Last tournaments there were about 120~ entrants, I think. But to be honest, the field was fishy as hell last Wednesday. Sometimes half of the table was "Sitting-Out" or went "All-In" every second hand.

There were 149 entrants and I atleast found 5-6 inactive players at my table for the staring 4-5 levels. Yeah really frustrated me with players who right after they sat on the table after inactivity and then goes all-in .  It is really getting annoying now  Angry

I hope sportsbet will do something about it and will be really glad if sportsbet puts some restrictions in the next one as they find suitable.

It was the same story at every table , for example my table had 7 inactive people , and the only guy I was playing against was shoving all the time cards.
I think I got kicked out first  , I had AQ against his 7-3 . Needless to say I lost.

This is usually the strategy of people playing with many alts , they shove every hand until they get lucky and double-triple their balance . And only after they play somewhat decent.
I wouldn't be surprised if people join this tournament with 5-6 alts in order to improve their chances .      And gameplay quality wise , unfortunately it's very low ,  until 60-80 % of the players are out.
I don't know, being inactive all the time and being active just once are different stuff, so there could be maybe a resolution that punishes people who are inactive for long periods of time all the time that doesn't affect the people who are inactive for just once or twice. This poker tourney could last for hours on end, which means people could have needs, you could literally just need a break for no reason at all other than being tired.

So basically just focus on punishing people who are constantly inactive, comeback play a bit maybe even win a bit and go inactive again, but also do not punish people who are rarely ever inactive but take some breaks for human needs that they might have. Finding that sweet spot in the middle is quite difficult I know.

...Can you ask the team to make the site more friendly for the users who use TOR? This captcha thing...3 to 4 times to solve the captcha before able to login...after certain minutes it logs out and you are going to go with the same lengthy process again to log in...

Indeed it looks like a TOR browser problem because I have only to solve captcha once in the login process.

Maybe there are no cookies saved in your ToR browser (are they?), so with every click to a new page, you have to login again and new captcha has to be resolved.
It is a bit about google cache as well, meaning if you are on google and constantly solving captchas for some reason, eventually google will realize that you are actually a human and will not ask you for anything at all, even if there is a captcha to be solved you gonna click on it and it will not ask you anything at all.

When you are using ToR that is not happening, google doesn't know who you are or why you are there and so forth, each time you use it you are a brand new person, which is awesome if you think about the fact that you are not followed like google usually does, but at the same time google doesn't know who you are so you will be asked each time. It is a trade off, either stay anon and not be known and solve captcha each time, or just be followed by google if you are fine with it (I am) and don't solve any captcha if you already have a few times.
4503  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: the first reason why fraud projects are increasingly rampant? on: May 01, 2020, 06:55:08 AM
I don’t really know for you, but scammers are not really new thing for me. Anywhere I go online, as long as it’s business and money that is being discussed , I’m always sure to expect scammers, it’s up to me to know the right thing to do and avoid them as much as possible. So, don’t act like it’s a new thing, because it has always been like that, there have been a lot of them right from beginning. The more the number of ICO projects continues to grow, the more there will be scam projects.

Most of them now are trying to make it look real, but still it’s only those who are dumb that falls for it. You shouldn’t rush into anything you see online, you have to be skeptic at first, take your time to research them and know who they are and what their project is all about.
4504  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Covid-19 Question on: May 01, 2020, 06:06:22 AM
Coronavirus keeps getting outta hands in countries like Italy and France and others, things keep getting worse with the disease every day but I surprised me is the affectionate to crypto, it seems to stop affecting crypto already what do you think?
Things are getting back to normal I guess Roll Eyes. At the start of this year the price of Bitcoin was affected and that’s why it fell to a lower price. And it’s not just Bitcoin that was affected by the pandemic, a lot of other cryptocurrencies got affected. But the market has been recovering as of recent, and a recent article on Coindesk is signalling that there might soon be a FOMO and the price will go very high above the current.

At the present time I am drowning in excess of the damage caused by the corona virus. It's a very bad time, no one knows when this situation will end, when will the COVID-19 epidemic end? When will the coin market be normal again ??
Nobody knows when the Covid-19 pandemic is going to end. There are lots of people who are fighting towards that, and a lot of scientists in different countries are fighting hard towards finding the cure to the Coronavirus. The vaccine that is being talked about would take a lot of months before it’s released.
4505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you choose a good project and avoid fraud projects? I need your advice on: May 01, 2020, 04:51:38 AM
most prizes and ICOs are just scams, so how do you choose the prizes you will participate in?
Did you join the gift because it was handled by a famous gift manager,
Or just because it has a high level in several ICO rankings,
Or do you really read their white paper and spend time looking for a good project.
Hopefully you can help other hunters by sharing how to choose a good project not only for prizes but also for investment.
For you to be able to avoid these scammers, first of all you will have to know the common type of scams that you will see in the cryptocurrency space, although that doesn’t mean the scammers won’t try different approach in the future.

The first regular type of scam you will be seeing in the cryptocurrency space is the imposter websites. Almost every big cryptocurrency site you know, if not all, has scammers that are pretending to be the original. To avoid problems like this, you have to make sure that link you’re visiting has 'https' on it, if not, then you will have to think twice about it.

