I believe that reading books about how people made it big from scratch, following their advices, this may help you in some way.

The books are only helping you to see and understand stuff you didn't until that day. It doesn't necessarily make you rich.
4462  Other / Off-topic / Re: How long you in bitcoin world? on: August 27, 2016, 08:49:27 PM
The registration of my this account is the time when I involved in bitcoin, yes I started to use bitcoin on 20 January these are only a few months but I learned much more about bitcoin, and I have shifted all of my transactions to bitcoin, as it is a much convenient currency for me.

So you're pretty new with BTC then! Welcome, and I hope you'll have fun with the BTC community. I've learned a lot of things with the help of Bitcoin, and I have earned a lot of money too: over $450, for free!
4463  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you do when you are happy? on: August 27, 2016, 08:45:30 PM
I am happy most of the time. Happiness is one of the most important things in life, and for me it's just family and the fact that I am living.. I love life, and I am doing pretty much everything I can to maintain this mood Cheesy
4464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will be the fate of Bitcoins in the hands of government coins on: August 27, 2016, 08:37:38 PM
Well..... What usually happens with something when being taken and controlled by Governments? Same thing would happen with Bitcoin too. It would become a bad currency, everyone will leave it and it will get killed slowly overtime.
4465  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can a newbie earn bitcoins????? on: August 27, 2016, 08:36:05 PM
Join a signature campaign. Grow your account while you're earning Bitcoins, to earn even more! I have started as a newbie but never found a campaign accepting me, so I quit BTCTalk for months and now I regret it. I would have been like two ranks above and would have earned muuuch more!
4466  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it possible to mint Bitcoin ? on: August 27, 2016, 08:32:48 PM
As the Bitcoin price is constantly changing, buying BTC physical Coins would mean no profit for you. Also, transactions made through wallets are way safer and you are anonymous.
4467  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When gambling makes you cry. on: August 27, 2016, 08:27:08 PM
Gambling makes me cry when i lose own money fwhich i earn from free faucet which i got on gambling site which is having faucet enought good for me.

Getting money from faucets takes YEARS. I can't think of making one Bitcoin through faucets, at least not when you're paid under 1k satoshis per faucet. Signature campaigns are MUUUUCH better.
4468  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: August 27, 2016, 08:21:45 PM
The only smart was to gamble is to bet what you can afford to lose. Gambling is based on luck, just like trading is.

Finally someone thinking the way I am. This is the right decision to take, but the hardest and worst. Pretty hard to abstain from betting more than you can afford, because the expectations are much higher.
4469  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much have you gambled? on: August 27, 2016, 08:11:48 PM
I think totally i gambled 0.06 bitcoin (which is a lot from me) and after all gambling i won 0.02 bitcoin, which is also a lot for me so i am happy for that
So you are looking satisfied with your statics of gambling, after a long time I saw a person who is happy with small amount of winning, but It's hard for me to keep the record how much I have gambled till now, for me good thing is that I'm still profitable with this.
I cant begin to calculate how much I have lost on gambling neither can I account for how much I have earned as a result of gambling

You can. Pretty much every online casino has the Account Info feature where you can see how much you've gambled and how much you've lost or won (probably won). You can then calculate it by yourself.

all I know is that I am still in the game and hopefully I can get to win the jackpot
one day after that I quit gambling for good...

Winning the jackpot will mean a lot for you. However, you will find out one thing sooner or later: to win the jackpot, you have to invest AT LEAST as much as you are going to win. If you will go for a $2k jackpot, you will have to bet over $2k and then you'll get it. It'll seem a big win, but it's just the amount you've lost so......... Basically, a waste of time.
4470  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: August 27, 2016, 08:03:18 PM
I do not ever try to buy bitcoin because i do not use bitcoin as investment i only want is to earn and after i has a pretty good income i will exchange and spend anywhere i want.

so you never thinking bitcoin will be rise again ? i think better you learning about bitcoin trading or maybe earning, it's good way to growing your money.
I personally think that bitcoin will be staying stead for some time until the halving begins.  When that hits, then I would expect a small drop, but I would anticipate that it would bounce back to its stable rate shortly after.  I am not buying right now because i just do not have the extra cash right now to do this.  If I did have the extra money, I would be buying!!

The halving already took place months ago.. And the price dropped when Bitfinex got hacked. The price won't be steady as it was in the last weeks for long.
4471  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: August 27, 2016, 07:52:32 PM
If you try to remember the sentiment when you lost money, maybe it will stop you from doing this again.

It won't. When you loose, you want to win that amount you have lost back. Same thing happens when you remind of the money you have lost: you regret and want it back. The trick of all the casinos, and gambling itself.
Yes right when someone looses then it is even harded to leave the gambling because person wants to recover back the amount that he lost in gambling. In winning yes person become greedy but its much easier to leave gambling at that point rather than when you have lost.
The best thing will only be try to forget about that loss but its really not easy to forget that,

But I have an opposed idea in my mind, like suppose if a person lose in gambling he will either lose all of his money and then will not have any amount to bet again or will disappoint from there and will leave gambling even with having some amount of money, while those who will not lose and will win every time will not leave gambling as there will be no lose to him and he will get continuous money from there and in that case no one leave a place like that.

