4561  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Has anyone seen this website before? on: August 06, 2020, 04:55:27 PM
I can't imagine more than a 25% per day return on investment. If something above the Ponzi scheme then that's it. Do you think even a real miner who has been bought mining equipment, are they earning daily 25 percent? How a so-called cloud mining website could give you such as return. I don't believe in this scheme or so-called cloud mining. Just stay away from them and save your valuable assets. Sometimes we should use our common sense, so it would help us prevent such as greedy scam attempt.
4562  Economy / Reputation / Re: 1xBit.com Coming back to Bitcointalk, Solving all the issues. on: August 06, 2020, 10:30:11 AM
They have sent a mail to me from "advertising@1x-bit.com" without the DKIM signature.  So, it doesn't prove anything about OP's legitimate IMO. According to the OP, he is in charge of the advertising department and the mail mentioned above not belongs to him but controlled by his colleagues. Furthermore, he will ask his colleagues to resolve all the issues. I am not satisfied with their answer at all. So only one solution as already @yahoo62278 said. I just want to add few more points below. If you really friendly enough to solve the issues, then you should go with the below processor.

1. Create a resolution team with multiple DT members who are experienced with gambling. Probably you will have to give some access to the website if you deny paying for a better resolution. (But I don't think someone will give you free service)

2. Escrow funds with multiple trusted escrow on a multi-sig wallet. So they will pay to the victims once the resolution team approved. I don't think escrow 10 BTC is a big deal for 1xbit. For a easier solution, just solve the all issues raised on your support.

I am sure it isn't going to happen. But at least you can resolve all the issues raised on the forum very easily.
4563  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Jon Prosser’s YouTube Channel Hacked on: August 06, 2020, 08:37:55 AM
The worst scam has been happening on YouTube channels. I don't know how bitcoin users fall into this trap. It's sad to see that scammers are even able to bypass the 2FA authentication. To be honest, a bitcoin user should know about basic scams which is ongoing currently. Giveaway scam already is a viral subject, so I think it's pretty easy to avoid such as scam just using our common sense. We should know that either this giveaway announced from a well-known person, but there is no such as method double your bitcoin instantly.
4564  Economy / Reputation / Re: 1xBit.com Coming back to Bitcointalk, Solving all the issues. on: August 05, 2020, 05:22:05 PM
I don't think that would prove anything.
I think sending emails from below 4 accounts would prove that OP is from the team either changed hand or not.

Quote
General queries: support-en@1x-bit.com
Security department: security@1x-bit.com
Public relations and advertising: marketing@1x-bit.com
Partnership queries (online): b2b@1x-bit.com

I believe the community will help if you really want to resolve all the issues related to 1xbit. But for sure, it would be too complicated. Before proceeding further processor you need to prove that you are from the team. It would be better if you post or give authorization from your previous accounts controlled by the 1xbit team.

I have created a new mail for test and verify. Have sent to OP PM, please send mail from all 4 accounts that I have listed above. I will update it if received. Please write briefly.

4565  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: ReflectBitcoin Reviews: SCAM or LEGIT? on: August 05, 2020, 03:12:50 PM
SCAM. Definitely, it's a scam and it seems OP trying to promote. Either OP affiliated with that site or he is the owner of this site. Daily return is unrealistic, no one will ask other people who could earn daily 10% of the investment. So if this website has such as AI who could generate such as return then the team would sold their property and get return rather than ask other peoples. Pure Ponzi scheme and trying to attract newbies.

Stay away guys. OP! If you aren't affiliated with them or not from the team, please delete your threads. Otherwise, newbies would fall into this trap and you might get tag eventually from DT members.
4566  Other / Meta / Re: Is this considered a death threat? on: August 05, 2020, 01:02:54 PM
Although this isn't direct death threats, burning someone with fire would lead to death. We can assume here that he will use fire to burn. So if the person somehow knows your real location probably he would attempt to burn you and there is the possibility of death if really happen. This is a bodily harm threat but besides that, it would consider as a death threat as well by the exploration of the above fact. I believe he will be ban again either for a short or long time.
4567  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Expose collection By Leviathan on: August 05, 2020, 12:38:39 PM
I have been feeling proud when I see someone from new users exposing scams to protect our community from the scammers. That's how we can reduce scams from the forum although we can't vanish it. Seems OP exposed a quite few amounts of scam within few days. I believe more new users will be motivated when they will see your exposed list. Just keep your contribution to the forum and help the community. Let's build a scam-free crypto community.

