Everyone is talking about Giroud - Ibra duo would be really awesome but I'm not so sure about it. First of all, I wonder whether Milan will have two forwards in their tactic. I assume that they will play with one and have one of these players in the subs. And it's not hard to predict who is going to be in the subs, it's Giroud of course. But he can help his team really well sometimes when he gets the chance. Think about it like he did it in critical games. This could be really crucial for them.

It will be not a duo.
Only one between them will play or in others words, Giroud will play when Ibra will be broken  Grin.

At the moment the favorite team for winning the title is still Inter in my opinion.
I agree I don't think they will play much together and even if it is the case, I am not sure they will be a good duo.
For next season, Inter isn't favourite anymore imo. I don't see a lot of change there, Hakimi is no longer there, hopefully Lukaku is still there although you hear rumours from time to time about him leaving. In the other side, Juve made a lot of mistake in the previous season, players are more used to play with each other, Chiellini seems to renew the contract, Allegri is here again so basically everything is suitable for them to fight for the title or exactly claiming it back!

Many people are wondering whether Lewandowski will leave Bayern this summer. It seems like Chelsea are the most serious team about signing him. They should be prepared to sacrifice at least €50m for him. But I feel like he won't be leaving now.

Bayern Munich wont probobly even consider letting go of Lewandowski who is in his life form ,just him alone scored 40+ in bundesliga last season. There is no reason for selling him plus to sell him only for 50m that is really low.Lewandowski will probobly break even more records this season if he dosent get injured.
Bayern has to find a good player to replace Lewandowski. Currently he is at a pick, broke a record while he is quite old which means his estimated price won't increase in the future but most probably will decrease especially if he gets many injuries or scored less than the last season.
Better to sell him for €50m or swap him with another player (even in a different position) that +/- failed so far in his team but has potential to rise in Bundesliga like Hazard or Sterling or G.Jesus...

https://www.marca.com/futbol/liga-francesa/2021/07/22/60f8296446163f011e8b45ee.html

Marca says that Kylian Mbappe has rejected PSG's last contract offer. He really wants to go to Real Madrid now. And Real Madrid also want to finish this deal without having a problem. On the other hand, PSG don't want to lose him. He has only one year left on his contract. I wonder how this will end.
I think PSG should find a way to convince him to extend his contract until 2023 and agree to let him go next season without hassle otherwise it will be the worst loss of the decade next summer.

^  Yup.  Pep should prolly look for a cheaper alternative for Kane cos Daniel Levy is a shrewd businessman even if he wanted to let go of Kane.  What more when he wants to hold him..?  Maybe he’s just making City think he doesn’t want to sell so he could squeeze every penny.  Grin

But I think a good cheaper alternative for Kane and a somewhat upgrade for Jesus is Danny Ings.

Edit:  Typo.
Better to get Haaland for that ridiculous price, they can even get him with 15-20% reduction. Same goes for Mbappe, and they are younger and more useful imo. You know, they can get ol' Lewandowski for 1/3 that price without getting ride for any player.
@Avirunes, nice to hear there is nothing sure about that...
4584  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: July 22, 2021, 11:30:58 PM
One of the things that I'm curious about in this season is how Luis Suarez will play. Despite he is 34, he had a great season and scored 21 goals in the La Liga. He did his job really well and contributed to the title at a high rate. I wonder if he will maintain his form in this season too. It looks like Suarez is really happy at Atletico and he is ready to do whatever the team need.
Suarez is an extraordinary player but to win La Liga again ATM has to win every single game. Last year Real Madrid and Barcelona lost many points easily vs weaker teams, I doubt this will be the case the next year especially for Barca, not sure about Madrid honestly.
I see some members saying Koeman isn't convincing. True partially, but no one can deny the improvement of Barcelona under his management, the team were almost near the relegation zone in the first games then after the change they were in the top places. I don't like Barca much but I voted for it this time to be the champion this season.

