Some of the members of the Fit to Talk English project seem to be worried that their spelling is not good enough to post. Well first let me say that that shouldn't stop you. We are there to help you, and if you don't post, then we can't help. Google is also another great way to check your spelling. and by looking at the results, you can check if you are using the correct word as well. But what has all that got to do with voice converations? I'm considering paying for a VPS and Teamspeak licence so that you can take part in group discussions to improve your English. You can read about Teamspeak here - https://www.teamspeak.com/en/You would need headphones and a microphone, and you would need to install the Teamspeak client. Just think of the advantages of being able to discuss your post on a Bitcoin Talk board as you are making it. What a great way to improve your post quality, if you take advantage of the free service.

We are now entering a global world, and we should consider individuals, and their personal morality and desire to improve themselves. Some of the worst and most evil people come from the Eton/Oxford English 'elite'. Bounty spamming may be used as a means of supplementing an income, but that doesn't mean that you can't be productive member of the forum, and use your time here to improve yourself, and your employment prospects. Don't waste your time by scratching for pennies, and risking a ban. Read, learn and be constructive in your posting - it will help to to join the better bounties at the very least.

A few signatures are useful.
Ignoring a member means that both his signature and avatar will be ignored as well. It's a fact that bounty managers should consider when they are monitoring their spolluters.

The reality is merit system has created difficulty for beginners as no one looks much about beginners
That isn't true. Most merit sources look at posts, and usually aren't influenced by the rank of the poster. The big problems for beginners are the fact that they dont read the rules and the posting guidelines, and that thay just chuck out any old comment regardless of it's relevance. One bad post with bad formatting, or with a full quote of a long original post, can get you put on ignore. Once you get onto the ignore list of a merit source, then you have killed any chance of receiving merit from him.

You don't need to waste money by converting Bitcoin through a bank. Just pay directly with Bitcoin. Lots of web services and suppliers accept Bitcoin directly.

I forgot to mention the most important thing.
Use the ignore feature. It is quite amazing how much the forum improves once you have got a few hundred spalluters ( spamming polluters of the boards) in your ignore list.

Congrats to gmaxwell. I'm sure we all appreciate the help that he gives to many of us, and the fact that he stays with us. He is an asset for the forum.

I'm thinking of adding a teamspeak server to the Fit to Talk English project. It seems that some good members are still concerned about posting in English. I wondered if the chance to talk in English might help them. At least it would mean they wouldn't have to worry about spelling. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) btw you can post in Binglish on FtT - that's Bit coin talk English, the Lingua Franca here.

Thanks for the replies.
I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned that the increasing involvement of the banking elite may not be good for Bitcoin, and may be an attempt to move it away from being a peer-to-peer instrument.
The original idea was to provide a stable method of transferring funds between individuals, and not require the involvement of the banks, If you wanted to save 'money' you didn't need to do anything, you just left your coins on the blockchain. All of the problems derive from the banking type services that have spawned to take advantage of the Bitcoin concept, ETFs and other financial instruments provide bankers with a means to manipulate the price of Bitcoin, and a means to remove Bitcoin from daily use in the crypto economy.

The most logical explanation is that the event was ordered by the " Deep State", and the hit was done by a German EU asset working in Porton Down. Had the Russians done it, then it would have been a professional hit, not the amateur botch up that one expects from EU "assets". There is no conceivable reason for the Russians to have done it, by the way.
That is the only explanation that fits all of the "facts" that have come to light.

This has been done so many times before, and it doesn't work. If you want to help new members to earn merits, then write an interesting mini-article ( but don't plagiarise), and invite discussion.
These threads just clutter the boards, and they make it harder for decent threads to maintain exposure. As has been suggested, you should locl this thread before you start getting added to ignore lists.

We need a list so that I can ignore them. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

As a newbie, you should have read a few threads, and learnt that necro-bumping threads without adding anything meaningful just gets you ignored by merit awarders.
I've obliged you by putting you on ignore.

I'm continuing with my alphabet marketing policy for sMerits, and I've just invented hMerits - the first thread about them is on the beginners board here. - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4811776.0I'm doing this because I do want to help Juniors and others to gain merits, but I finding that I have to create threads to encourage meritable posts. The introduction of dMerits would make life a lot easier for some merit sources.

Today we are introducing hypothesis merits (hMerits). These are awards for good posts answering "what if " questions. Usual rules apply, but this is open to everybody - newbies and juniors especially. So here is the question.
The SEC has just rejected the ETF ( Exchange Traded Fund) application by the Winklevoss twins, but there are several other applications in the pipeline. 'what if' some of those are granted? What will happen to Bitcoin and its price?

I think there need to take a bounty in which they pay a merit for new participants that they can pump their accounts.
I put you on ignore for that suggestion. I think they should remove a merit, rather than award one.

Copying and pasting is the fastest way to get yourself banned here if you are plagiarising. Also you'll probably get banned if you are using it for spamming.
Thank you for telling us that this is what you do. I put you on ignore in case I give you any merits by accident.
