Many people who thought that Liverpool was very vulnerable this season, especially because they now have to miss Van Dijk in the back.

Indeed Liverpool are but we are not comparing it with this match only. Liverpool had a draw against Fulham and Brighton, although it was an away game it was still bad. Imagine having to play with few bad Teams when Liverpool should had an easy win for 6 points, They ended up only getting 2 because of the draws , it wasnt bad results but it wasnt optimum

However this match is probably their best performance so far, scoring 7 goals in an away game and on top of that, it was Crystal Palace.

After all when you're newly promoted in a league with a bunch of big boys in it it's kind of understandable if you don't win any of your matches.

Im not sure if we are watching the same premier league but Sheffield United was in Premier League last season and they finished in 9th position which was pretty good. The three newly promoted team are Leeds United , West Bromwich Albion and Fulham.

Pogba was really on fire in that match and I guess let's appreciate what he's doing for Man United while he's still around, I get the feeling that he'll move out of the club in a few months.

It wasnt anything sort that I expect from him but it was good enough if you compared it to his previous performance. He probably needs to spark some attention from the other Club that wants to sign him, basically no Club would want to have him on board if he keeps on showing that lazy ass performance in the field

I proudly share my results for Round 13. Lo and behold.

You can share that wooden spoon with me if you dont mind  Tongue . There are only 3 players that have 1 point, another 1 is igniter

Im not sure how do they "award" the wooden spoon in case of points tie like this but I guess it is based on your rankings. Between the three of us, you have the lowest rankings

I forgot to copy my betslip after I placed my bet so I'll use screenshot instead for this week

I picked few upsets but it seems rdbase and buwaytrees have higher odds than mine as usual ( incredibly high ). Lets hope we have a winner from this thread for this week with btc rising at the moment, the 300 mbtc is close to almost 7k  Smiley.

@Tyki : sorry for the small size screenshots.

I'm not sure who got the yellow cap this week. Both are tied yet it's showing both conradicals and swogerino has the yellow cap on the leader board but not on the weekly round results.

Conradicals should has the yellow cap. In case of tie , it will be based on higher win points so in this case it will be conradicals with 6 because swogerino only has 5 so conradicals wins this round

Tie-breaking

In the event of points ties on a pool leaderboard, position is allocated on the basis of higher WP total, then higher MP total, then lower TDM. If scores are still tied after these criteria are applied, the players are adjudged to be tied. TDM is Total Distance from Margin: the sum of the differences between a player's margin predictions and the actual margins.

Whats funny is Janprix, igniter and me share the same 1 point from this round and the three of us got that point from Manchester United but only Janprix ended up getting the wooden spoon instead . So this is my worst round so far with only 1 point out of 10 matches
4548  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chips.gg |🎰 New Slots Weekly | 20k Christmas Event! on: December 17, 2020, 10:38:28 PM

Whatever you guys want to call, its fine. Just stick with your own because everyone has its own preferences. I personally prefer to call it 4823x but that is just my own preference.

My logic would be spending $10 bonus buy on $0.1 base bet is literally similar to spin $0.1 base bet 100 times trying to get the bonus feature naturally. You can try to get the bonus feature by spinning it but sometimes it might takes over 200+ bets to get it

So the question, will you consider your 4823x multiplier to be around 10x instead if you spend around 400+ bets ( $40+) trying to hit the bonus round? I personally will still consider it to be 4823x though  Tongue

Meanwhile we have another contests up and running

20 places paid for the points race and there is twist to the Ultimate Slot Battle. $0.2 minimum bet for both of these contests, goodluck everyone !
4549  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: December 17, 2020, 07:58:31 PM
^  Ninja edited my post above you.  I thought United win to nil was 1.48.  It's 2.29 which I think has slight value.  But anyway, really there are better spots out there like City vs the mighty Saints:  BTTS and the over 2.5 at 1.96.  Smiley

Yep that high odds are really suspicious. You know sometimes bookies offer these kind of weird and high odds despite that it is clear Manchester United is the heavy favourites to win this game. Manchester United might not be on their top form right now but They are way better than Sheffield this season.

