@Spots, Hey dude, it's now all fine as I tried to enter repairwallet in the debug window and it worked, my whole balance is back into the wallet now... Very much happy due to this... ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Thanks a lot and sorry for bothering you this much... I hope this never happens again... ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) That was the first thing I advised

So you had a block stake, and it was generated, but not accepted?
Is that the whole issue? If so, that's just an orphan
Those two that are generated, but not accepted, are the ones that staked for a larger amount the next day. That's why one was 6xxxxx and one was 8xxxx, because it took much longer to stake. You are aware orphans don't stack...?

I restarted my wallet and i am 25million coins short. Any ideas?
Most likely those coins were orphaned. Sometimes the UI is inaccurate. I recommend a repairwallet often. Sometimes when you load, if it rescans, it will do it automatically for you

That link shows your balance is accurate. As far as your screenshot, I don't know. You can't stake negatively, but the explorer shows your balance as Balance: 410907083.403188 BALLS after your last withdraw of 181212566.982406 Your wallet will be a combination of all your addresses, but as far as this address goes, it looks fine to me

That sent transaction shows you sent them somewhere. The balance seems correct after that is deducted

Get in with 3BTC today. Let's see what will happen!
Get them staking asap, you'll want as many as you can get soon ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) not many ppl think that way ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Yea, leaving them on an exchange and praying for a pump while you give up all that stake is a terrific idea. There are only a handful of people here who have not made a great profit. If you are in that group, then you need to re-examine your trading style If you are reading my posts you must know that I have coins from 3 days ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Read before writing. I didn't mean you. I meant people who are leaving them there are stupid. I probably shouldn't have quoted you when I said that, though ![Kiss](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/kiss.gif)

It's very well known that I fund good ideas. If anyone wants to put a program together, let me know and I will point you in the right direction As far as charity events go, I did a lot of them when I was running our carpet cleaning company. They are a good way to get well known and they are extremely easy to get into. There are a ton of 10k's around the country that are not hard to get ahold of; these people are waiting for opportunities to expand their events, trust me. Taking the first step is the most important part. We are way too busy to start a program like that, but I would be more than happy to put the GorillaStake or GorillaEx name on a good event ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Pretty sure people have caught on to credit cards being terrible. They just haven't been presented a solution well enough, yet

My wallet had "invalid checkpoints". Then became unresponsive. Made backup of wallet.dat file, removed all and re-downloaded blockchain. Wallet works fine. However if I put the wallet.dat with coins back the app crashes everytime. Cannot get to a point to do repair wallet.
Launch with -salvagewallet or import the private key to a fresh wallet

We could change the name, but the symbol will have to stay the same because richie most likely won't change it on Bittrex

anyone in here make market , and accept 10k coin , VPS maybe , RDP , and many more
I also think this is a good idea. Find someone who will accept it and I'll hook you up with some coins for your time ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Nevermind, I found someone for VPS. It'll be one of the guys that's working on GorillaEx, so you know it will be good ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

I've tried all the basics. currently downloading blockchain again with a fresh client and new wallet. I'll let you know how it turns out when I import the privkey from my old wallet address that should have had half a billion coins in it!
Private Key copies are what I feel safest with, as you can import them anywhere you are Seems to have worked. balance is back at what it was before it had a bitch fit and I'm staking again. shame all those unconfirmed stakes were missed but hey ho. Don't sweat it, most of them were probably orphans. Even if they weren't, you'll make the same amount anyway since your coinage will be higher, so you'll stake for a higher amount when you do stake; you didn't miss out on anything as long as your private keys are intact. The beauty of backups ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Tried the resync and reindex. No luck and im down 350mil BALLS or around that. Ill leave it at that, at least i got a part of it back.
Then the address those coins were on is not in that wallet.dat - Coins are stored on the blockchain, in addresses, not on your computer. These three commands verify the information for all your addresses and that blocks are valid against the whole network - OR - The amount you saw was higher than you actually had and repairwallet brought it to the proper amount. Those coins wouldn't have been spendable anyway if this is the case

both -reindex & -rescan didn't work... What do you say Spots, shall I try out -salvagewallet???
I don't think it's needed for a sync issue. What block are you stuck on now?
|
|
|
Repairwallet worked and it seemes it is now syncing again. I lost all the staking from 06.04. (Around 350-400mil coins it seems)
I lost all my coins due to this, hey Spots, would -reindex help??? I am trying it... It didn't help at all... I have >290M coins under possession and none of them is in my address currently due to the glitch that came during syncing, I mean that stuck... Someone please help, I need my coins back anyhow... repairwallet doesn't do anything except verify balances, it doesn't actually move anything -reindex and -rescan would be my first suggestions. Are you sure you're on 2.0.2 (just making sure)? Is there any chance the -reindex / -rescan could bring back my lost coins from stake ? (i know you asked gkv9 but im on 2.02) Can't hurt to try. Always back up wallet.dat first, just to be safe. Those two flags basically just double check the blockchain to make sure you have exactly what you should have (and verifies all blocks as legit) Those two and repairwallet will ensure the addresses in your client are showing the proper amount. If you are still missing coins after running all 3, then the issue is most likely that the address is not contained in that specific wallet.dat -salvagewallet would be the last option, but not really necessary in this situation unless you run out of other stuff to try, then it can't hurt to give it a go and see what happens
