461  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do we need to backup Screenshots balance on exchange? on: October 03, 2023, 02:15:20 PM
I don't think there's anything wrong with taking a screenshot on an exchange like Binance. At least that will help. For example, in my experience, when there was a problem with authentication, the code was always invalid, and I couldn't log in, so what I did was message support and tell them the problem.

When Binance support replied to me, they asked me for my account uid, but I have a screenshot of the uid number. I gave them screenshots when I was withdrawing; if I hadn't had those screenshots, I probably wouldn't have been able to open my account, but somehow the screenshot as evidence helped.

463  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Si Satoshi Nakamoto nga ba ito? on: October 03, 2023, 01:42:16 PM

Anong opinion nyo dito?

464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Earnings on: October 03, 2023, 12:56:41 PM
I am a newbie in bitcoin I want to learn a lot about bitcoin I want to do marketing and trading with bitcoin if any of you are expert or if someone is more skilled please give me some suggestion so that I can do something good and my future is good.  can shine through bitcoin and i can stay away from casino and gambling games and without these two means i can earn money in my life and i can work hard to earn bitcoin everyone.

First read about Bitcoin, trading, crypto currency, and CEX and DEX; you need to know and understand them first before you try trading. This, in my opinion, is the best way to start here in the Bitcoi business world. To be honest, it's not easy to understand Bitcoin, and if you do, you must have a passion for it. Because without it, you won't be sure to last here.

I am able to last in this business industry because of my passion, which I combined with dedication, determination, and perseverance. And as I studied and learned, I discovered that I was gradually gaining an understanding of what I had entered.
465  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop discouraging people from Bitcoin... on: October 03, 2023, 12:30:56 PM
I have noticed something about some people in this forum...

Why is it that everytime a newbie shows his or her interest in trading Bitcoin, some people will always try to discourage the newbie?  You see them saying things like “Bitcoin trading is not for newbies”

None of us here was born a professional trader, fact is that we all had to start from somewhere. We were all once a newbie, until we started learning and putting in the work.

So when you see a newbie ask for advice on how to start up on their journey in Bitcoin trading, don't try to discourage them, rather give them the advice on how they can start, and also let them be aware of the risks and how to avoid it. If we must grow the community, then we have to learn to encourage everyone to get along, and not try to discourage them.

Bitcoin is for everyone, and no one should be left behind.
Thanks.

Where did you read in the forum section here that Bitcoin trading is not for newbies? As far as I know, there are many categories of trading here in the Bitcoin industry, one of which is derivatives, futures, margin, perpetual, and leverage trading. These are really not newbies who don't know anything because it really needs those who know trading.

But in spot trading, you can start even if you don't know anything, as long as you just start with small amounts of capital so that it won't hurt your pocket right away. Also, what others are saying here are just reminders for the newbies in this forum, so that the newbies here are aware somehow. That's not discouraging; that's actually caring.

466  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Mga Artista Na Scam Ng Crypto Investment on: October 02, 2023, 12:16:45 PM

467  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Secure Your Legacy, Educate Your Loved Ones on: October 02, 2023, 12:06:19 PM
If we are not told or taught by our loved ones in life, the crypto assets we accumulate in this business industry will really go to nothing, so as long as there is time and opportunity, let's really think about who we can trust dearly in life and also make a will of testament regarding this matter.

And everything in the will of testament should also be detailed. There are all the instructions on how to release all the assets that you have set aside so that they can be transferred correctly to the currency of the country where you are located.
468  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Inspired Me To Invest In Bitcoin. on: October 02, 2023, 11:56:02 AM
The reason why Bitcoin is really good is because it is decentralized, 100% secured, and its privacy is 100% anonymous. What's even more interesting here is that you can use it to send money to other countries depending on the exchange you use and depending on the country you're sending to, and I've tried it anyway.

Apart from that, it is the safest long-term investment. If the rich people buy it for the long term, I am just an ordinary person, so of course I will also try to save it by doing DCA, right?
469  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Greed can cause a lost bet, (true or false) on: October 02, 2023, 11:45:20 AM
Has there ever been a time when greed brought good to a gambler? Didn't all the gamblers who got into greedy behavior have bad results in the end? Greed only occurs when you don't know how to use self-discipline and self-control, because if you lose it, it's not unlikely that you'll get greedy in the long run.

