He can't be the Bitcoinica hacker... cause I am.

So you deal in ancient relics? Do you have a catalogue or something.

A very exclusive Swiss timepiece manufacturer will be very interested in Bitcoin soon. Don't ask me how I did it.

You should have told them it's Bitcoin, not .beatcoin
4523  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Happy halving day on: October 19, 2012, 07:02:14 PM
So Satoshi is now being ripped apart by a huge eagle all day only to be knit together and revived at night?

Oh well, explains why he isn't posting anymore.

What? How does this even?

Moderator comment: Added a [RESOLVED] to the title.

Personal comment: You guys should give the newbs a break. Shopping at SR messes with their nerves Grin

Is it the shopping or the product?  Wink

Yeah, well, they really did ban light bulbs and not just 100w ones.
4527  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New ASIC? or scam? miiduu.com on: October 19, 2012, 03:10:34 PM
I can assure you that it's a scam with 100% confidence.  This person/company has no relation with BFL in any way, shape or form.

In a total reversal of what I'm usually doing, I opt to believe Josh on this one.
4528  Economy / Securities / Re: GLBSE Payment Claims (Announce your payment here) on: October 19, 2012, 03:05:21 PM
No, because Nefario can go to the police now esp if he has AML docs on these people.

No, he can't. Because his collecting AML docs as an unregistered finanical institution was illegal as well in most jurisdictions.

I'm a manifested aspect of the Internet after we gained self-awareness through a clandestine project where users are running an AI botnet thinking they are producing a cryptographic currency. I don't really have much of a choice.

May 26th shareholder meeting

Motions passed.

An allocation of $40,000 USD as salary for Nefario to cover 12
months starting in May 2012.

Seriously? ceo of glbse is worth $3333.33 a month? Was this amount of money earned monthly? I doubt that. And its insane to give so much as an salary.

Well, this is Europe, so about half of that would have instantly vanished into taxes and rent/health insurance and stuff. So you'd end up with not quite enough to live comfortably. At least I wouldn't be able to live comfortably with that. But then again I'm spoiled.

Hahahahahaha, that was pretty funny, that part were I was talking about coiners paying taxes and stuff.
4531  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Please forgive my ignorance, but WTF ? on: October 19, 2012, 02:06:14 PM
Wasnt Kevin the name of the same guy who hacked mt gox ?

Kevin was the name of the guy who somehow ended up with 250000 BTC MtGox hack moneyz, but totally wasn't the hacker, guys, really.
4532  Other / Off-topic / Re: Nefario ran his payment script twice on: October 19, 2012, 02:01:52 PM
Anyone who doesn't return coins that do not belong to them deserves a scammer tag.  It's theft, plain and simple.

How do you even know that the coins do not belong to them? Maybe Dr. Nefario is just paying double as an apology to former users of Good Luck Bitcoin Special Entity. I've seen this happen before in my Japanese Animes.
4533  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BITINSTANT STILL have a problem! on: October 19, 2012, 01:56:46 PM
It shouldn't be changed. It looks like bad propaganda, but indeed it is good one.

The title is accusatory and sensational enough that lots of people will look into here, only to see how Charlie calmly and rationally deals with a complete freak show. If anything this inspires trust.
4534  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Please forgive my ignorance, but WTF ? on: October 19, 2012, 01:51:50 PM
You're really making this worse by the minute.  Sad
4535  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Nefario on: October 19, 2012, 01:32:54 PM
Wow, double payments, what a mess. I'm genuinely sorry for the people involved in this.

Have you seen the post yet where Nefario threatened to "hunt down" anyone not voluntarily paying back the double payment?  That was pretty funny, I thought.
Lol no where was that, kinda funny that the scam artist trips and then turns on us like he can do something.

How are these photos of ASICs again, which would be kinda relevant in a thread about ASICS

I never said they were photos of ASICs, you won't have photos of ASICs until they are built, will you,
I was talking "most convincing photos" of a business that could deliver ASICs.

Seeing as how they "deliver" in... what was it?... 10 days?... you'd kinda expect they'd at least have a mock up prototype to photograph by now. Hell, they could paint an Apple TV black, lay a Jalapeno on the "Jalapeno" and stick circuitry from a TV remote and some christmas lights inside and it would still be more convincing than what they have now.

They make stuff already and come all the way to London Bitcoin Conference 2012 to show their wares (That's BFL_Josh)

Picture 1 shows off building FPGA rigs

Picture 2 shows off generic equipment that could be used to build anything like FPGAs for example

Pictureset 3 are not pictures but design renders. Badly done design renders.

Video 1 shows off Josh showing off a FPGA.

How are these photos of ASICs again, which would be kinda relevant in a thread about ASICS

It is not the instrument that is the problem here. Neither is it the amp.

I disagree.  The amp is definitely part of the problem - dank's work would sound much better if it wasn't turned on.

Point taken.

Now I want a sample of dankysoulTM on an acoustic guitar.
