4461  Economy / Economics / Re: Where can i invest my money? on: April 21, 2017, 05:05:54 PM
You can invest with bitcoin alone, I already made a cash out today and made profits. Just holding your BTC is investing because if you buy now and it will grow as you go on because the price trend of it is increasing, well you can apply it to altcoins if you want but always choose wisely.
Bitcoin is already good investment, In this case just buy bitcoin and it can be considered as our investment. Because bitcoin is the long, mid, short term investment for everyone.
Let us take it literally if we buy right now the price of Bitcoin will be 1200$ which is currently high and we can see the price action is taking its time to cross the 1300$. Let me tell you why it is bad to buy right now aside from what I said earlier. Buying right now at the current price is a bad idea because you are not giving yourself a margin of safety in which you need in case the price falls down. Margin of safety is one of the best tools to protect your money from your invesments you should use it.
4462  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: April 21, 2017, 11:41:00 AM
BTC is not supported in majority of the countries because they dont treat it seriously and dont want to take any risk by investing in them.
this thought must be avoided and it must be taken into account that bitcoin is not a joke and an actual currency which can be used worldwide without any problems only if recognised by all  Shocked Shocked
I don't think some countries are not supporting Bitcoin because they don't want to invest in it, no countries even invest in Bitcoin. What I mean about that is one of the main reason that it is not being supported by the government is they are considering it as a threat to their economy whoch is true tax evasion and money laundering to name a few in which Bitcoin can make it easier. Also they don't expect that there will be a lot of users even if they accept Bitcoin in their country.
4463  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why doesn't North Korea open up a bitcoin exchange? on: April 21, 2017, 03:07:45 AM
Because it would give North Korea's government at a disadvantage. As we all know it is ran by a dictator in Kim Jong-Un in which he really wants a total control of his country. By having a Bitcoin Exchange or even allowing Bitcoin in a country they are giving North Korean Citizens power in which they will be able to hide on what they are transacting with. Also they cannot risk on something like that happening to their country.
4464  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: April 20, 2017, 06:31:31 PM
Maybe not to get rich, but sure as hell to earn a decent amount of money with bitcoins.

How much money did you earn with bitcoins? Or did you lose some?
I think majority of the bitcoin fanatic are relying to this concept and believing  that someday they will become rich once bitcoin reach the highest peak price of bitcoin which is 10,000$ that's why many are holding bitcoin for a long time basis.
I don't think that Bitcoin is suited for a long term holding basis. Because right now in the first quearter of 2017 we saw how many times it drop from 1200$ to below 1000$, this kinds of price drops shows that Bitcoin is not a stable currency in which people need to take advantage of. If we have bought Bitcoin when it dropped at 700$ per Bitcoin during January by the first week of February we would have earned 500$ because it is priced at 1200$ during that month.
4465  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I have 0.5 BTC how to make money in Investment. on: April 20, 2017, 03:19:39 PM
I don't think that there is such thing as investing in a casino site. What you do in a casino site is gambling which involves a lot of risk compared to investing or even trading. You can kiss your Bitcoins goodbye if you continue spending it on gambling sites. I also suggest that you convert your Bitcoin into Fiat if you are really looking forward to investing, as their are many good choices you can find in the real world such as stocks and real estate.
4466  Economy / Economics / Re: Which one is good, trading or investing? on: April 20, 2017, 01:12:31 PM
Both are good if you do them properly.
Take on mind the good trader knows what it is to loose so don't give up if it doesn't work from the start
No one is particularly good compared to one another. It really depends on one you are putting your money on. Ill start my conversation about it with stocks. Some stocks are good for the long term growth in which what you are looking for is investing, while some stocks have the volatility that the traders love in which they take advantage of, also traders don't look at the fundamentals of the company but some speculative news that can hype the stock up which is also good for their profit taking.
4467  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: April 20, 2017, 09:27:03 AM
NBA MOCK DRAFT

Let us say that if the NBA Draft happened today, I think that the structure if followed according to rankings will be.

