CONGRATS TO davidsarc96 AND asayoyaasa

The player who rolled the 15 billionth bet made a lower bet than the min bet, so we also sent a prize to the first player who made a bet which fullfiled all the conditions.

Bitsler is just a really good community that is rewarding for the members as they are the ones who made a sudden change for the winners which are in favor of the players as 2 winners for the 15th Billionth Bet have one because the first winner did not fulfill all the conditions. It is truly amazing to see a management who is willing to give to the community back.
4522  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: September 07, 2017, 09:48:44 AM
Ian clark is now heading to Pelicans. He's a good bench player for me. I'd rather choose this guy over Nick young and rather won't change anyone on those in bench. They are performing good and already made a chemistry.
Ian Clark to the Pelicans is now an old news and it is inevitable that he will be moving out  of the Golden State Warriors because he will be in the deep bench and also salary cap problems. But the real question is will Ian Clark provide something for the New Orleans Pelicans? Because if a Cousins/Davis duo and a Jrue Holiday team is not enough what could be? It will be a hard one for them as there chemistry is not yet solid as a contending team.
4523  Economy / Economics / Re: Why the world really needs virtual currencies on: September 07, 2017, 04:26:39 AM
So you are saying if we have money invested in the cryptocurrency or at least in Bitcoin it is somehow protected from other markets? I don't think so because the investors in other markets also have investments in the crypto market as well and they also have the power to pull out their money at any time they want to. Additionally it is not how the American market influences other market as a matter of market big investors such as trading firms also hold assets from different countries.
4524  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Use Social Media for Bitcoin on: September 06, 2017, 03:23:29 PM
Social media is the best way to popularise cryptos at individual level. Through social medias we can propagate the idea of Bitcoin among our family and friends and can properly explain them. Through them the idea will go further. Bitcoin and cryptos need to be advertised.
What is the point of advertising Bitcoin in social media or anywhere at all, if they will still not get the whole concept of Bitcoin? Suppose we made a 15 second advertisement video in social media how can we suppose fit and try to explain what Bitcoin is on that short advertisement? Yes Bitcoin can be explained when given with a long time but do you think your viewers will still be watching by then, people tend to get bored or start to be destructed around 20-30 seconds of not understanding what the advertisement is, so I guess the best thing to do is let Bitcoin itself create its own demand as it is doing good about its progress.
4525  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you explain Bitcoin or crypto to complete newcomer on: September 06, 2017, 02:23:26 PM
An introduction about Bitcoin to a newcomer might be a tough one to do in one seating, a newcomer at first needs to try all by himself on learning what Bitcoin is as it is already made available in the internet from hundreds of articles to threads in this forum everything can be read by the newbies. The only thing I am willing to help a newbie is when there is a really hard topic that needs some explaining to do in which is not readily available online.
4526  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we make more money? on: September 06, 2017, 12:44:05 PM
I suggest you should learn first before trying to make money. After gaining enough knowledge, it should be easier for you to earn money
There are different ways,  infact lots of ways we can make money through bitcoin. I don’t know why people are only running into signature campaign and are too blind to see other opportunities around. I don’t  even have interest in signature campaign, I work for bitcoin and I think that’s the best decision I ever made.
You are not interested in signature campaigns but you are using signatures in your account, LOL.
the easiest way is a signature campaign, you only need to post a few times a day during the signature campaign project that you are promoting running and there is no risk.
He is eating his own words by the time he said that. Also he is partly correct that a lot of people in the forum only think that Signature Campaigns are their end game in which they think that it is their best option to earn money. But if you really want to be rich you must be an open door for opportunities even outside the cryptocurrency world as that is how investment works finding what is right for you in which you will earn sustainably for a long period of time, in other words your must also think outside the box.
4527  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why compare BTC to USD? on: September 06, 2017, 10:35:38 AM
It is simple really if there is no U.S. Dollar or any Fiat currency in that matter to compare Bitcoin with, then Bitcoin won't have any value at all as simply it is a matter of how the market expresses how they value something. We the buyers or the demand dictates what Bitcoin's value is. Any item in the world has a given market price in terms of fiat currency as it is how our world react in because Fiat currency is the main medium of exchange we have so it is pretty normal to be valued in terms of fiat currency.
4528  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: September 06, 2017, 03:02:59 AM
Cash is better today, because bitcoin is not accepted everywhere, but it definitely will be changed.
Nice me too cash is better than bitcoin becuase you can use this anywhere any store or any markets . but for me bitcoin is also better and good becuase in this you can earn and save a lot of bitcoin and you can convert to real money.
Well you can say that Fiat currency is really undefeated in terms of acceptance because they are the legal tender of a country and they are the most liquid asset, but Fiat currency does not win all of the rounds or categories because in terms of growth potential Bitcoin is the clear winner as it is not stable like Fiat Currency and as you can see it has jump from under 1000$ to 4700$+ which a regular fiat currency not even the U.S. dollar can beat.

