That's always been the aim of XRP as far as I know, to be a crypto payment and their target? - a billion dollar remittance business that's why they have partnered with a lot of companies to really take a slice on that big pie. So it's not a threat to bitcoin per se, but it will be on remittance services such as Western Union or MoneyGram and others. It must be CBDC that will cause the next long bear market. It could start a bear market when CBDC starts to impose some regulations and taxes. There is much to be afraid of to the CBDC. It's the only thing that's new to crypto. Probably institutional investors being hacked or going to take profit and failure of Defi and DEX.
What has CBDC has to do with bear market? Obviously, when government started to roll their CBCD it will have tax some as fiat. I agree with the sentiments here, the next bear market would begin when we have reach the top again, whether in one to two years time, whales and big institution taking their profits, causing panic to average joe and noobs, having domino effect. No need for catalyst, probably if there will be some news, it will be just to cause more fuel, encouraging more selling. |

I guess they didn't expect the traffic in their exchange or they experience some technical problems but it will be good if they can provide a little information about the unexpected issue that they are facing so their users can easily understand why they are unavailable.
I doubt that is the change with Poloniex, they should expect hight traffic regardless if we are in a bull or bear cycle, that what a good exchanges should be. I am not so sure if BTC upswing is the main reason why those two are having an unexpected downtime but if they are not releasing any information to what happen in their side then what we can do is to guess only about the reason behind their downtime. Let's just hope that they will return as soon as possible so the traders in their platform will not be left behind.

Brrr. Suddenly the Nets became the 2nd favorite. Now, what team will I be betting on this season to win impossible games.  GSW went down all of a sudden with just one news about Klay. Well, I guess I might win some bets rooting for GSW now. Curry is still there and so are Green and Wiggins. Who knows if suddenly Wiseman had the right chemistry with the team. Then bandwagons will be back.  We will see in the first few games if Wiggins is a perfect fit to the Golden State Warriors. He really needs to step up if he wanted to become the next Klay or at least perform better with a healthy Curry and Green and reach his true potential. It doesn't matter if we agree or disagree with the report. But it's pretty obvious by now, bitcoin, in the best asset during the pandemic and that is enough to say that wise investors are really looking into it specially that the price is hovering around $19k and close to it's all time high.
There could be some gold bugs who doesn't want to acknowledge bitcoin and think that it will be gone in 2020, but it is not. So many of them are thinking of not shifting, but at least have bitcoin in their portfolio now, win-win situation for them and for us.

Olympics games are somewhat a business, an opportunity for the host country to make money or at least break even as far as expenses goes. So I doubt that they will allow the Olympics without fans and tourist. So it means that they will only push through when everything has settled down, specially the vaccines. So yes, it might not happen next year, and could be postponed up to 2022.

Now this begs the question, How can crypto be good for mass adoption? How can an average person buy Bitcoin(/s) when the price reaches a newer level? Many people have enjoyed(or should I use the word earned) free crypto (please stop Denying), Many have mined, Staked, Bought at the lowest of prices and so on. How can it be any good for the mass adoption when only a few (in comparison to the people around the world who are not yet into Crypto) have the crypto currency just because they are a bit early into the scene.
You can still buy bitcoin though, the thing with newbie is that they always thought that you need to buy 1 BTC immediately. Nope. You can simply #stack sats. Now, It's not that I'm against anything, But the real problem that no one seems to care about is how can the wealth be distributed equally among all so that people (irrespective of being late) enjoy all the benefits equally And the majority of the funds are not controlled by few individuals.
That is your second issue, bitcoin is not meant to solve wealth inequalities. Not a magic bean to solve every financial problems around the world. |

^^ I was surprised to see the price ~$16k again, but I thought its Monday morning in Asia today so there might be some movement that will push the price to $16k again. So let's see if the price movement from Asia will have a positive effect (I do hope), but in any case that a $15600, still looks healthy correction to me. Probably that will be the (strong) support for now before making another spike to $17k-$18k next month.
Yes, the price now back to $16k, so we can make a profit again. Although the price is not back to $16,400, it still a good profit for us. Some people already sold their bitcoin at the current price, but they also wait for the next high price, which will happen later. Maybe the correction will be back again, but I am sure that the price can handle it and the price can be back to have another rally. But we need to be careful because we don't know how deep the correction will come later. After all, the correction itself will always happen in the crypto market. The price will touch the other high price and make another spike, and hopefully, the price can touch more than $17k-$18k. See I told yah, Asian market is really into bitcoin specially when it's opening at their time frame, $16,600 going to $16,700, so this is another retest in the following days, so let's see if we can sustain the growth for this week at least, resistance becoming support and then goes to the next level of $17k-$18k December, we are extremely in the bullish phase. |

Paul George is injured way back and I think it could really affect his full potential in playing basketball. Kawhi is a scorer and not really a good leader that can carry a team like Lebron James. CP3 is way better among the players ecen Rudy Gobert. This guy is explosive and unpredictable with his moves and that he is a playmaker. I think they could be one of the best team in NBA next season but for now it so hard to beat the Lakers with Lebron and Davis and other leading scorers in the team.
I think this adjustments from the Clippers was really a reaction to Lakers. I mean they want someone in the middle like Rudy as a defensive presence, but it will be more on CP3 as a big factor if ever they will go and chase the ring next season. CP3 has proven itself a top notch playmaker and I think that's what Clippers needs to have a good chance against the Lakers or the rest of the powerful Western team. |

Sorry for those who bet on Tsitsipas or at least a fan of him as he losses to Dominic Thiem in 3 sets. It was a good match actually, Thiem taking the first and them Tsitsipas coming back in the second to make it 1-1. But then again, we have seen him very inconsistent and that what cause him to lose the match in the 3rd set. Nadal as usual, was dominant against a game Rublev, 6-3, 6-4.
