have you gotten this issue fixed? I have the same problem (password works fine on Betcoin Poker and Betcoin Casino, but can't log into Betcoin Sports), and have been told through various emails they are working on it, but nothing yet. play PM or email your username as this issue has been fixed for 90% of our players. I'm still trying to figure out what EXACTLY is the difference between bonus games and free games. You get bonus games for money you've sucked down, but you can't take it out. So it's essentially a free game. There's no real bonus.

Bonus games have a rollover of 20-50x depending on the player level, deposit amounts etc. Once the rollover is met the btc goes into your account for withdrawal. Our bonuses are modeled after just about every other casino in the fiat gaming space and is nothing new. Most casinos, especially bitcoin casinos do not offer bonuses, however our players enjoy them greatly and we enjoy giving them. Many bonuses are cleared and withdrawn, however we must have rollover requirements. so the more 'loyal' a customer is, the more higher the rollover is and the more useless level it is to actually obtain it. Pretty bad business model. The more loyal a customer is the lower his / her rollover is and this is not a new model, this is the same model used to much success by us and many of the casinos in the fiat world that we have collectively been involved with. It works well for the players and we rarely get few complaints about our bonus program, but we are glad that you are pointing this out because this is another reason why many casinos and most bitcoin casinos don't have bonuses because despite the good intentions people complain. We are giving you free chances to win btc and people do win btc often. |

I joined & played on here recently after being attracted by the 'Instant Withdrawals'. Got quite carried away on the Dr Jekyll Mr Hyde slot! Was good fun and payout percentage seemed to be working fairly. So much so I ended up depositing the remainder of my bitcoin wallet, which was quite a substantial amount  Of course I only did this because I was winning, breaking just about even so I knew that I'd be getting back what I'd deposited either way. I ended up with a little profit on top as well which was all good. By far the best Bitcoin casino I've played on, offers a really enjoyable experience.