So there is a truth, and that often happens to all gamblers, and even I experienced it, winning, and then because I didn't stop, I even lost in the end and even used up my balance playing gambling.
470  Economy / Gambling / Re: Restricted on casino bonuses on: October 02, 2023, 11:34:54 AM
You didn't mention what casino this is; maybe it's a new casino, and out of curiosity, you tried to use their platform, and at the beginning, maybe it was pretty okay, and you participated in their tournament games, and maybe you're one of the winners of their tournament, so suddenly they gave you a restriction; maybe they don't want to win the tournament again.

But that casino is very unfair; they gave you a restriction, but you can still deposit with them. That's what I said; there is no reason for me to deposit on that platform because I was given a restriction. Maybe later, they will suddenly hold the money I deposit, and that is not likely to happen.
471  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is a 20% Annual Return good ? on: October 02, 2023, 11:16:24 AM
If that applies to Bitcoin, that's high for me, especially if you put large holdings of Bitcoin in stakes or farming. I just don't know about other cryptocurrencies; if there is such a percentage given, are there any others? In these times, it is actually good to accumulate crypto assets.

So let's take advantage of the opportunity while we're still in a bear market anyway. Just save and don't stop until the bull run or the halving of Bitcoin. But how many years is this 20% that you say OP? Is it 1 year or more than 2 years?
472  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: No gains,1 Minute Scalping Strategy on: October 02, 2023, 11:03:52 AM
You ask similar question just nit long ago: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5467688.msg62884510#msg62884510

Read what I posted there.

If it is derivative market, the fee on Bybit for makers is 0.02%, but for takers it is 0.06% which can be too much for you.

On OKX: Marker fee is 0.02%. Taker fee is 0.05%

On Binance which I have advised you to use, it has lower fee, especially the taker fee of 0.04% or lower.

If you want to gain more, set taje profit so that (using limit order if available) so that only maker fee would be deducted from you after you make the profit amount you want to make.

We now know that the trading charge at Bybit is that minimal, because 0.04% will not be felt in reality if we perform trading activity with derivatives, correct? However, as far as I am aware, this is not the case in spot trading.

However, thank you for the information. That you provided this is still of great assistance, not only to the OP but also to other members of the community here on the forum site. When I trade, I don't consider the trading cost because I don't notice it when I trade on Binance, Kucoin, Bybit, and other exchanges.
473  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop Trading on: October 01, 2023, 02:23:01 PM
When you enter trading here in crypto, you must really have knowledge; it is not possible to know only a little if you want to earn well in the crypto business. Because adequate knowledge will dictate to us whether we should stop or continue trading.

Not every time we will base it on what others say about it; of course, we must also have our own understanding of it so that we can also correctly analyze the activities we are doing here.

Unfortunately for me, since wala naman akong holdings ay malamang wala din profit. 😅

475  Economy / Economics / Re: Stable coin or having USD in bank on: October 01, 2023, 01:42:33 PM
If I have money in the bank and there is a problem with inflation here, I would not hesitate to take all my money out of the bank and convert it to Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency. Because in this way, I will be able to control the use of this fund so that I can grow it in trading activity here or in stakes or farming to have more profit.

I won't gamble my money on stablecoins knowing that I will be in trouble, so that's the way it is. If you have doubts, don't do it or continue; that's the simple thing to do, right?
476  Economy / Economics / Re: Chase Bank New Policy On Crypto - Users Beware !!! on: October 01, 2023, 01:31:04 PM
They've said they'll decline payments they think you're making to crypto assets. What they didn't say was what's going to happen if they receive payments to your account from they think are from crypto assets. If you're receiving money from exchanges what are Chase Bank going to do?

According to this new policy they are only trying to protect customers from scam and fraudsters.
Do you believe this is the case or they have interior motives behind it to suppress crypto access?

That's exactly what I was thinking and I also noticed there, that you thought there was a real concern for the customers. What they say is to keep their customers away from the fraudster, but it turns out there is a motive.

