4561  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: OMG !!! Peter Schiff was right, again............. on: September 14, 2020, 09:46:07 PM

PETER SCHIFF noted early this year that BitCoin is trading like the STOCK MARKET  Shocked

Stock market goes into a bigger bubble, and so does BitCoin.

Stock Market Crashes in March, so does BitCoin

Stock Market goes into an even bigger bubble April - September, so does BitCoin

Stock Market Corrects now ( early September ) so does Bitcoin correct down to 10,000 again.

THE ONLY ONE LEFT:   Stock market crashes hard:   Bitcoin will also crash hard.

Gambling and speculating on BitCoin can be great, and make you a lot of money if you time it right.   But you must get out of the Casino in time.  If you stay in the Casino to long, the house will always take your money   Cry

I hope no one has money they can not afford to lose invested right now....

People do really love on correlating Cryptocurrency market to Stocks/Forex/Gold but actually these are just coincidences that can really be made.

We cant tell nor have that precise thing that they are really connected or would really behave on the same manner but somehow we can make out
some sentiment basing of into their movements. If we do see stock market is crashing then it doesnt mean that crypto would do the same.

Im not really much into believing into this particular manner.

4563  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is the prospect of BAT in 2020? on: September 14, 2020, 07:20:23 PM
BAT is my favorite coin of choice for investment, besides its performance is quite good this year. BAT volume is quite high
and has also been listed on several popular exchanges. So it's no wonder BAT token is in the top 50 cryptos, I believe that
BAT's prospects are very good in the future. Moreover, BAT is very useful, unlike most other coins. BAT has a Brave browser
project that is great for browsing. So there is no reason not to invest in BAT tokens.

So many reasons not to invest.

BAT is useful, how? I can use Brave without BAT,,, and people who truly do not like to watch ads will just be switching it off anyway, like me. I mean the prospect of earning $5 a month maybe for aggressive surfing and clicking and watching all those ads,,, is it really worth anybody's time?

You don't need to use any of your time to browse in earn in brave just normal browsing is needed and the ads will not disturb the way you browse you will just see a notification,Click or not its up to you .

The ads earning is depend on the countries demand there are country that earn more than 5$ a month, I am not a fan of brave but its a good thing to browse and earn something than nothing .
Yeah its better than have nothing at all and would be somewhat useful to those countries where $5 a month is already useful but the big question is,
are you willing to give out KYC on cashing out those BAT's? The hell no for most people but im sure that there are ones that do still deal with this set-up.
I've been using brave for a while now and i dont click up those adds that do pop out yet i know that it wont really be that worth of time even on
very simply clicks. Cheesy
4564  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptotalk Future on: September 12, 2020, 11:35:27 PM

It doesnt have a future.Period.!

Going back into those days where this place had been flocked up by people who do just came here just because for the money without really having the real intention on giving out
contributions just like on what we do saw on bctalk. You would see lots of spams, plagiarized content etc. and when the time comes that they had stopped then it also stopped
people on visiting this site and now its not surprising for it to have some improvements if the owner alone can see if its relevant to do so.
that was the problem. their forum almost has no original content other than spams on their forum and what's worse is the pay per post motivation they instilled on the members who joined the forum. they could have done better managing their forum if they didn't offer pay per post to every member who joins their forum.

I cant say that paid per post campaign is a bad idea but they should have at least put up some limitation or number or participants plus the numbers of post required for week so that
their forum wont really be spammed out by useless post but somehow no matter what kind of marketing they would do. they cant just easily removed into the community
when it comes to perception towards Yobit which had been shady ever since it had operated. So you can anticipate that it would really gain less trust.
4565  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Outrageous trading fees, should I switch to stocks? on: September 12, 2020, 10:44:19 PM
Those adjustments that you're seeing to the only exchange in your country is the allowance or space that they have for buying and selling rates. It's very common if that exchange is providing you to cash out and has other features to offer.