Another type of scam is the fake mobile apps, this one is similar to that of imposter websites. The next one is the social media scammers; there are many of them on social media and you will see them making some cool offers that you might not be able to resist, but you have to think twice before accepting any offer. Lastly there are email scams; I believe you know about this one , so there is no need going further in it.
4506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Coinmarketcap or Coingecko? on: April 30, 2020, 08:12:50 PM
Honestly, they are not really all that different to me. Coinmarketcap is a lot older and has a lot better website, the UI and the likes are all perfect, the coding and the design is far better. Coingekko on the other hand shows the numbers a lot better, it is easy to show the price of a coin that is given and simple, the volume however is the hard part and coingekko works on that a lot more, they are trying very hard to stop with the fake volume thing and show the real one, they are probably not 100% there yet but they are definitely better than coinmarketcap.

It means both place has their shortcomings and their positives as well, whatever you pick, as long as you do not use it for something serious, you would still get the info you are looking for.
4507  Economy / Economics / Re: returning to normal on: April 30, 2020, 07:18:59 PM
Whatever kind of change it’s going to be, I hope it’s going to be for the better. When it comes to people’s character, I will say they will learn to be more careful and avoid some things and the way they interact with others. And as for the government, I think from now on the government in every country that was affected will learn to invest more money in the health section.

In developing countries where their leaders care less about their health system, it’s going to hit them hard and they will learn a lesson from this and prepare their countries for the future. There is a total lockdown and no one is allowed to travel from one country to another.
4508  Economy / Economics / Re: Crisis after the epidemic on: April 30, 2020, 06:09:31 PM
How long do you think the crisis can last after the epidemic?
What are the most likely events to occur?
I can’t even imagine what’s going to happen after the pandemic, and the things I imagine are not things that I wish would happen. The lockdown that are being placed in countries in the globe is really affecting them, and we face serious recession afterwards. Leaders around the world are now trying to ease the lockdown, they have announced in my country that they will ease the lockdown starting from May 4th, but people were advised to maintain social distancing and wear masks when leaving their homes. I’m afraid that the situation might get worst after this.

I read an article on theconversation.com and the writer explained step by step what’s likely to happen after this pandemic. They stated about four futures that will affect our life after, and they are the state capitalism which will focus on prioritizing exchange value, and Barbarism which is a bit similar. Then the next two which are State socialism and mutual aid that priorities protection of life.
4509  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How bitcoins is helping during the lockdown on: April 30, 2020, 05:32:23 PM
Recommending Bitcoin to him is a good idea, but what kind of job did you recommend that he do? Because, if you're trying to say that he's going to be investing money, then that would be a bad idea at this time. A lot of people right now are looking for a means to put food on their table till the lockdown is lifted by the government.

We are not sure when that's going to happen, although in some countries the government has said they will be lifting some of the restrictions and allow people to go to work so that they can make money and take care of their needs. If there would be some payment process services which accepts bitcoins for loading ATM cards then at least we can see people are making use of their bitcoins at this lockdown times when they may not have regular income streams. Let's wait and see what future is going to unfold for all of us.
4510  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet advice? on: April 30, 2020, 04:41:55 PM
I have been making use of the Blockchain wallet for over four years now. What exactly were the complaints you were seeing on TrustPilot about Blockchain? The only problem I once had with it was that I created an account and didn't copy down my wallet ID. But I later discovered that on their website you can check the wallet ID that is attached to your email address. That's how I was able to gain access back to the wallets.

If that's the case, then you have got no problem. Coinbase is also good and I have not had any issue with them. I don't know about the ZenGo you mentioned ,I have not used the wallet before. Unless you want to be using hardware wallets like Trezor or Ledger Nano X.

4512  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to escape loss as an altcoin trader on: April 21, 2020, 07:58:15 PM
Losing is part of a traders life, you will have losses and that will be normal in any day because that is how being a trader works, you make profits and you get losses and hope that in the end profits are larger than the losses and that way you could be in profit over a longer term.

I have a friend who makes trades almost everyday, even on bad days when things go down dude is trading, he does manual trading and also works with a bot as well (different accounts on different exchanges) and dude had the biggest loss I have ever seen in trading once but also had the biggest profit as well, overall he is doing alright, he is not super rich but doing quite well considering he has huge swings between ups and downs. If you want to be a trader, learn from your losses and move on.
4513  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin recovering on: April 21, 2020, 07:18:49 PM
It is still in recovery phase, do not be upset that it went down just couple hundred bucks, where is our tranquility when it comes to days like this, because of this panic that is seeded in everyone that whenever price goes down even just a bit the price may go down like crazy, we are having all of this trouble and then there is panic sell going around as well because these people who are afraid also sells their coins as well which creates even a bigger fall after a smaller fall.

Do not be convinced this easily that bitcoin price going down means something horrible, it could very well be as simple as market moves and it will definitely recover, hell even this price is recovered because we went down under 4k just a month ago remember that and compared to today we are doing awesome.
4514  Economy / Economics / Re: The Corona Pandemic economic guessing game on: April 21, 2020, 06:11:56 PM
I do agree that these poor nations are probably either hiding their numbers or more simply they are just not doing tests as much as other nations which is why we do not see too many numbers in the underdeveloped nations.

