It's probably the bull because TRX is a major altcoin and it could be a barometer when we are going to determine the market status or movement.
From that time to now, there's a major drop from TRX price, it gives some light that time but it was not able to continue a good price as the altcoins market really struggles until now.

The first half of the year for me shows a positive sign but the 2nd half it stop and started to dump again, so I think it will be hard to see a bulls for altcoins in the market by the end of the year.

We can't completely tell but we can feel on ourselves if what we see is already a bull run or not, I mean we have our own judgement and we know when it has already come or not based on our experience in the past. Most probably our basis is only the trend, and if we don't see it, we might not be able to believe but this market is really unpredictable but we should not mind the significant up and down and just hold until FOMO will happen again.

FOMO, IMO is one of the big reason of the bull run, and that time price could be overvalued so its our chance to sell our holdings especially for altcoins that is very cheap and undervalued at the moment.

Bitcoin could be the king of crypto while Libra will likely to be the king of stable coins market, if I can decide which crypto to consider, I think this stable coin is not a crypto since they follow the norms of the centralized system.

Bitcoin and volatility are the key factors on why this market grows, if its stable, there's no difference with fiat and other digital currency, and people will not invest on bitcoin. its features is unique and very attractive for investors that's why it reached its current value now.

No matter what, I won't be selling my altcoins and there's no point on doing that now if you hold from January 2018 to now because you both at the peak and you sell at the dip, this is very opposite of the right thing to do and it's a bad style of cutting loses to again invest in BTC for long term.

With regards to the difference, I think it really varies on their reference, personally, I am not relying too much with coinmarketcap if I like to get the most accurate data as I have noticed in our factors like trading volume which is not exact compared to the actual volume in a certain site.

If we like to be fully updated, let's just look at the price to the exchange to where we are trading.

I think the only difference here is on which platform it runs its crowdsale, when it comes to the determining the team's capability or how its whitepaper is done, we cannot tell right away that its good because we need to see first on how the team will carry its plan into action.

The main point only why people leave ICO is because they found a safer way to invest which is IEO.
if its in reputable exchange, they will feel its safer, so it's normal that we are seeing now people are investing in Binance IEO.

It's only expose because of the long bear market, but during the time of bull run, people are investing even in low marketcap altcoins because they believe on the potential, they got blinded by the good movement of altcoins and like to get instant and big return, and now this results them to being a bag holder as most of the altcoins from ICO have dropped its value and loses it liquidity.