But this doesn't mean you must be discouraged with those fees. We also cater fees but we have an option to hold or look for a better exchange that offers lower fees which is favorable to what you think is a cheap fee. If you turn back to stocks, leave your bitcoin and hold it.
There are indeed lots of options thought, it does really need up some bit research and those are indeed ridiculous fees but not really an enough reason for you to leave just because of that one
where you can eventually find much more better places that do get lesser which had been mentioned by some users about taker and maker fees. Well, he do still have the
full rights if he would decide to go back to stock but at least he should have some consideration on what people do say on here and he might able to listen up. It seems op is doing day trade?
You cant just expect for making profits on almost instant manner.  Grin
4566  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hold Strong!!! on: September 12, 2020, 08:58:32 PM
There is so much fear in the crypto market right now. Taking a look at coinmarketcap now, it's scary to see how much of a dump we have now. Everyone complaining in different groups of loosing a lot of their portfolio to the dump.
I feel your pain. Trust me, it will not last long, everything will be over soon and we shall all smile again. Just hold Strong. We might just be able to smile sooner than expected. Nothing to panic over based on history of crypto. History will surely repeat itself.
Holding isnt just simply applicable in all coins in the market or to those projects whom you do believe that it has potential this is why this kind of thing do vary on each
person and do vary on the potential of the project itself. You do have that kind of strong will of holding on but you do end up on holding a shit coin which it didnt even tend
to rise its price no matter how many years you've been holding but instead it do kiss on the floor. So holding will really be subjective.
We do know that its much worth to hold into those projects or coins that are currently on the top ranks.
4567  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Patience above all will be rewarded here on: September 11, 2020, 11:59:46 PM

Rome wasn't built in a day, and Bitcoin won't take off to the moon right now. It will take a lot of improvement, a lot of new technology and a lot of hard work.

This is very correct i think. As its related to economy and money so it need more improvement and more experiment. Those who are BTC lover will be happy to see that day by day more people connecting with BTC and market is expanding. Now people thinking more secure investment from home with BTC and hope gradually it will explore more and more. waiting for that day when whole world will accept BTC.

thanks.
But all things wont really go as expected and just to have a word on that Rome example above.Yes, it wasnt built in a day but they do already anticipated
with such success that they do able to attain? For sure they havent but with due to hard work and dedication they do able to reach that goal.
same goes into this market, everything might be still questionable or unclear but we have seen into its potential which can really possibly become
the mainstream but having your hopes too high wont really be that much suggested.Everything can happen and its better to make yourself ready.
4568  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptotalk Future on: September 11, 2020, 10:59:48 PM
Yesterday got an update email about the new payment system of Cryptotalk:
Quote
Not more 20 messages/day
1 message = 1000sat
Payment in BTC only for messages with a positive rating.
Payment for messages will be made in a week (this is the time required for ratings)

The new rating system is applied and only positive posts will be considered for BTC payments. As expected, the trading for Talk token was delayed again and they covered this delay with applying the old BTC pay per post model. The forum dies and they know how to restore the reputation but no idea how to fight spam except using post rate ranking.

tasting their own medicine. the irony. is it safe to assume that the forum started dying after banning countries where most of the active users are from? at this rate I don't see their forum recovering from it. it would just be a matter of time before the forum dies out or forums active daily users are almost non-existent.
I checked the new forum layout and payment system after a long time but there is no much improvement since last year. Hiding behind the money motivation just will increase the survival time and surely it is matter of time to see Cryptotalk will suffer from the good content. There is no interest to check this forum except making a few bucks, as you mentioned they blocked the main traffic from third world countries in order to protect their budget.
It doesnt have a future.Period.!

4569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it the best time to buy Kick? on: September 11, 2020, 09:59:27 PM
I remember some time ago scam websites popping up promising to unlock that token if you give them your private key.
What's worse, many people fell for it due to greed, as at that time these 888,888 tokens were worth few hundred dollars
Dumb people do just really do make dumb mistakes just because they are desperate on getting those tokens without even realizing that they are already giving out their private key.
Tokens cant really be unlocked unless if the team do made such thing or decision. For talking about the best time to buy KICK then i wont recommend this project
and it would be better or more worth if they would just stick on bitcoin or on top altcoins.
4570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Downfall of dia data (DeFi) on: September 11, 2020, 09:16:28 PM
Don't know what is happening at this moment. Most of defi project lost their value incredibly. Especially for dia data, the recently successful defi token, launched IEO a months ago. Then it was start increasing incredibly, ATH around at $5.13  Sep 02, 2020 (3 days ago) but its only $2.09 today Sep 05, 2020. Just decrease more than half of its value within 48hours when it added binance exchange mainwhile
The price drop don't mean that the project has gone fall. The defi project DIA has done well so far and they are planning how they can do better in future .The project is good enough so the price drop is nothing its usual behave of market .It can pass the ATH level within a second,
I hope you were right but lots of projects like this didn't last long since most of them is just a part of pump and dump. So far the price of DIA stays as if it was affected with the recent drop of Bitcoin but that was too soon to drop though. I smell something like this has happened before–I really hope you were right though, since my guts tells me something.
We do really have that doubts since we have seen the market in the past when we do still facing off with that ICO project hypes where they do just simply
pump and dump which do leave out those investors in the air.We cant make any conclusions to a project if it would be on the floor since it would really
pass or do need to take the test of time neither it would sustain or not.For now we can presume out that its likely to go into the same path on where projects
do pump and then dump when the hype is gone.
4571  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China Can Reverse Bitcoin Transactions? on: September 10, 2020, 10:53:48 PM
They can say all things that they do want and for people or the community to believe on then they should give out proof or sample. These kind of claims arent really that

something new into this field knowing these Ripple guys will really make out some Fud about reverse transaction is totally a bullshit thing for them to claim.