However there is also another possibility that these poor nations are poor for a reason and maybe the touristic poor places like south east Asia or something could be still having a big pandemic spread going on that they are not aware, but looking at Latin American countries and African countries I can't stop myself from thinking maybe not a lot of Chinese people went there during pandemic and after that maybe not a lot of Europeans neither? These are places that not many people fly to so maybe no corona people ever went there and they never had any sick people because of it?
4515  Economy / Economics / Re: Capital preservation and investing during and after the COVID19 crisis on: April 20, 2020, 05:49:46 PM
Whenever I see a bubble burst or a crash or anything that basically causes the banks to go down and money to be lost and governments to actually give away free money to big corporations I remember what Warren Buffet did. Dude basically bought out a HUGE part of Bank of America when it went down after 2008 but realized that they were not really an investment bank the size of others, it was more of a commercial bank at a huuuge size and they weren't doing all that horrible neither, so he bought huge sums of stocks from them and also lend them money in billions to cover up their quickly needed debts with a decent sized interest as well.

What happens is, he got his money back from the lending with interest, plus he got stocks for it as well when they couldn't and bought even more stocks. Of course with his help Bank recovered and became great again, yet that only worked out well for Warren as well Cheesy. So, I always remember to see the opportunities in crashes.
4516  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to escape loss as an altcoin trader on: April 20, 2020, 09:55:43 AM
Traders cannot escape from losses but only holders may get the chances to avoid losses with their altcoin investments. It means if you choose your altcoins with care then you may get chances to avoid losses. If you notice, only holders will be making more profit compared to traders. So if you are more concerned about escaping from losses then you should not go for trading altcoins. Instead of trading frequently, you must choose few altcoins for long term holding.

Instead of trading frequently, you must choose few altcoins for long-term holding. Please note only few. If you go for investing with a random coins then the chances for facing losses will be more. Some years back, I have tried day trading bitcoins against fiats and altcoins against bitcoins, but none of them were beneficial to me. Then I decided to invest only with bitcoin and a few other altcoins like ethereum, ada and waves and I'm still holding them.
4517  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will another altcoin rise to overtaken Bitcoin? on: April 20, 2020, 08:39:36 AM
Taking into consideration the nature and redundancy of Bitcoin technology and the difficulty in scaling, I am very curious to know if Bitcoin protocol will be dropped one day and another coin build to take its place. because now it's almost like the redundancy of Bitcoin and the time it takes for a transaction to be processed is part of what is affecting its mainstream adoption as a currency. please share your thoughts.
There are lesser possibilities for a new coin to beat bitcoins but a new coin may get familiar similar to ethereum or litecoin. I'm just talking with respect to what has happened in last 10 years of time frame it means there is no big threat for bitcoin from any altcoin so far to replace it. At the same time there are big possibilities for some new coin to get higher value like how ethereum had done by 2018.

To replace/overtake bitcoin, we must need some all new technology which must be focusing on solving a problem which is not addressed by bitcoin so far. I guess no such problem is existing until today which means there will be no need of boom of another coin for the current scenario, what we are having in our financial world.

Don't forget to try out our new game Grin

LOOOOL who made that gif! Cheesy That is one hilarious gif and it looks like it was literally made for wolf.bet as well, with the shirt and all it looks like you guys literally made it for yourself and didn't just get it somewhere and posted here Cheesy. That is some big time dedication to print that head that could be used like that, do not forget to put it on when going outside during these times of pandemic lol!

The game is addictive as I imagined it would be, I personally love when casinos add new games, it allows me to test as many games in as many places as possible, and I think you could also add plinko as well, it is one of the easiest games to play and has quite good design where you watch the balls to fall down and I am sure it can't be all that hard to code neither.

That is the difference between actually gambling and investing. When you gamble there is a chance that you can win and profit early on, you have that chance because this is gambling and you can very well just put 0.1 bitcoins in to a 999x odd thing and happen to win on your very first chance, that is literally the "odds" that we are talking about, don't get me wrong it is still quite improbable that you would win on your first try on a 999x game, yet its not impossible, it is improbable.

However when you are investing literally the moment you put your money in, some whale could make some profits and you can start your investment at -10% on your first minute. Yet when you look at mathematics, it is clear that gambling over time will lead to losing whereas investment will lead to winning, no matter what happens in the middle, the results will be the same in the end.

Steve, there is an option to max the screen but that is literally maxing the screen, like when you are watching a movie and you make it the full screen? That is it, that is what happens when you max it. What we are asking (or at least what I am asking) is not like that, I am asking for it to be maxed on the browser and that would be really cool to have, this is more about preferences and I will not stop just because it is not like that but I am also going to use it if you ever do that, which means it is not make it or break it type of system but it is definitely a system that would help you make your customers happy.

I personally dislike the small version which I would not even play at all, however the max version is cool and I like it but I usually multitask so I would have to both gamble but also whenever my move passes I check some other stuff until its my time again and that means things are harder when you use full max screen.
