462  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which crypto wallet to use for 8,000$? on: January 19, 2024, 05:24:18 PM
I could easily recommend Electrum since that is just what I've been using for a long time and so far I haven't really encountered any issues with it with the years of use so far. It has a lot of users, it is open source and easy to install on your desktop computer. I would totally recommend this compared for sure to other custodial wallets or just putting your 8k$ investment on an exchanger which is for sure not recommended since you dont have control over your money if you put it there.

You could easily download Electrum wallet here [GUIDE] How to Safely Download and Verify Electrum [Guide] . Just avoid putting this kind of money of exchanges and custodial wallets.

Or at some point you could easily invest on hardware wallets since it might be worth it investing for security, you could learn more about wallets here [General] Bitcoin Wallets - Which, what, why?

464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paying house rent with bitcoin is it appropriate? on: January 17, 2024, 03:37:32 PM
Glancing through the article https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-rent-agreement-argentina-landlord-tenant one would conclude adoption is striving in Argentina. Paying for a house with bitcoin sounds to me a mistake or lack of financial knowledge. Bitcoin is better than Fiat. Bitcoin increases in value and fiat faces inflation. Why then would one spend Bitcoin instead of fiat on a house rent which may expire in few years? Accommodating the Bitcoin can birth the person more money to pay his next house rent. But fiat wouldn't add any interest in the bank. Moreover the house owner will not hold the Bitcoin.

I mean if you're going to look at Bitcoin we know that Bitcoin is just digital money so it would probably make sense to use it as a payment method probably for sure, it's probably going to be a good thing since Bitcoin is being used as what it is. On the other hand, it's for sure a good move for the landlord to accept Bitcoin as a payment, for sure is probably an investor already because he's interested in accepting Bitcoin as a payment, and for the payer, it might not be a good idea in the long run since we are all accumulating Bitcoin but probably if your investing all of your money in Bitcoin might as well you can just use Bitcoin in all of your payments etc.

You can really say that it is a bad move for someone who is going to use Bitcoin as payment, I mean you dont really know what is her situation so we can't really assume anything, For sure if the owner is going to accept Bitcoin as a payment we can easily assume that he is as well going to hold it and not just gonna sell it, because accepting Bitcoin as a payment method means your investing it as well, if he's just going to sell it would be a big lose for sure because the market is just so volatile.

Binance is finally opening its Thailand exchange to the general public eight months after it announced an expansion into the country.

Link: https://cointelegraph.com/news/binance-thailand-general-public-launch-compete-incumbent

Quote
In addition to Binance, Lee said that OctaFX and MiTrade, two other exchanges recently issued advisories for unregistered operations, also face bans after three months.

Link: https://www.binance.com/en/feed/post/1360070679738

Comparing the two pagdating sa mga cryptocurrency holders and traders im pretty sure na masmaraming mga traders ng cryptocurrency dito sa bansa naten compara sa Thailand isa rin ang thailand sa mga top na bansa kung saan popular ang cryptocurrency kung titignan lang naten at magbabase tayo sa graph na ito noong 2022.

Source:
https://bitpinas.com/cryptocurrency/philippines-ranks-2nd-in-crypto-ownership-survey/

  • Passive income gamit ang btc, usdt or any crypto coin as a reward need mo din magpasok ng pondo

Magingat dahil tuwing ganetong panahon sila nanamantala, sana ay maging masaya ang ating 2024 more to learn and earn good luck.

Crypto investment vs real estate investment : Which one more dependable in the future
Though have been in the crypto space for quite some time now, I knew little about crypto. A friend of mine just introduced me to real estate investment.
Which one should I go for with a capital less than $2500?

The quick answer in my opinion is real estate investment, for sure we are all a fan of cryptocurrency that is why we are all in this forum, It is really a great investment and a great technology for sure but when it comes to being dependable in my opinion the end game was always real estates. I mean I'm investing in cryptocurrency and Bitcoin as well like a lot, it wasn't for sure recommended to invest that kind amount of money on it but I want to invest in cryptocurrency and Bitcoin, but in the end, I'm just doing it to earn a profit with the end game of buying a real estate or a property where I could probably earn a passive income or maybe a property that I can buy as my own.

The quick answer is real estate is surely gonna give you a great passive income guarantee unless some problem that we dont know happened, where Bitcoin is like an investment that is great but as well as we dont know it is it surely gonna gives us profit in the end like at any moment the market could easily drop with just a short time because of its volatile market price with just one bad news. Also, we dont know if it's even going to exist after a few years, unlike real estate where we have something fungible asset.

Welcome to the forum! The website was great I just registered and will try to play soon need to put in some deposit to play, overall the website has a very nice design and i really like the theme of it, compared to another casino this one has a great and responsive website, and it doesnt really look like just some scam casino out there where it has some kind of copied template from another casino, the ANN thread also has a great design similar to the website so I hope good luck on your casino, this was a good start on getting a good reputation here in the forum good job!

I will send some feedback soon as soon as I've been able to do some tests and play some games on it, it was easy to understand and doesnt really look like it has a lot of complicated rules so I want to try this one out soon in my free time.

478  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We dont own enough bitcoin on: January 08, 2024, 06:24:24 PM
The thought and belief of not having enough of something brings forth the constant pursuit of that object. Thus, acting as if we never have enough of a resource will allow us cognitively to always be looking to acquire said resource and then eventually this will lead to a surplus, right? Gosh I hope so! Becuase I sure need to get more BTC and I don't have enough!!!

I was just watching a youtube from KITCO NEWs with Gary Cardone. Thats right, Gary Cardone NOT his asshole brother Grant Cardone LMAO!!!! Gary had a lot of great things to say that were extremely logical and bullish. I'll put the link in here later.

If we have this mindset then we will always be trying to get as much of it as we can. Lets face it, getting BTC is at this point more rewarding for the average person than buying Real Estate, Gold, Silver, Oil stock, etc. Lets keep stacking! I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH, WE DON'T HAVE ENOUGH!!! STACK SATS!!

I mean for sure, I haven't even accumulated 1 Bitcoin yet in the years of trading and investing in Bitcoin, maybe I did spend some of my profit for sure on other things but for sure Bitcoin these days was just too expensive for some people since its already reach a very high price in the market and already started to skyrocket. It's not going to be easy for sure to accumulate Bitcoin but it is surely a worthwhile thing to do if you are planning to invest in cryptocurrency, even though Bitcoin has already skyrocketed there is still so much potential that it could still skyrocket up to even a 100k$ or probably in the future even 1million$.

Still, it is still not a bad thing to sell at a profit, because Bitcoin investment or probably just investment is all about profit it wouldn't make sense to some if we are just going to hold forever i mean we did invest in the first place to earn a good profit.
479  Other / Meta / Re: Why do some campaign members posting essay? on: January 06, 2024, 07:43:30 AM
Sorry about the title. While reading some posts, I noticed that some campaign participants seem to be posting essays. Have you noticed the same, or is it just me? If you also notice this, do you think it's healthy for the forum?

I guess an essay or long post is not that important, the important thing is you understand and get the point of the post right? It doesnt really matter if the post is long, on the other hand, that could be a positive thing I guess since you could include more details on the post and probably explain it better with just a short post, but it is just going to depend on how you're going to see the long post but for sure it wasn't going to be a negative thing as long as it still has a good thought.

Having a detailed reply for sure might be a good thing for the forum unless they are just typing some nonsense on their post just to make it longer that is where things could easily be a bad thing and probably you could report it for spamming, if it is just nonsense posting. I mean long post does really mean that it is going to be a quality post, and its better to have a short quality post than having a long but low-quality posting.
