Just got this reply from Ray (lawyer): Ray E. Gallo 10:45 AM (0 minutes ago)
to me
Yes. We are taking these cases. They must be arbitrated individually under the consumer rules. If you paid in BTC, have evidence of that, and timely cancelled your order and demanded a BTC refund in writing, we can help. Email me your contact information and order confirmations and we will send you a fee agreement. We will work on contingency and take 40% or the fee award, whichever is greater. We will try to recover your fees (and if so, we’ll take those instead of the 40%), but there is no clear basis so an award of fees is not likely. Call me to discuss. Ray Hey this is great news right? That means we still might get 100% back even if we go the lawyer route? This reward he's talking about is that like extra cash HashFast has to pay for lying to us or how does that work? I know you can sue people left and right in the US, but not familiar how these type of cases work.

Doesn't Alibaba have an escrow system like Aliexpress?

Saw on the front page that you take CashU. What about Ukash? I have a voucher but apparently I'm not allowed to deposit it to CashU because it's not available in my Country. Do you know any other site which accepts Ukash? I wanna get rid of this stupid voucher.

What do you mean "can not open drillbit forum"? The site is up from here at least...

You're 2nd to kuko in the stales list. That means that you should check your config. You should expect around 800 kh/s on your card. Here's a list: http://litecoin.info/Mining_Hardware_ComparisonI would advice you to mine alt coins instead. Check out the multi pools in the alt forum. That way you can mine the most profitable coin ATM.

Any ETA on when you will add Hockey? Sochi is coming up...

for god's sake , all of you know that if we win the legal case . the company might/will go bankrupt and since it's LLC. they are only obliged to pay as much as their company is worth, and that means that you wouldn't even get your US$ equivalant . all of you people please be realistic .
So what do you suggest we do? Wait for HashFast to delivery miners that doesn't exist? There is no guarantee that they don't go bankrupt anyway and we don't get jack shit.
What happens with the fees are they just added to the 25BTC rewarded to the miner?
Yeah, either spend 40% on a lawyer or hope that you get the miners from HashFast sometime this year. I'm leaning lawyer option on this one. I don't think HashFast is gonna deliver anytime soon. Also they might declare bankruptcy and then we don't get anything at all. BTW isn't there somebody cheaper we could hire? Isn't Saul Goodman available? There was a guy before that was talking about some relative he had that might be able to help out.

Ok, then I'm all positive about hiring him. Let's wait and see what waldo has to say.

How much money per share do you reckon this will cost? Feels kinda annoying having to send additional funds. Already had to send extra for the MPP.

I don't know what coins you trade but have you tried Crypto-Trade?
I do not have a fixed coin I trade, I made a profitability calculator that I use, What I do use is convert BTC to LTC....LTC to most profitable coin then convert that coin back to BTC. BTC->LTC->Profitable currency->BTC->fiat Do you think crypto trade will be worth it for me. Sorry pal, not a trader myself just thought you might wanna try it out. Maybe the trading engine doesn't lag as much? The fees are higher though, at least that's what I have been told.

I don't find a company trustworthy until I have a product made by the company in my hands. With that being said I rather trust bobsag3 that I have seen active around the forums and have no negative feedback. But who can you trust anymore? Even businesses that seem legit from the beginning (HashFast, BFL etc.) are scams.
Don't wanna sound like a dick but I rather trust minersource with my money right now because I know bobsag can be trusted. Is there anything you can tell me that would make me trust you more? Would really like to order from UK so I don't have to pay customs. Also if I order now from your site will I be in Batch 1?

JBT, I get "unresponsive ASIC" errors when my board goes over 35C, I guess some boards are more sensitive than others. Now running it in the basement where it's a lot cooler. Really helps to have a good fan though.

Yep, ain't trusting any other book. BitBook seems like the most trustworthy for now.