Top 3

1. Boston - Markelle Fultz
2. Phoenix - Josh Jackson
3. LA       - Lonzo Ball

I think that this 3 ballers will be locked in to the First 3 picks of the draft, Now If Boston really has the #1 Pick they would be drafting Fultz which is a PG which is also the position of Isaiah Thomas, It can be a good pick if Isaiah decided not to stay in Boston, but it can also be bad for Fultz because he will be playing as a 6th man at most.
I think that the 4th and 5th pick are also a good talent considering on that spot I mean Jayson Tatum and Malik Monk still available on the board will make any team in that position happy. Looking at their highlight videos the 4th and 5th pick might have a steal on their hands. Also a lot of teams here can setup a trade bait with this picks as this draft pool really shows a lot of talent even up to th 14th pick.
4468  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: April 20, 2017, 08:31:26 AM
Kids could probably won't get bitcoin because they are to young to understand those thing and some cannot handle their own money. But if there are really interested to use bitcoin i will show them how i use bitcoin, and i could probably help them to earn money too.
They don't need to be touching money in the first place. Handling money means you are giving the kids have a decision on where or how to spend it on their own, which is not right because you are giving the kids a power on which they still don't deserve at their age. The old ones are the providers of the needs of the kids they don't need money because all the needs can be satisfied by the parent.
4469  Other / Off-topic / Re: Young people should go all in on bitcoin on: April 19, 2017, 06:00:25 PM
Yes, Bitcoin has provided unmatched opportunities to the generation of 21st century. Earlier it was very difficult to predict the market and go for investment but now Bitcoins has created almost invincible opportunities that the youngsters can invest from their home without difficulty.
I don't think that it is a wise decision in which you go all in on something that has matured greatly. Bitcoin really crawled up fast and grew through out the years. I really don't think that it will go up to 2000$ even this year. What you are suggesting should come with a warning like "Trade at your own Risk" in which you just don't give bold predictions that you are not really sure of.
4470  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if all nations of the world started to use bitcoin on: April 19, 2017, 05:02:09 PM
Its not the supply that needs to adjust but it is the user who will. Why? Because if we think of it the supply of Bitcoin is limited and if the demand goes higher the prices will surely will go up as well. Also thinking of it being globally present means that it will surely have a demand that will be greater than the supply. We are looking at a price that even 10000 Satoshis is meaningful to us.
4471  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what situation would Bitcoin die? on: April 19, 2017, 03:49:13 PM
How Bitcoin would die, in theory:

-Bitfinex and USDT crash the market, or a lack of consensus from scaling, or both

-Mining becomes unprofitable for anyone except Jihan Wu

-Mining becomes extremely monopolised

-Bitcoin is no longer decentralised, thus the majority of people using it decide it's no longer what it's supposed to be and leave

-Mining becomes unprofitable even for Jihan Wu

-Bitcoin dies.
Certain situations could play their part in the Bitcoin to get die are: If the bitcoin have a clash with the system. Like if the beneficiaries don’t get enough benefit from it, as said to be.  The other is that if the main stakeholders don’t find it profitable anymore so they will switch to something else. Until and unless it benefits both the buyer and the seller it is going to stay in other case it is going to die.
Well I think that if mining is affected that in some point everyone has to stop doing it than I think it would make Bitcoin profitable. With that being said it will make Bitcoin become a more limited currency because the supply will become numbered even though there is still un-mined Bitcoin out there. It will certainly affect the price in a good way.

From what I remember you need to reach an Activity Level of 30 before you become a Jr. Member. Also the way that the activity levels is every2 weeks since the first date you join, in which the maximum amount of post that will be counted is 14. Too make it clear even if you posted 20 in just one day of your first week it will only count as 14 and the other 6 would be eligible for the next 2 week update. Also to keep it short you need to have at least 6 weeks from the date you have joined before you can become a Jr. Member which the Activity Level by that time is 42.
4473  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: April 19, 2017, 11:54:15 AM
I feel bad for the New York Knicks having the 7th pick due to the tie breaker, But at the same time I am happy that the Timberwolves pick up the 6th pick. Bad for the New York Knicks because they have kept there losing record early on while being defeated by the Minnesota Timberwolves via lottery. I guess it is one of the karmas you get from tanking. It is pretty obvious that they are tanking I mean Kristaps, Carmelo, and D Rose on a team that only won 31 games out of 82 it is pretty obvious they want to stack up in this draft pool.
4474  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][QAU] QUANTUM PROJECT - Connecting markets on: April 19, 2017, 10:41:13 AM
QUANTUM PROJECT has started off well about to hit 50 BTC already this really looks like a promising project and a presale discount is available to investors ,nice.
All the best QUANTUM.

