Banking is also a business model and to be profitable in business they need tricks. You can't say they blackmail or steal customers' money. Just like when you sell to someone else, you buy $1 and sell $10, no one is saying you stole the customer's money. Because customers come to you by themselves, and so do all those, who need to use the bank. You voluntarily come and ask to use their services, they do not put a knife to your neck and force you to deposit money in the bank. Despite how good the media was in making a concept or innovative idea known to the world the drawback of it is the spread of FUD news and the latest news I hate lately is how people ridiculously hype ChatGPT like it's the solution to every technical and non-technical activity.
Yes, there could be an AI that can be trained to end human online poker games but it's not developed and there's no way it will be developed since the government is planning to regulate the AI space.
We can't blame some people for overhyping the capabilities of ChatGPT, but who knows in the near future it will have more capabilities than we'll ever know. That said, it's also good to know that working to improve the internal economy is the solution to economic woes and inflation, not Bitcoin or Gold-backed digital tokens. Everyone is looking at ways to bypass the economics of the world but it doesn't work that way. Imagine all countries are now spending Bitcoin and Gold-backed tokens instead of their local currency, how would they know their worth with inflow and outflow? The suggestion is only good for investment and investment can only be embraced by some sectional people which still does not solve the issue. |