I'm sure Sheffield United is very much looking not to even share a point to night

Sheffield only had 1 draw so far out of 12 matches

Manchester United doesn't seem like a team ready to rub them of all 3 points either

Manchester United is ready but the problem is Sheffield. It could be another silly result like an early penalty / goal from Sheffield yet Manchester United couldnt score in the 2nd half which is kinda frustating sometimes ( I hope not )
4550  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: December 17, 2020, 04:10:07 PM
should be an easy win for United tonight.

This should be a comfortable win for Manchester United on a normal basis but the thing is , Sheffield hasnt win a single match yet so far. I dont think they are going to end the season with no win at all and one Team would be the victim of losing to this underdog. Normally this could be the silly case where Manchester United ended up losing with dramatic penalty or probably some early goal in the first half

Well Manchester United had conceded alot of early goal in the 1st half then managed to turn the tide on the 2nd half. They cant keep on doing that and hope for the best on the 2nd half though

^  What's fishy about the odds?  United's looks juiced as usual vs a struggling club.  Even 'United win to nil' is juiced at 1.48.  Lol

That high odds is so fishy lol
4551  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: December 16, 2020, 10:30:49 PM
No worry

Okay so I need to retract my statement because I am doing so bad this week. I am now one of the candidate for the next wooden spoon, along with 5 others that still has 0 points for now lol. This is probably my worst week so far

I was so close to get the exact score prediction for Liverpool vs Tottenham but the last minute goal ruined it for me. Unless Aston Villa and Manchester United ended winning tomorrow, I might have 0 points for this round. Dang there goes my 2nd position and bigger points gap to get the 1st position
4552  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: December 16, 2020, 09:17:39 PM
I wont be surprised if Tottenham ended up only getting around 30-32 % ball possession against Liverpool today.
If Liverpool relied on possession during the game against Tottenham then I think they will drop point tonight. I want them to be aggressive tonight and not look boring.

Your statements are contradicting each another. If you want to see Liverpool play aggresively that means they will have the higher ball possession percentage compared with Tottenham because Liverpool will be having the ball most of the time . Tottenham only has 23% ball possession after 57 minutes so far.

Tottenham will definitely rely on counter attacks that will be very dangerous for Liverpool's defense.

Thats how Tottenham won against Manchester City and Arsenal. Despite having only around 30% ball possession but it was  a pretty good counterattack. Even Son's goal on this match is from a counterattack, well I was pretty sure that he was offside though but there is no VAR review from the officials
4553  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: December 16, 2020, 05:35:36 PM
currently, 2 great teams that have a fast counter-attacking style.
since they have an almost similar style,

Wait what? Both are very different. Liverpool has the offensive playing style while Tottenham relies on counter attacking if they are playing against top teams. Tottenham has lower than 35% ball possession when they were up against Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester City but Tottenham ended up winning 2 matches. Impressive indeed but if you are looking for an exciting match than this is not the one

I wont be surprised if Tottenham ended up only getting around 30-32 % ball possession against Liverpool today.
4554  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: December 16, 2020, 03:19:22 PM
I scored 0 points

Yup same as me exactly 0 points

No worry , literally everyone get 0 point for now except for LFC_bitcoin, Sojourner and slaman29. Thats not bad though only 3/48 players and there are still 8 more matches to get points from.

I can get the logic for all those 3 to pick Wolves to win but slaman29 predicted the exact score for Manchester City vs WBA and he was the only that get points from the match. What kind of sorcery is this, these random score prediction keep getting points Tongue

I checked and both slaman29 and sojourner has another weird pick like Sheffield to win against United. Guess this is a risky way to score points eh
4555  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: December 15, 2020, 11:07:07 PM
I hope we dont see another silly result from this match

And yet another silly result it was! Man City were by held struggling West Brom, another dent further in their title bid, lol, that's actually anything as such.