We are just hope that, the Quantum project will be success and be great project in this years. I think
The developers and the Quantum team will be do it for the best plan in their project.

It will be successful. All are doing great for this project, the devs and the people around it. They have even started to reach people by running campaigns which is a great way to establish good connections. I'm pretty sure that there will be a continuous updates on Quantum.

Many investors are still having second thoughts about this project and I dont know why. It is a great project, sir yahoo says that it has resputable developers makes it more successful. I think there are still invwstors that do not know about this project, we still have a lot of time though.
Having reputable developers is another maintaining the coin is a different thing. We might say that an Altcoin is a good coin because of its developer but let us always remember they can abandon the ship first if they saw it sinking. What I mean about that is they may know when to dump their coin so that they can start another projects that what other developers do.
4475  Economy / Economics / Re: One Reason not to be "All Inn" on any Single Investment for Long on: April 19, 2017, 08:30:49 AM
One of the best financial tips I ever received from my parents was that you should always have extra on hand for emergencies, and never take any opportunity as something to go all-in with. This applied to everything they did, and they managed to do well so I guess their strategy worked out for them.

I've never gone all-in on an investment and I probably never will, and chances are I'll be better off because of it.
Emergency funds is not a type of Investment for your information. As in the word itself it is some kind of fund that is use for emergency purposes, also it does not grow overtime like any other investments do. Also you really don't diversify anuthing if you are allocating money from one investment and an emergency fund because you just minimize your money for the investment you have.
4476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][QAU] QUANTUM PROJECT - Connecting markets on: April 19, 2017, 02:06:20 AM
The Black Hole Address is kind of a new thing for me. And I am worried that even if you send Quantums on that Address, it can still be accessible to people who will try to hack it. Which is a dangerous thing in terms of price of Quantums. My question is if you send Quantums in that Address will the operation be irreversible? Will it be some kind of one way address that no Quantums will ever get out of?

4478  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Other Alternatives for Earning Bitcoin besides Signature Campaigns? on: April 17, 2017, 06:50:35 AM
1. Betting, sport bet better than dice bet. Need some amount to play.
https://nitrogensports.eu/
https://www.directbet.eu/

2. Trading (need time and know altcoin )

3. affliate marketing (need do online marketing)
Example: refer faucet user , refer casino user or etc

4. freelance (need skill, if dont have better don't go)

This are too common answers in which is not really the thing I am looking for. Betting and Trading involves a lot of risk that I can't afford because my Bitcoin is just limited. I was hoping to look for something that I can earn online while I am just sitting in my computer.
4479  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: April 17, 2017, 04:46:52 AM
Guys I know that there are previous posts and polls regarding the highly suggested source of bitcoin but things always change do I want to know what is the current best source of bitcoin nowadays. Please participate on this poll and kindly tell us why that's your choice. Thanks in advance and God bless us more Wink

The best source of bitcoin nowadays is simply purchasing bitcoin with fiat, then trade with it.
I don't think that the best source. As simply trading Bitcoin does not guarantee that you will have more. Trading is a high risk kind of money making, it involves a lot of skill and careful planning before you can even earn something. Just by being careless with your trade will result into a loss. What I mean about that is there is always a chance that you will incur loss. You'll probably end up having less Bitcoin in your wallet.
4480  Economy / Economics / Re: panic selling on: April 17, 2017, 03:54:55 AM

It is natural to those who lack confidence with the holding they had.  If a person trust his trades, then he won't budge the moment he saw price going down.
You'll probably increase your confidence if you understand what you are doing, selling is cause by panic is an action of those who are not convince enough with the future of bitcoin, later they will regret for doing a wrong decision when the price started to climb.
Let's be realistic here if we are really a risk takers, we invest only what we can afford to lose and that is why we buy bitcoin because we believe it will succeed.
It is not always about them. They don't even start the panic selling the first place. It is always the big players (The Whales) who start a massive selling making other small players follow them because they think something bad happened. Also cutting losses in the first place is not a bad thing because you don't know when will the price recover. It is better to buy something cheap when it started bottoming out. Its not always about trusting your trade but also trusting your strategy at first.