In fact FIFA is considering more changes in football. I heard talks about 2 half x 30 minutes, stopping the timing when the game is interrupted, unlimited substitutions, throwing ball with foot instead of throw-in, 5 minutes suspension after yellow card...
Revolution.

but that would be the biggest bullshit i have ever read... Roll Eyes Undecided
there are also rumors that the game ball will soon no longer be round but square... Grin Grin Grin

that's right about the ball. and the players are to play with Corona protective masks until December 2021.
the playing time will also be changed. 4 x 20 minutes and in between 5 minutes break to exchange masks, to drink and to pee.
that will be very funny football games.  Grin Grin
Lmao boys, I just reported what I read in news Grin
Well I didn't follow honestly that thing since it isn't official but I saw a twitter about FIFA denying to impose these changes. Personally, I doubt there is rumors without a context, some of them might think about that or expressed these suggestions somewhere. We will see in the future if they will adopt some of these "rules".

Bouncing on Twitter right now.
Deal almost done for Harry Kane to Manchester City for 180m €.

That's abusive honesty, such price is ridiculously high especially in the actual bad epidemic context. Some clubs appear to have 0 impact and 0 respect although I like City. BTW, look what we have here:
Quote
Manchester City are prepared to offer one of Brazilian forward Gabriel Jesus, 24, Algeria captain Riyad Mahrez, 30, Portugal midfielder Bernardo Silva, 26, or England attacker Raheem Sterling, 26, as part of a deal to tempt Tottenham to sell England captain Harry Kane.
source
Honestly letting Mahrez (€42m) go that way for Kane is shameful. Sterling (€90m) last season wasn't top but he is a good player. GJ (€60m) and Silva (70€) meh ok they can replace them...

Well I don't know if you have the same itching that I have when I see some cloud mining service popping up.
Just wanted to confirm that this really exists? I don't think there are any cloud mining platforms that are practically profitable, as far as I know, all of them are just scams for newbies who don't have a lot of knowledge, am I wrong? And yes, I get really annoyed when I see some people talking about how they can make money through cloud mining. And with cloud mining being a scam, I believe this campaign should be countered  Huh
The campaign is currently listed in the table in PNYC. Of course there isn't any reason to not list it just like 1xbit..
Cloud mining is a pure scam and not sustainable business, I just remember one "company" posting its miners (Genesis) few years ago and AFAIK the amount earned is extremely low comparing to the contracts and the ridiculous fees. ROI required months/+1 year if I am not mistaken! Their topic is no longer updated here BTW and there is scam accusations against them.
If they have enough money to run a mining farm and mining is profitable for them, why would they share revenue with us? Assuming there is a legit cloud mining service then the purpose of contracts is to finance new units, repair old ones, paying for electricity for them...in exchange we get few cents at the end of the day, no thanks!
I warned about cloud mining several times here and IRL. Imagine the campaign was managed by a newbie or unknown manager, will it be listed? without a warning at least? Can we ensure campaign participants that they will not receive negative trust in the future?

F**k PSG, they need to be deleted from the world.
Everyday we have something new about PSG annexing (or trying to) another player?
Covid pandemic made every team short in funds and let PSG play alone and outbid the others Undecided
As I said before PSG could create 2 teams and both could play the final game lol

PSV Eindhoven started fast and found two goals in first half by Eran Zahavi. Things are not going well for Galatasaray.
Now Galatasaray scored with Emre Kılınç. Away goal rule is not there anymore so it will be a different strategy for teams in two leg matches.
Olympiakos and Legia Warszawa also lead their games as they are favorites, no surprise here. Camara saw red card in Olympiakos though, it will be harder second half for them when they are one man down.
PSV Eindhoven trashed Galatasaray with 5 goals to 1! That explains the weird high odds for them.
My second prediction was wrong, Bratislava draw vs YB..
For Olympiakos, they won with 1 goal with 1 red card for each team.