several tickets with no answer  Huh  Roll Eyes

Hello,

The more you send tickets the more time you will have to wait to get an answer. It is a very bad strategy. And I advise you to check if you put a real email address. It is better to get an answer.

The 15 billionth bet is close !

Good luck guys
We got it, it's already achieved, seems soon we will see a list of winners. This is appreciated, when you started billionth bet bonus for players bitsler needed 1-2 month for achieving it and now it's achieved in weeks.
Also please fix this problem: Everytime I clear cache (using latest Opera) I still have page Join Bitsler Community and can't login until incognite (when I clear chache and cookies it works for one sign in, when I close browser and open, it needs to clean cache and cookies again, only ceache cleaning don't works). I know you are going to fix it in near future but mentioned that this problem comes again and again despite cache's and cookie's clearing.
I think that it is a browser issue, because if you done doing clearing cache and cookies it should be working by then, but one last thing to make sure is after clearing both restart the computer but if it does not work then it probably is your browser. Also have you tried other browser like Chrome and Mozilla, and how did it go?
4530  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin improve the economy of a country? on: September 05, 2017, 09:48:48 PM
If my country is accepting Bitcoin amd tourists are paying with it then yes Bitcoin will improve the Fiat Currency price as well as the economy. If local businesses have a boost on their sales due to the acceptance of Bitcoin  it is counted as well, the only problem I am seeing is that Bitcoin users and its overall acceptance is to small to influence the economy of a country, but if all things go well many businisses especially their country will soon recognize Bitcoin as a mode of payment.
4531  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: September 05, 2017, 03:11:32 PM
It isn't SO popular atm I supose. Older people have no clue what bitcoin is. I do think it would stay as "popular" as you think it is now though. I really can't give any reasons for this but it's just a feeling :-)
Even if its not popular to them, do you think that Bitcoin would be in any use for the elderly? Or will it make there life better or easier? I guess not because Bitcoin is designed for this generation in which are people who are technologically inclined that they can adapt easily compared to the elderly in which they would take much time to learm and understand Bitcoin. Additionally I think that they are better of using fiat currency in which is the most simple way to pay.
4532  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: September 05, 2017, 02:14:57 PM
Everybody that doesn't live in a third world country must have noticed that we already use e-money.We are paid with money that we can't see,we are trading without cash money(POS for example),we are using atm, paysafecards, paypal etc.
There is obviously more easy to transfer money, but I think there are still problems suchs us criminality, interest rates, and generally the feeling of insecurity.
As far as I know there are no third world countries anymore they are replaced by "developing countries" because it is really offensive for people living in those countries. Also the E-Money you are talking about are not absent to these developing countries as they are even preferred by other countries. Even poor people have credit cards this day in which they have the mindset of Buy Now, Pay Later. So I guess it is not about your countries rank but how popular is that payment method in that country is.
4533  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The DEATH of Bitcoin Surfaces Again on: September 05, 2017, 11:38:53 AM
A price correction does not signify that Bitcoin will die soon. A price correction is a normal and natural thing that everything who has a price movement undergoes and Bitcoin is not immune from it. Also are you not happy that Bitcoin is going down once in a while? This signifies an opportunity for us to buy more Bitcoin or we can even buy and sell in the process.
4534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin dies does altcoin die? on: September 05, 2017, 03:02:46 AM
I only think of a limited scenarios in which Altcoins won't die along with Bitcoin and that is when all Bitcoin holders have migrated or shift into the next big cryptocurrency available, but that is of only Bitcoin failed by itself. But if the government have dofferent views otherwise then Bitcoin and other altcoins will die together because Bitcoin is the biggest cryptocurrency in terms of market share, and other are only trading altcoins to earn Bitcoin in the process.