You are correct those people who win in gamble do not leave away as they want to earn again and again in there and the greed incrases more and more with each passing day, while those who lose will leave from that field.

You will leave the field when you're out of cash. It's the tricky casino system making you not even notice how much you're k posing.
4472  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: August 27, 2016, 07:34:30 PM
Actually if someone is really addicted with gambling can't live without gambling it's not a easy task to give up gambling. when anyone win some big on gambling they become addicted on it. So, if anyone have these issue it's hard to stop gambling. on the other hand to stop himself gambling he can passed the times with other thing like if he has a hobby, he could do that and forget about gambling.

I've been REALLY addicted to Gambling a while ago, but managed to escape through one day: managing my money. It's hard for the first two days, but then it becomes easier and you can get past the addiction.
Yeah but for those really addicted just like drugs we can not easily just like that. it takes a long time before they can stop it because its their hobby and they are happy while are gamble but if they are experience always of loses and never made any profit friends can help him to advice that he can not get any profit in gambling because gambling made only to give entertainment and fun. so he will learn.

You can't just stop by trying to slowly decrease the time you're playing in casinos.. You have to either stop it now and forever or you will not succeed it. Managing my money means limiting the amount I got on me. And that means having the exact amount for lunch and other stuff I have to do in the city, just so I won't have any other cash on me to go gambling with. This way I was able to abstain from gambling.
4473  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: August 27, 2016, 07:23:57 PM
It depends on you, if you like earn money or spend money. If you like to spend then probably that would be gambling as the more you spend the more you will get the best entertainment but if you like to make money investment is always the answer.
Exactly. I personally prefer it to be both, although with different allocations. Around 70% on investments and 30% gambling. That way, the chances are varying and it may possibly be a higher chance to gain profit.

though investing is a way better method of earning money if you dont actually invest into ponzi schemes
Yeah, investing in ponzi schemes are always risky the owner of that ponzi site will definitely run away whenever he feel that he is going to lose anymore or if he feel that he has now earned that amount which he wanted to earn.

I myself do not want to invest in any scheme, I always prefer to start trade or any personal business as in there you will be your own boss and will not have the risk to lose.
An investors with a good mind will never invest in ponzi scheme because we know they are scam. Only newbies falls for there too good to be true promises, it is better to invest in gambling or gamble at all than putting your money in ponzi scheme.

You are right, in ponzi schemes we have 100% chances to lose all of our money and 00% chance to win or get back our money, so in respect to that it is better to try gambling as there we get 50% chance to win and 50% chance to lose.

You can get rich from ponzi schemes if you know when to stop. You can loose the money with gambling as fast as you can with ponzi schemes though.
4474  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: August 27, 2016, 04:37:12 PM
Long term or short term gambling is not a method of profit making. If that was so then people would not work hard to earn money and everyone would just flock at gambling sites for daily bread. The casinos would go bankrupt but that never happens and the casino owners are the real profit makers.

I also think sometimes like that, if gambling was the place to get the profit or to earn money then everyone would be there for earning their money for their lives as gambling is a place where they would not feel bored and will not give time and energy to any other place of work, In short gambling is not a place for earning money but only for entertainment.
That's true, gambling is for entertainment not a place to earn. but there are some folks who earn from gambling by playing poker and it's their only source of income. a guy told me while chatting on fj that he earns by playing poker(it's his job lol), i don't know if he was lying or telling the truth.

He's probably not lying. There are professional Poker players, earning a living (or.. A luxury living) out of it. However, many of them are losing in the long run.
4475  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Gambling is Fun? on: August 27, 2016, 04:35:24 PM
gambling is fun because playing game can get reward much profit
playing card poker roullete dice and more is get much reward profit
because high reward your can dream winner about much money, dream buy car with gamble and more

Dream, dream... Yeah, you're basically dreaming all the time. And you won't find this out unless you will try to quit it for some time.

I guess the only way it can help you is that it can distract you from the real problems you've got.
4479  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you Rich from Gambling? on: August 27, 2016, 04:21:01 PM
I remember i have seen a report, only less than 10% of gamblers win in the long term. So most ppl lost, I am a high roller, I have profited 100 btc from casino, i am a lucky bird.  Grin

wsj.com/articles/SB10001424052702304626104579123383535635644
Nice 100 bitcoins is a huge profit congrats, most can't even afford to win 1 btc. Roll Eyes so in which year you bought your coins?

I can't even manage to get 0.1BTC from gambling now, lol.

Most of the gamblers are losing everything they win, sooner or later.
4480  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you can control your self when playing gambling? on: August 27, 2016, 07:34:05 AM
sometimes, it based on my mood.
If I'm happy, I can control it. But if I'm not good, I just play until I lost all my money. Maybe this 'trick' can control yourself when gambling.
Just, decide how much the coins to start, how much the coins you will loose to stop, and how much the profit you get to stop. And the important point is don't be greedy.

By losing all your money, you're only getting yourself into an even worse mood. Even if you decide how much to bet, you will loose it if you have money on you.