Man City dominated every single aspect of the game, just as expected by their woes in front of the goal continues.

Nah this silly result doesnt really affect me at all aside from the superbru score prediction, I know Manchester City would be struggling and I put in 1-0 but oh well. My parlay slip loss right away when Chelsea lose. I was having few favourites parlay, not a good odds but atleast I thought it would do considering that some favourites like Chelsea and Manchester City didnt win on the last round.

I think this is all good, a chance for Manchester United to win and get higher position than Manchester City. Gotta paint Manchester into red again  Tongue
4556  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chips.gg |🎰 New Slots Weekly | 20k Christmas Event! on: December 15, 2020, 10:16:52 PM
I have seen two places that give out lambo (freebitco.in and stake) and I have seen here giving away tesla, I have also seen a sportsbook sponsoring premier league teams. Basically all of these are huge movements that shows that even though we may not be as big as fiat online gambling world just yet, we are at least getting closer to it by the day and that is a great news.

Yeah we are definitely getting closer compared with few years ago but not even close yet. The main problem however would be the player, not the site. Alot of people are so used to fiat gambling and probably will never change to bitcoin gambling site. This might change in the future but for now bitcoin gambling is really small compared with fiat gambling.

my 48x win Grin

I like the sarcasm there  Tongue Anyway, It is a 4823x for me. Gratz though
4557  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: December 15, 2020, 08:04:54 PM
When I am confident in the victory of the team, everything goes not according to plan! Easy money in this game did not work out ... Congratulations to all who did a bet on winning Wolves!

Well it supposed to be an easy match though and I wonder who would be that confident to go with Wolves instead of Chelsea but atleast both team to score gets there. I lost my parlay straight away because Chelsea lose the game ( I would have lose either way even if it was a draw so yeah )

Im kinda on a mixed feeling right now because everyone says Mendy is the best right now yet he was trashed by Wolves  Roll Eyes . Im kinda happy that he was trashed but I lost my parlay because of this unexpected results

That's why the premier league is best.

The most interesting league to watch .

this should be an easy for the Citizens, I believe!

I hope we dont see another silly result from this match
4558  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 60+ Billion Bets | 113+ BTC Jackpot! on: December 15, 2020, 02:41:21 PM
I wouldn't be surprised that in the near future Primedice will be closed or will be merged on Stake site, just my two cents.

Why would they even shut Primedice down? There is no point to do that. There is a dice game on Stake as well. Some people like Stake while some prefer to keep playing on Primedice, its just a small matter of preferences.

Primedice has been operating from 2013 and everyone knows primedice, it will be there and it will always generate decent amount of traffic. Even if you google best bitcoin dice site right now, Primedice will always pop out as the top list. The name itself is already an exclusive brand in gambling scene
4559  Economy / Economics / Re: Pandemic will bring more economic progress in long-term... on: December 14, 2020, 11:44:41 PM
maybe yes or maybe no. There's no clear answer, only time can dictate the fate of the world in whole after this pandemic.

It is obviously yes. What the concern on this would be how long would it take for the economic progress to get back to where it was. Most of the developed and developing countries would sustain and economic progress would get back to normal as soon as the pandemic is over on their country but most of the 3rd world country will probably take atleast few years just to get back to where it was
4560  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: December 14, 2020, 09:08:27 PM

I agree with you that man city mach is not risky considering that westbrom are on the bottom struggling but chelsea match is tricky wolves are not in a good form in the last five matches and they did not score in the last two and that is the more reason to be motivated so i think they will at least score and i will be betting on both teams to score.

How tricky? Chelsea needs to win after their dramatic defeat against Everton. They lose only because of the penalty on the 1st half and Chelsea was dominating the whole game. It could have ended with draw but it wasnt because of the penalty so I expect Chelsea to be taking those rage against Wolves

I normally would go for both team to score because Wolves scores most of the time against those big teams but Chelsea probably would be getting cleansheet on this match

So far this season Salah has only been absent once against Leicester, Salah's absence is due to injury

He had covid19