I appreciate your efforts.

P.S; it's better to avoid updates in a row. Just keep continue to update your main post by editing and bump your thread one time within 24 hours or after update your list.
4568  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: MorCrypto Exchange (ICO) with ponzi scheme & plagiarized ToS on: August 05, 2020, 11:20:11 AM
@Coolcryptovator, you might want to change subject of this topic and some lines within, rumor has it that if you register account at MorCrypto exchange, agree to their ToS and fail verification in any way, your binance's account will be terminated:
Changed the topic title and added plagiarized proof on the OP. Its really weird, how an exchange plagiarized content from others and claimed as a legit business at all. Any explanation from the Morcrypto team will not be accepted to marked this thread solve again. Because this case has been opened almost a year ago and the existence of plagiarized content on their ToS is really surprising to me.
4569  Economy / Reputation / Re: whether MorCrypto deserves a negative rating correction? on: August 05, 2020, 11:09:49 AM
I have to admit that, I was 'wrong' in this case. They never deserve any chances either first or second. They are accused almost a year back but seems they are just copy-pasted other's works. Plagiarism on the website means they aren't professional and their intention isn't good. Thanks to marlboroza for revealing their shady behavior that we weren't aware of.

Re-opened Accusation thread against Morcrypto. Flag supported and negative feedback put back on their profile.
4570  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Protect Your Account on: August 04, 2020, 08:46:17 AM
Good suggestion. First of all, I have used two email addresses for my bitcointalk account. One used for registered and after I changed the email to another address to get notification from the forum. So if in case my bitcointalk account got hack, I will be able to recover my account from registered email and sign address. But of course, my secondary mail is hidden still now. So no one can see it easily. Passwords should use very strong and different from other sites. More securely we have to keep safe our email address because hackers could use reset passwords by mail. So we have to be careful with our mail system. Usually, I don't use my current bitcointalk mail for any other sites to avoid spam messages.
4571  Economy / Reputation / Re: Members Asking For Donations To Help Poor People on: August 03, 2020, 01:33:42 PM
Only Faith, there is no other way to verify if the fund is going to the right place. If you aren't sure where you are donating and you don't trust the person to whom receiving funds for management, then it's better to donate yourself directly to your nearest helpless peoples.

This pandemic isn't limited to any specific area, so I believe, "Your donation should be given priority to the helpless people near you". And that's what I have done, of course, I had sold my earned bitcoin and help few helpless peoples those are staying around me. It doesn't mean I don't trust them who raise funds on the forum to help helpless peoples. But I feel my Neighbor and nearest peoples are claimants of my help/donation. For me, people should get help, doesn't matter who is behind it and I feel that, revelation isn't necessary.
4572  Economy / Reputation / Re: whether MorCrypto deserves a negative rating correction? on: August 03, 2020, 01:12:34 PM
As mentioned by OP, I already stated my opinion about them and revised my feedback, it doesn't mean I trust them. It depends on then either they would gain trust from the community or not. To be honest, removed Ponzi scheme from the website doesn't change the fact, but I change my mind because if they want to contribute to the crypto industry then it's better to give them a chance. I don't know what was the exact reason behind of removed Ponzi scheme. But since there isn't any other accusation so I am assuming they hadn't scammed yet.

When an accusation made on the public, then it fully depends on the community either they will change their mind or not. There are so many DT members and their opinions will never the same in the same case. I appreciate other DT members and non-DT member's opinions who are trying to save the community from the scammer, they aren't wrong as well.
4573  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone in the Bitcoin ATM business? on: August 03, 2020, 08:05:40 AM
After the COVID-19 attack, the ATM machine becomes the most popular way to cash out our money. So obviously I can say this is a good year for Bitcoin ATM machine owners. But wherever bitcoin fully legal only those countries citizens getting advantage of Bitcoin ATM machine. Also, owners are getting profits from there. Sadly our country is anti bitcoin and we are unable to get the advantage of the Bitcoin ATM machine. Although transaction fees are high from the Bitcoin ATM machine at least holders could sell or buy without hassle even during the pandemic.
4574  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will you do when Bitcoin reach$20k? on: August 03, 2020, 07:48:28 AM
I will be honest about it. I am not gonna repeat the same mistake I have done on previous ATH. Although I am not holding much bitcoin, holding some shitcoin. Once it will recover and bitcoin touch ATH again, then I am gonna sell all of them. It's because when I will sell my all holding it will be very easy to start any real-life business for me.