China is big and financially capable but doing this reverse thing or issue isnt really that possible.
4572  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading crypto is a different ball game on: September 10, 2020, 09:57:59 PM
Cryptocurrency was created for transaction, but people saw the chance to make money through and the majority of them are getting in for that alone, and when it’s not working for them they decide that it’s time for them to quit. That’s the same thing that’s happening, he didn’t see that opportunity to earn money so he decides to call it a quit and go with the remaining he has left in cryptocurrency, though I don’t think he is really at loss here, the last tweet didn’t mention how much he earned at last, rather it said that he dumped the bag on them while the first one said he lost $25k.

So, it’s quite possible that he lost at first and then decided to try Link and recovered everything he lost before deciding to quit.

You are right and this had been always the perception of most people when it comes to crpyto which they do believe that its on the investment side without realizing that it isnt really the reason on why its been created
which is solely talking about decentralization or in payment system.
For people who do just lost their money just because they do expect that much on gaining bucks on easy or quick process then that where theyre totally wrong and the situation given or exampled does show
to those people who do just jumped in with those kind of wrong hopes and when real situation slapped on into their faces then they do say negative things without even realizing
on what they have done.
4573  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: After Sushi Dump CZ reply with Highly risk especially on Defi project ?? Agree ? on: September 10, 2020, 08:56:20 PM
Well, every project have risk, but not all project have a high risk.
Sushiswap is a new project, so we still don't know whether the project is good or just a hyped project.
The dump happened on sushi i think it is because the price of the coin was rising high in short time, and people who bought earlier sold them to make quick profit.
You missed the news of the exit scam of around $6m which affected the whole market especially for what the DEFI had brought to the space, through the fund and confidence. You should read more on this, it is not about the price pump, moreover is not the only Defi with such a price growth.

Into these kind of sentiments just like above on where to believe that this one isnt included into those shit project category then i cant blame him off since people would have its own perception but for sure he dont
have much that kind of an experience on how thing goes into this market.Of course we cant really detect out if SUSHI is a shit project or not because it all varies on the team behind and the consideration or
support of the masses towards this. Some might see this as a good one but the truth it doesnt really give out something useful or relevance then it would surely fall into those failed project category and
sorry for those people who do bought on the peak.
4574  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Upcoming Defi projects on: September 09, 2020, 11:57:24 PM
Check out sushi though some controversies i still think is still cheap after the whole drama. If it hopefully pick up then I think it will be really good
Dont let your hopes too much positive on that project. Im not saying it isnt capable but be careful when all the hype and drama is over. The market is starting up to be filled with lots of Defi projects
which i can say that it isnt really that relevant anymore excluding to those who are in first in industry and the rest are just copy cats just like on what happened on ICO days.

Just remember on the risk involved but since its your money then you do have all the full rights.  Wink
4575  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Peter Schiff son buys more bitcoin against his advise on: September 09, 2020, 10:54:22 PM
I don't give much credence to the result of the poll itself, purely because Peter Schiff has been such an outspoken detractor towards Bitcoin.  It wouldn't surprise me at all if Bitcoin supporters were just voting against him out of spite, heh.  Take everything on twitter with a pinch of salt.

The more interesting story is the difference of opinion between generations.

You are correct and decision to be made after will entirely be changed or not basing of on the poll results. This really shows the difference between the opinion of between generation

but it wont be surprising if the old one will adapt on whats been currently on the trend. Not only just its being too hyped or something but actually it did really have that real benefits in terms of payment system.
For Peter to buy bitcoin then he might be doing that already in silent or he do make up some discussion with his son about on the said investment.
4576  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Buy and Hold Really the Best Strategy in Crypto? on: September 09, 2020, 09:49:10 PM
The power of trading comes from compound interest, even if you were only able to earn roughly 10% per month if you can do this regularly then at the end of a few years you will multiply your coins many times over and that is where trading shows its power over holding your coins.

During that time frame a person that just holds his coins could earn fiat but the number of coins that he's holding will remain flat and will not increase but with trading you have the option of the number of coins that you are holding to grow significantly during that same amount of time which will obviously multiply your profits in fiat as well but as we know trading is very hard and only a few can earn money with the activity which makes holding such a good option for the rest of the investors in this market.
Every strategy will depend on the person, There are people who aren't good at trading so the most efficient choice is just to hold their tokens and wait for the token value to rise. On the other hand, If a certain person has the skills that can accumulate profit in trading the person would certainly do trading for him to earn much more profit. Trading can give you more profit because you are working for it, Doing some analyzation while holding is just letting your token sit on your wallet and you are just checking the asset price regularly. If we are talking about the time I think the person who daily trades will get profit more than the holder because the profit of it is just pilling up and using it to deliver more profit in the trader's portfolio.

