4581  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: if you want to win big...accept defeat on: August 15, 2019, 11:42:56 PM
I agree with you OP, the problem is that they don't accept defeat but at the same time there are those who win decent amount of money and in idea, don't plan to lose that money unlikely others who still gamble and then try to recover but some of them still have the same case. Once they won big, then they think let's play with some bucks, that won't damage me. Then they lose that bucks and say, let's play one roll and I'll recover that one buck and go. Finally they still lose everything or lost some money and then go away.
That is the reason why gambling industry still being profitable on many time periods, but still I can see that people say they are professional gamblers and living their life with the rewards from gambling alone.
Of course gambling industries is still a business so they would surely do all the things that would make them win over the gamblers. If you keep on playing even if you lose most of the time, you will surely go home with an empty pocket. That's the reality of a gambler who do not know how to accept defeat.
4582  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The secret of gambling? on: August 15, 2019, 11:33:42 PM
Which is why, I'm deeply curious to know if there's actually a secret within gambling that would allow me to win more than losing? Any thoughts about this will be greatly appreciated. Smiley
I don't think there's any secret about keeping your record of most wins than loss. Gambling is a game of chance however, you can keep your number of wins higher than loss by controlling your number of times when you play. If you are on a winning streak, I would stop and call it day rather than stop only when I already encountered a loss and try to recover my losses.

My only secret in gambling is to stop immediately if you have won already because if you play again, all that you won will be back to the casino again. Since gambling is only a game of chance so i make sure that i only gamble on the amount i can afford to lose.

He really is trying to get under his skin if they were to fight again!

LOL, did he call Ruiz a little fat guy?  That guy has no respect to the Champion and just trying to promote his fight against Wilder.

Who do you think will generate more sales between the 2 fights?

4585  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Things That Comes Into Your Mind When Winning... on: August 13, 2019, 04:23:07 PM
Yes its really obvious because my answer will be betting again and if im going to guess my guess will be 99% out 1 will be doing the same thing  . why ?  Because the adrenaline rush is there  . you already start good  . it comes to your head that hey im lucky today huh , so why not try again and maybe i can win again and thats the time that im going to stop and cashout all my winnings .
Even if you win again, i don't think you will stop there. Of course you will play again and again until you start losing then. And once you start losing you will surely play more to win back your losses only to find out you're losing even more. It's better if we will go home directly and never play again after a huge amount of winning.
4586  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: August 13, 2019, 04:14:55 PM
Of course there are, those who are professionals in gambling are people who can manage their emotions and finances. How can, when they lose a few chips they will stop and when they get a target profit they also stop. Lest we be too ambitious and greedy.
Exactly bro. I think it all depends on our definition of professional gambling. I could refer to myself as a professional gambler because in the time past, I have been able to successfully handle loses, manage wins and also control my emotions not to feel terrible when there is a great loss. Being a professional player does not mean we do not make loses but we have the ability to handle it. This is the reason you will notice a player who that can buy a car from the profits he gets from gambling and another player that has not been able to buy a pen.

I also believe nobody did a course to qualify as a professional player, it all depends on individuals. There is no harm in gambling professionally and also I don’t think gambling as a career is the same as professional gambling.
Gambling is not really bad but i still believe there is no one here that can survive throughout a lot of years gambling alone as a source of income. I once tried to be a gambler but i wasn't really lucky in this field so i move into trading where i made good profits. There may be professional gamblers but still they make huge amount of losses out from their winnings.
4587  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Eterbase turned out to be a scam! on: August 13, 2019, 06:10:36 AM
Reasons why i think eterbase is not a scam
1. Ongoing productivity
2. Listed on exchanges and available  on track apps like blockfolio
3. Better volumes on listed exchanges
4. Its listed on insta swap exchanges like switchdex
I see no proof that this project is scam yet until it actually turn to scam

These are enough reasons why we can't call this project a scam.

The price may have dump but the volume remains to be liquid, price dump is normal in the crypto space as altcoins is not yet fully appreciated and that's why it's hard to see a consistent rise or a recovery.