The internet can be brutal at times, look at what I dug up , someone insisting that Arsenal should have bought bitcoins instead of spending that 35 million pounds on Shkodran Mustafi...by now they would have banked one and a half billion pounds. What do you guys think?

https://i.imgur.com/Rmaba5V.jpg
It is random and toxic behaviour which is common unfortunately in the past and exaggerated nowadays thanks to social media...
Barely every single team has at least one regrettable contract which is a total failure and I insist on at least. I will cite just few examples: Dembele and Coutinho in Barca, you can add Griezmann too, Bale in Madrid for the last years and Hazard, Sanchez in ManU...and the list is long.
If there is something to blame is the ridiculous paycheck those clubs offer to some players. At some point you would like to know is it all about the money?
4591  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin go down below $20,000. on: July 21, 2021, 11:49:54 AM
1 day bitcoin price dropped under $30k and everyone lost his mind and start panicking? I mentioned before in another topic that the price will bounce back to +$30k before the end of the week because simply it isn't profitable for miners, investors and many many people buying over $40-50k. Consolidation in the other side got enough time and the price might rise again at any moment, expect it to be by mid-August.
4592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- now at: 21/22 Qualifying Prelims on: July 21, 2021, 11:44:11 AM
Dinamo Zagreb is one of the favorites to qualify for the Champions League group stage. They got 2 easy picks with Valur in first round(defeating them) and now Omonia and already having a nice lead against them for the rematch.Livakovic for me is the future of Dinamo and will probobly be sold for a fat fee
Since I am not used with teams playing qualifications rounds, I just take a look at the result, yesterday I saw Dinamo still 0-0 in the first half and I was wondering what's going on, turned out they scored 2 goals in the second half. Not sure if Dinamo is stronger or Omonia players got tired.. Otherwise Cluj and Wien managed to flip the result to their favor after being behind with 1 goal.
For today's games, I think PSV - Galatasaray might be interesting. Bratislava - YB too tho.
4593  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 20, 2021, 02:48:19 PM

Moreover, Chelsea is not a very rich club that will cost 150m for Haaland. They spend less money and build a stable team and perform exceptionally well throughout the season.
Chelsea is a very rich club, and Abramovich has a lot of money, and after Chelsea's victory in the Champions League, he will want to win the Premier League and possibly compete for the Champions League Cup again. Therefore, after such results, he is ready to spend very many money, especially since he has already received a result from Tuchel, not only promises.
Whether Chelsea have the money or not, it is ridiculous to spend such fortune in the middle of a crisis.. Dortmund want to get +700%? ROI for Haaland, even wealthiest clubs aren't willing to invest on that, better to build an attack line or the midfield with +€150m.. BTW Chelsea offered only 70m which is under the buyout clause.

Although fluctuations occur every so on and it is classic and normal but seeing the bitcoin price drops under $30k, $29630 exactly on preev, made me pissed. There will be a bounce at some point for sure but when?
I expect $28k by tomorrow then +$30k again by the end of the week. Such price isn't profitable for anyone.
4595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 19, 2021, 07:46:52 PM
LOL Liverpool are struggling to resign Jordan Henderson their captain on a new contract and there is rumors that Athletico and PSG are both interested in signing him. Liverpool will not be able to compete with PSG wages that they will offer to Jordan Henderson so it is likely that Liverpool will lose their captain. They lost one of their best midfielders recently on a free and I do not see Liverpool challenging for the title without Jordan Henderson and a broken midfield.
Henderson has another two years in his contract with Liverpool which is afraid to not found later a good deal for him or to lose him for free like Wijnaldum so they might consider selling him for PSG and find a suitable younger player to replace him. The problem is LFC will lose a captain and not a normal player so it is quite complicated.
In the other side, PSG has a gold mine in Parc des Princes?

I've also asked the support about the virtual card, and they said they currently have no information about it.
I already asked about virtual cards in advcash topic here and got this answer:

Hi, I see advcash updated its card and included ADV Global and ADV Crypto World which is a great move although comparing to Europe, fees are higher. I wonder know why global virtual card wasn't included? and when it will be available? Thanks.
Fees are always higher if you compare internationally available products with EU-only products, this works for basically any such platform. The economics of international USD cards is quite different, and the fees reflect that.

It depends on the card vendor what kinds of cards they offer. These vendors do not have virtual cards at the moment, but if and when they do, we will be happy to consider adding them as well.