Both trading and holding are profitable if you do it right it's just trading is where you can earn more but put a lot of work on it and holding is earning less but gaining profit slow and small.
This is what I think as well, people always wonder what it is the best option between trading and investing not realizing the best strategy is something completely dependent on the person, skills and personality, investing is easier, most of your work will be done at the beginning stages when you are deciding if it is a good idea to invest in a project and once you do the only thing you need to do is to hold your coins.

In contrast trading requires a massive amount of knowledge to be applied at all times with surgical precision, it is way more demanding but it can be entertaining as well if you like the action of the markets, however this also means it is harder but it can bring even greater profits.
It does really have that pros and cons between the two and as said this will surely vary on someones capacity and knowledge and at least we do have options to take.If we cant just handle out market volatility
or doesnt like to engage with moving prices then holding would be your best option but as expected, profits would really be lesser compared to those people who do engage with daily trading.
It sounds easy but really hard to be done thats why majority do choses up to hold instead but sooner or later they might be switching up depending if they do already gain that sufficient knowledge needed.
Holding is one of the strategies though but it does really have some several cons or disadvantages.
4577  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi seems to be hot right now! What do you think about the future of DeFi? on: September 09, 2020, 08:47:13 PM
As we see, the number of people being adopted to DeFi is increasing day-by-day. More and more people are getting interested in Decentralized Finances. Few days back, we also saw the $SUSHI thing. That's the reason, we would love to know your opinion.

What is the Future of DeFi?

When it comes to Future talks then no man would really able to give you out the precise answer since we are all speculators here and nothing is assured when it comes to things that do happen ahead.
DeFi is hot really not just like those old good ICO days wayback but look at on where it did head down? I wont be surprised if this trend would really be just similar to ICO but for now you can
really utilize this hype for you to make profits.Just be careful on not dragging yourself into Fomo because we had already seen some defi project is slowly dumping. So be careful
if you do really like to take the risk.
4578  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you need a coin that does not have negative volatility? on: September 08, 2020, 11:21:43 PM
Do you need a coin that does not have negative volatility?

1. Is it possible?
2. If not possible, why?
Questions of an amateur, what do you think?

Not a stablecoin pegged to the dollar or fiat.

Definite no!

1. Yes, its possible but its definitely a ponzi
2. Healthy market does really involved organic traffic or market activity via sellers and buyers.

No comment about stablecoins since i didnt able to touch this stuff since im on this crypto world.

Coin doesnt have negative volatility is just simply a scam or it cant really be called a market in the first place.
4579  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Peter Schiff son buys more bitcoin against his advise on: September 08, 2020, 10:59:10 PM

https://twitter.com/PeterSchiff/status/1303009420713111553

Peter Schiff twitted that his son buy more bitcoin against his advise. Then Peter in turn put up a poll as to who's advise someone will follow, his or his son. An overwhelming 80++% voted for the kid move to get into bitcoin.  Grin, Lol, he should follow his kid's advise as well and get into BTC, or is he secretly stashing already?

Its up to his decision already if he do tend to follow on what most being suggested. 80% of the poll? He would really make up some consideration basing off that there are lots
who do really trust up bitcoin or he would simply just stand on his ground and follow strong into his own belief but it wont be surprising if he do changed up his mind and go along
with his son decisions or would be secretly stashing just for him not to be embarrassed that he did actually follow on son's suggestion.
4580  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin for salary on: September 08, 2020, 10:16:46 PM
I don't have lot knowledge about different things about legalities or some government things.

I am become curious about paying an employee using Bitcoin direct to it's Bitcoin wallet.
Like these days, some of our salary are paid in different method, some are being deposit on some bank accounts, some are cheque, some are cash directly.

I want to ask if we will make official method for paying our employees in Bitcoin directly to their Bitcoin wallet.
Is this method is not foul on the government? Or it is legal?
Especially on the department of government that is about the labor or employment.
Yes you can make this possible but im not really that much expert when it comes to legal aspect and also the big question here if that your employee would agree into that new system
on where they do accept crypto rather than receiving a fiat without any hassle on making conversion unlike when they do receive crypto directly which we know that it does still need to be
converted to fiat which basically means that it would still involved some fees for such transaction but if you the boss will compensate it then it wont really be that much of a problem.
Legal talks then it vary on whats the stance of government on your place towards cryptocurrencies.
