you confirm me that for bitcoin classic it's enough use bitcoin classic instead of bitcoin core? or need change something on this line? p2pool/p2pool/work.py 372 version=min(self.current_work.value['version'], 4), You need to change the version in the line you quoted (372 in work.py) to: version=min(self.current_work.value['version'], 0x30000000), or version=min(self.current_work.value['version'], 805306368), Both work. Thank you But i'm come back to bitcoin core, to me it seems more efficient at this time compared to classic...you have noticed the same thing?

Ora cambio dns: 12.00 (GMT+1)
AGGIORNAMENTO
Completato...tutto ok!

XT Germany Node New server! NO NEED NEW SETTINGS Details: New server with more ram configured. But it is a different ip, I'll change the dns so your miner will be redirected without having to change settings...and probably do not you notice It's possible in the first seconds receive many DOA, but should settle down in very short time. This is because they are sent old works to the new server but the merkel it's different. Time change dns: 12.00 (GMT+1)(If you have problems set again the miner to xt.warp2pool.eu:9332 and restart ) UPDATECOMPLETED - To see old server statistics http://old.warp2pool.eu:2095

How would a new node catch up from the beginning? I'm sure it's just that I am missing the obvious point. Sorry to be such a dummy.
Maybe the idea is at least a few nodes will always keep the full history? I am willing to if that helps.
In the future Core will let you choose to "donate x GB to the network", and then you'll store a random range of historical blocks. Then nodes doing an initial sync will have to search out nodes that have the blocks they want from among these nodes storing chunks of the historical chain. It's a bit like how BitTorrent works.

looks the statistics http://minefast.coincadence.com/p2pool-stats.phpwe had 1700% and 4900% of luck...and sure also 20% of bad luck...in all pools with low hash can happen...but I do not understand why you come here to advise people to use "chinese pool"?... or maybe the answer is this: I know its a noob question but I am new at it.
|
|
|
mine is a discourse on the btc safety, and I'm sure that many Chinese also appreciate p2pool, only problem is low hash on this moment because many people like you think only of short term profit taking.
