized exchange site or not. If you wanna create a new token and I think pancake, or another swap service on BSC is more than enough for you dude. The only question is what will be the usability for your token and your product.

It's still possible for TRX to reach another ATH but the problem is this platform is lack of good update to create FOMO. The launch of NFT token aka TRC721 didn't give any impact to the price.