Did something change regarding the providers of the cards? Why are more services starting to accept the rest of the world all of a sudden?
There is only few services accepting the rest of the world and AFAIK only advcash released new cards in the last couple months although they launched it in the past then stopped and changed providers before accepting it again.

Yahoo, I hope you have done your due diligence on this company. As I am sure you are aware, cloud mining has a long history of scams. I would hate it if your reputation was negatively affected by a company that turns out to be a ponzi as so many cloud mining companies have eventually shown themselves to be.

Just a word to the wise….ultimately it is your business and your reputation at stake.
Didn't want to post here first but since you started QS..I also raised a flag yesterday about this in the unofficial discussion topic of overview signature campaign.. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5343776.msg57484496#msg57484496

in the new bundesliga season, it will still be possible to substitute 5 players during a match. in addition, from the third matchday onwards, guest fans will again be allowed in the respective stadiums - the whole thing also applies to the 2. bundesliga as well Smiley

Quote
As long as spectator capacities are still subject to legal restrictions, five percent of the tickets per match will be reserved for guest fans. If the restrictions are lifted completely, there will automatically be a return to the original quota of ten percent.
https://www.dfl.de/de/aktuelles/beschluesse-der-dfl-mv-20210714/

I don't think substitute 5 players are bad at all. I just wonder whether this rule will apply forever or whether it is only done because of Corona.

But I am curious when the 5% rule will become the 0% rule again. Some cities in Germany are already starting to introduce their Corona requirements again.
In fact FIFA is considering more changes in football. I heard talks about 2 half x 30 minutes, stopping the timing when the game is interrupted, unlimited substitutions, throwing ball with foot instead of throw-in, 5 minutes suspension after yellow card...

There are reports that Chelsea are preparing a bid of 50m Euros for Bayern Munich star striker Robert Lewandowski which I think is an alternate transfer target for Erling Haaland. (Source: https://www.bavarianfootballworks.com/2021/7/18/22582306/bayern-munich-report-chelsea-bid-robert-lewandowski-erling-haaland-transfer-rumor-striker-werner)

A good target but I doubt that it would be that easy for Chelsea to get him. Bayern might deny it or maybe ask for more. Lewandowski is in form and has lot to offer.
Lewandowski would be a great addition for Chelsea but I don't think that can land him for 50 million , put in a better offer and show some seriousness!
Lewandowski is quite old and getting €50-60m for him should be a good deal and will help Bayern to find a better replacement for him.

Madrid offer Vinicius to Man Utd
During talks between Manchester United and Real Madrid for Varane, it has been reported by The Mirror that Los Blancos offered up Vinicius Jr.

United, who have already agreed personal terms for the French centre-back, now appear interested in signing the Brazilian attacker, although the costs involved may still be prohibitive.

'Vinicius Jr, 21, has been made available for £68m, three years after signing from Flamengo in a £36m deal,' reads the report.

The most feasible option, according to the news outlet, is a loan with an option to buy later, as Madrid continue to try and reduce the wage bill in order to aid their pursuit of Kylian Mbappé.

https://en.as.com/en/2021/07/18/soccer/1626589728_608576.html
Vinicius is a good player but lacks experience. I think Real Madrid will regret selling him at some point... They should focus on training and improve him especially that Mbappe deal seems impossible this season Undecided

Update concerning ADVcash: for the rest of the world, you can now (if available in your country) order a plastic ADV Global card or a plastic ADV Crypto World card for $95 + fees ~$30-60/year. Fees details can be checked in your accounts.
What is the difference between ADV Global card and ADV Crypto World card?
I see that ADV Crypto World card have 0.75% currency exchange fee, and ADV Global card have no fees, so I am not sure if both of them accept Bitcoin/crypto, or one of them is just for fiat currencies.
Normally both cards can be topped from your ADVcash account so accepting bitcoin. ADV Crypto World is mentioned to have multiple load options but I can't tell which.
The main difference I noticed is in fees between both cards and the validity time. You have to login to get more details about them. Personally I am not very interested in plastic cards so I didn't dig further Smiley
