Scammer are smart people otherwise they will never succeed in getting victim. But so far I have not been too afraid of scam, but I am only afraid of hack because they can cause great destruction. Scam can be detected early and are easy to spot, but hacking is difficult to predict and anyone can fall victim.

It is clear that everyone need motivation to keep going and growing. The pandemic has brought down many economic in almost all countries. Death, job loss, destroyed businesses and so on are the effect of this pandemic. Without motivation I think people will fall deeper and find it difficult to get up. Its never easy to predict the future price of bitcoin without influencing factor.