I don't know what is the ICO price of the project but it started trading at 16 sats and now currently at 19 sats doesn't look scam to me.
Moreover, this is listed in different exchange, if they see this as a scam one, they will surely delist as it will affect their reputation.
4588  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Why hasn't any government stopped Bitcoin? on: August 13, 2019, 05:47:55 AM
Implied in this question is the notion that bitcoin COULD be stopped by any government. It CAN'T.
Even if they will announce bitcoin to be illegal, they cannot fully stop it.
People can still do some transaction as long as miners are doing it, this is not a one company where we have centralized servers, this one is decentralized and it's hard for a centralized government to stop a decentralized system, which is bitcoin.

Also, I think it's not fair to stop bitcoin when it could contribute by giving a fast, cheap, and transparent transaction, in fact, they are given a help here because with blockchain everything can be trace, what they should do is start on focusing on how to regulate bitcoin.
4589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC for Bounty. Why do it? on: August 12, 2019, 12:18:39 PM
I used to do it but not anymore. It is nothing but a waste of time. Some bounty managers believe it helps in reducing the multi participation whi h they think is responsible for dumping but it is still to failure.
It's not only a waste of time but you could be risking your personal info as they could sell it if they want to.

There are a lot of bounty campaign in the space and I don't believe the reason for KYC is to reduce multi participation, what I believe is that they treat their bounty hunters like their investors because they also own the same coins. If this is also to eliminate bounty cheaters, I think bounty cheaters are also smart to submit fake KYC documents to be able to comply and at the same time keep their real information safe.
4590  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The next 50x !! on: August 12, 2019, 12:07:34 PM
On what basis are you drawing your prediction? In recent times many analyst also came up with some speculations that never came to reality.
I think the crypto market is a very volatile one for anyone to just predict the market based on assumptions.
Then how do you predict the market?
Of course we just do it based on our assumption since we have to idea what will be the real future of the project.

With what they are showing now in terms of progress, that's our basis to analyze the future of the coin, but then again there is no assurance at all, that's why it's called investing in crypto is a high risk.
4591  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: August 09, 2019, 10:36:05 AM
Yes, it's not the problem of their team but it depends on how they can bring themselves for having an attitude problem. Superstars are vulnerable with this issue because they are icons and the press are always following wherever they are.
Those superstars that has attitude problem, they are aware of it and I'm sure that the management is giving them sanctions if they will break against the contract.

A recent news about Beasley.
Free Agent Michael Beasley Suspended 5 Games for Anti-Drug Policy Violation

This guy has a video that I watched before and he looks high not answering the interview properly, the news just proved it to be true.

Here's the video guys - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bAWtk-zTego
Enjoy it as I laugh many times on that video.
Haha that video was from last year and he didn't stopped the rumor. Whatever team will take him to their line up, he will be in disciplinary action if ever that team has or most of them really has.
That video didn't went viral or it's just that the channel isn't too popular and has low subs.
But maybe it will went viral now because that news could be a support to prove that he was already on drugs even before.
If the suspension was his first, then I hope he will learn from that as losing a career is like losing his life especially if basketball is his passion and his main source of income.
4592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: August 09, 2019, 10:11:51 AM
I believe it's not impossible to treat gambling as a profession but I believe there's only few can do that and they don't announce their success online.
I have been trying to become one of them but I have reach my limit already and proven this is not good for me and I should shift to trading instead of focusing in gambling where my future is not bright.
4593  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Things That Comes Into Your Mind When Winning... on: August 09, 2019, 09:45:24 AM
Whenever I make a win I used to spend on the consecutive roll with confidence and without any fear. This too had made me loss big in gambling.
They say the longer you play the lesser your chances is, so you don't have to play a lot of times in order to win, limiting rolls with decent bet every roll is the best strategy, besides, dice is a luck based type of game, if you are lucky, you will win regardless of your strategy.