Just like you mentioned, what if you transferred a large amount from the exchange via p2p to the bank, after the bank receives the money you transferred, they suddenly put a hold on your account and question you about where your money came from? think about it, it's like they are the legal fraudsters who can take advantage in reality.

477  Economy / Economics / Re: Early Retirement [Pros and Cons] on: October 01, 2023, 01:08:13 PM
Early retirement must be based on strong reasons. Those who decide to retire early have various reasons, some are getting bored with the rules at work, there are those who want to manage their own business and there are also those who are lazy about doing the same activities every day. For those who want to manage their own business or want to form a new life to be more independent, early retirement is a good decision.
Many people retire early but don't have a clear reason why they made that decision, ultimately their lives become chaotic due to not having a regular source of income every month.

That’s why early retirement should be planned ahead. If you plan well, early retirement can give you the chance to explore new passions and interests, which might not have been possible if you were still employed. With sufficient money to sustain your lifestyle, you can overcome the challenges that you may encounter and explore new opportunities.

There are people who have the mindset of retiring when they reach 60 years old, and there are others who have the mindset of early retirement because they want to use the money they get from their retirement fee in business, and so on.

And for the others, who took 60 years, what they are chasing is a pension that is big for a month, although in early retirement, my pension is also the same. so that even if they don't have a job anymore, they can still get a monthly pension, something that I saw in my relatives. But there are others who don't seem to have enjoyed the retirement fee they got.
478  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs the government on: October 01, 2023, 12:53:40 PM
(....)
One thing I love about Bitcoin is that when the haters voice grows louder and the value drop base on their policies, just to attack it, Bitcoin still fight it way back up,

Please the government need to know this, they have already lost.
All the bitcoineers cheers
Soon, I'm waiting for the famous quote - "If you can't beat them, join them". By this mean, we will see a lot of governemnt will start to adapt Bitcoin, they will start to become Bitcoin friendly especially on their jurisdiction. We are still early and still lot of room to grow, just a matter of time.

That's right, how many countries banned Bitcoin after a short period of time? They also revoked their ban on Bitcoin, and then after they revoked it, they adapted the concept of Bitcoin. Recently, this country, China, recognized Bitcoin, while before they were all against cryptocurrency.

This is where we can see that Bitcoin is really different, because we know that the country of China is one of the most powerful countries in the world, but in fact, now it fits what you said, "If you can't beat them, join them," and it looks like that's what happened in China.

479  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and gambling which one has done you more harm on: October 01, 2023, 12:41:41 PM
When we gamble what we are looking after or expecting is money which is [profit] and when buy bitcoin and invest what we are looking after is [profit] and when you so many people they skip bitcoin investment to gamble and some uses very big amount of money to gamble whereas the same amount of money will achieve some fraction in bitcoin investment. So I come with this question to know the thing between this option or words I presented the one that done you more harm, if bitcoin  has done you more harm during the times you invested in bitcoin you can tell the public and if gambling has done you more harm by losing in gambling frequently you can also tell the public.

But for me I think gambling is the one that done people more harm than bitcoins investment, because almost every day people gamble with different platforms but its few of people that invest in a day or weekly, I will like us to discuss these.

You have therefore answered your own question. Why did you make the gambling and Bitcoin comparison? Bitcoin is completely different from gambling, as you are aware of yourself. I'm also confident that no one who purchases Bitcoin will ever suffer damage.

By providing chances to people around the world, bitcoin has changed the lives of millions.
Gambling is obviously a problem; countless gamblers have lost everything they had as a result of applying gambling improperly to their lives.

480  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Inspired Me To Invest In Bitcoin. on: October 01, 2023, 12:30:45 PM
Personally, what motivated me to invest in Bitcoin was what I saw and noticed: as time passed, its price value really increased every time there was a bull run, and I witnessed it twice, to be honest. It's just that at that time, my understanding of Bitcoin was not yet extensive.

When Bitcoin first launched in the year 2017, I only saw that Bitcoin was increasing little by little because I didn't know much at the time and didn't have any plans to buy it. I was just like that at that time. But now, even early this year (2023), I have started to really save little by little and other altcoins as well.