So I will do good real-life business and I will accumulate bitcoin again from my profits. Just holding bitcoin wouldn't be a good choice for me since I am not a very rich man. And I shouldn't wait when bitcoin price will be million dollars. If I can't enjoy my earns then what are the benefits and who know if bitcoin dump again after touch ATH. I am not gonna be greedy again.
4575  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: paper wallet how to on: August 02, 2020, 09:17:29 AM
Why going for paper wallet when we have BLOCKCHAIN, luno, and so as many bitcoin wallet out there that are safe and secure depending on your security level on any of those accounts.
Not a good suggestion & solution. Web & custodial wallet isn't a good idea to store your funds for longer. Web or custodial wallets would block or hack easily, it's not a secure way to hold your assets. Although I am using a web wallet to spend my fund temporarily, I just hold funds there less than a day and of course amount less than $250. All my big funds I hold on Electrum (although I don't have right now). So it's better to do good practice always, just use a non-custodial open-source wallet like electrum. Remember, your keys means your funds.
4576  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [How to] Detect and recognize projects on: August 02, 2020, 09:02:04 AM
It's more difficult to detect recognized projects than detect a scam project. There are some potential symptoms to detect probably scam projects. But detect recognize project isn't possible anyway, because what we have seen previously that, many projects with legit team and documents skip with investors funds. Perhaps we may find some recognize IEO projects on the reputed exchange, but for ICO it's almost a dream. We don't know really what is around the team's mind, they will exit or they will develop what they had promised. I am hopeless about the ICO industry and I don't know the IEO trend will last how long. Because few worst exchanges involved with the 'so-called IEO' scam.
4577  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: converting bitcoins Problem on: August 02, 2020, 06:14:42 AM
The first time heard about China Block Wallet, even I have searched on Google but hadn't found enough information. As @mk4 already said, most probably it's a custodial wallet since they are limiting transaction amounts. It's better to use a hardware wallet if you are dealing with a big amount. Otherwise, you may use any non-custodial wallet like Electrum1, so there will be no limitations. Don't forget to verify the signature for the electrum to ensure you are using original software. Try to avoid web/online wallets those are custodial.

4578  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: paper wallet how to on: August 01, 2020, 09:13:05 AM
Good practice would be to buy a Ledger hardware wallet if you can afford it. Otherwise, the best option is to use an electrum SPV wallet. So you will not in risk of losing your fund due to the change address. If you aren't familiar with change address then read my thread here, What is "Change" address on bitcoin wallet? read to know!. Also, there is a risk to choose the best and perfect paper wallet creator.
4579  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What difficulty do you face on trading bitcoin? on: August 01, 2020, 07:29:26 AM
In my country Bitcoin is illegal as well. But selling bitcoin isn't difficult on black markets. There are reseller groups where bitcoin demand is quite high from any other currency. So I am selling peer to peer. Of course, there is a question about the trust but I have built a reseller community with few trusted resellers. So very rarely happening scam. In case if there is big deal then they use escrow. Like few resellers know my house and visited there, so they used me an escrow and that's how more resellers start trusting me. I believe you should build such as resellers community, and open a chat group like FB messenger. So it would be easy to buy/sell your bitcoin.
4580  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Traditional Crypto online gambling sites against Crypto based gambling sites on: August 01, 2020, 07:06:18 AM
Crypto based gambling sites popular on their community, not to the overall crypto gamblers. For example, a platform created a crypto-based gambling site on Tron. So those are in the Tron community they would love to play there easily since they would be a Tron holder as well. But for bitcoin lover who isn't familiar with Tron, they wouldn't love to play there. On traditional crypto gambling, gamblers can choose their favorite coins if there is exist. I believe the crypto-based gambling site wouldn't more popular than traditional crypto gambling sites.