4536  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: September 04, 2017, 11:55:42 AM
Do you bet on EuroBasket or this is just NBA thread?
I think this is only a Pure NBA thread, the only problem is it is still the off season in which the main topic of this thread is all about the off season moves each team has done, but also the talks are not limited to only NBA players since a lot of players in Euro Basket has been now playing in the NBA like Milos Teodosic who will now be playing for the Los Angeles Clippers.
4537  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price and financial crisis/downturn on: September 04, 2017, 10:51:13 AM
Bitcoin itself won't experience financial crisis as it is not like a company in which they have quarterly earning reports, it is a currency simple as that. But if we are talking about a financial crisis in which a lot of people are liquidating all of there assets then Bitcoin would also be part of it as it is not immune to people who wants to have cash in their hands, also the affect on price of Bitcoin will be bad because it will decrease a lot.
4538  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Falling...Is it Panic Time? on: September 03, 2017, 02:54:40 PM
Just trade bitcoin the same as any stock. Support/resistance and you're good.
Some good advice from traders, however we also need to consider the trend for the currency you're getting in, for as far as i see bitcoin can still hold the momentum for longer uptrend timeframe, so it good to have some spare money to buy in the dip  Grin
We always need to have some extra money rather than going all in on bitcoin because it is really a risky thing to do. If you will all in on bitcoin and the price will dump then you cannot do anything but to watch the market to fall but it is still alright because in long term the price will bounce back and you will get back your money. If you have extra money for buying back then it is the best because you can grab chances to get cheaper bitcoin for long term.
Right now we are seeing a significant dive from the price of 4750$ it is right now 4560$ well at this price range I don't really consider it as a correction but this can be seen as an opportunity to buy more Bitcoin, however you must still observe whether or not it will continue to fall in terms of price. It is better to observe the prices first before jumping into action. Additionally don't be trigger happy with the buy and sell button and not be overcome by emotions.
4539  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: September 03, 2017, 07:05:52 AM
2000 years ago  there were no money or little money. Peple were using barter, that is you gave some object and receive another object for what you gave. Money have been invented to replace that object with something else. You now give an object and receive money, or these days  you give some money and receive other money. Bitcoin does not follow the definition of classic money, little people give an object for bitcoin, instead they give some old type of money, and receive bitcoin. Thus bitcoin follows the second definition, and we could say that it is money.

I guess that there is now a new definition for money and that is money is now considered as a medium of exchange in the majority of the population. And Bitcoin by definition is a currency in which many people in the internet knows what it is. But the bad thing is that we are seeing Bitcoin as a kind of investment because of its growth potential and nothing it wrong with that as it is still accepted as a kind of currency. Also barter or trading until now is still being practiced from shoes to cars everything that they can exchange without adding money is up to them.
4540  Economy / Economics / Re: Three Quarters of The World’s Poor Are “Unbanked” on: September 02, 2017, 04:45:16 PM
I guess the main point about this is banks are useless if you are looking for your money to grow, I for instance got first into stocks before knowing that I need to open up a bank account in order to cash out my earnings. Also if security is the main concern yes it is better to store your Money in a bank rather than spending your money to a security box which can still be crack open by criminals. And for people earning less than 2 dollars a day what is it left in there money if you want them to open up a bank account? Obviously the 2 dollars will be needed in order to surivive the day.