With sports betting I used to have a different view as I won't spend directly on consecutive matches. I used to take my own time to analyze and spend on the matches that I've got good knowledge.
You should do different approach in this kind of gambling especially if you are really serious on it.
Bankroll management is a must and if you are following that, you won't easily rejoice if you have a winning day as it's a long journey and consistency is always the key to win,  not only a single day, it's based on your overall performance.
4594  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling habits that will cost you on: August 07, 2019, 10:59:42 PM
My cousin sister went to gambling with her mother’s money and she lost all! Since then I learn the lesson of not gambling with others people money, I will not also gambling with the money that is for my family upkeeps and I will not gamble using the money from my salary. Gambling is a very risky venture and it is good to avoid the temptation of using funds that will put you into problems.
In short, you will avoid to gamble because it's too risky and you are afraid of losing money.
Investing and gambling is quite similar as both are risky and most of the investors not necessarily a gambler but they knows how to gamble.
When you are gambling and you can stay discipline, that's a good sign that you will have a better future in investing as well, that's just my own theory based on my experience as I started learning how to gamble first before I learn to invest in crypto.
4595  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The next 50x !! on: August 07, 2019, 10:49:20 PM
50x is possible when you find something good in the beginning, before market and fame. I like to see team which is doing hard things quick and repeatedly. Now I am researching project named 2gether, they are building collaborative banking platform and I am using their Beta services.
You'll be lucky if you could find it, but seeing with the market today, we can see nothing.

I've never thought to have that anymore, 50x is really big and seems to be impossible. Anyway, we are still on a long journey, we could say an end by now. There might be huge jumps but I've never thought to have that multiplier.
4596  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Choose Lottery Instead Of Anything Else? on: August 06, 2019, 06:14:43 AM
people bet for lottery for a chance of winning huge with a tiny chance tha a normal gambling that gives higher chance of winning
The problem is, it's not "tiny chance" but you are more likely to get struck by lightning than to win a lottery, lmao Grin

Cheers on that mate.my grandfather always asked me to bet for him in lottery outlet and ofcourse aside from his bet that I know I am part of if he wins
That's an excellent bonding activity Grin

I think the lottery is not a problem for us, who seek entertainment or the "fun" part of the game. However, I feel bad for people who really hope to win a lottery, since it is most likely to never happen in their lifetime.
I have known a friend who is really fanatic about lottery and he always make sure that he has bought tickets everytime he was given lucky digits to bet. I feel sad for him because he has never win big amount of profit since the time he started lottery gambling. I can't imagine how big is his loss already which only keeps him losing everytime he buys another ticket to bet.
4597  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why I don’t share Strategies anymore? on: August 06, 2019, 06:05:12 AM
I think people will learn from the strategies, whether he uses his own strategy or by using the other strategy. He will learn about that even he uses good strategies, he cannot expect to win because he will need one more thing to win, which is the luck factor. And if somehow he wins the game, he should realize that his strategy is work plus he has good luck in the games, but the luck will not stay beside him in the next day or in the next round.
Not only luck won't stay on him all the time but even strategies too. I have experienced a lot of times wherein one strategy that works for you today might not work for the other day. This is the reason why i never keep on sharing my own strategies to others because there is no assurance that it will also work with other people too.
4598  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bounty Manager Salary on: August 05, 2019, 03:41:29 AM
The pay depends on what the manager would demand, usually for managers who have good reputation in the forum, they would not ask for a cheaper salary as bounty managing is not a simple job, and a good manager also assures that participants are paid in the end.

In addition, good managers are also not gonna easily accept projects without making a deep research on it, so this will again assure participants that they will not be scam in the end, it's the same job that hey are gonna do but managers with good reputation will surely do better.
4599  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: August 05, 2019, 02:49:32 AM
2019-20 might be his last season. As for me, I'd rather seen him retired in Toronto Raptors' jersey.
Raptors deserve that, he was very popular in Toronto Raptors back then and Raptors was his first team in the league.
Also, I think it would somehow give some good news in return as Leonard departed from the championship team, we don't expect Carter to help a lot but it would help attract more fans to watch the game.
4600  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opinions on BNB for the future maybe in few years time? on: August 01, 2019, 05:25:26 AM
BNB can become the best altcoin out there but i don't think it can beat bitcoin anytime soon maybe in the future.

We don't need to make debate on it as lit's less likely to happen.

BNB will increase in price in the long run because of the continues IEO and the DEX which is getting popular cause lots of projects are getting traded there with BNB pair.
In short, they did what is needed to do in order to remain at the top of the competition.
They fell every demand they saw in the crypto space and I would not be surprise if they have some big news that will come out soon, and it should make BNB again to rocket its price.
