if I think personally a safe way to invest in cryptocurrency is :
1. the project runs according to the roadmap and whitepaper that has been made;
2. cryptocurrency that we invest in already has a product;
3. the team always updates about the progress that is happening in the project that we invest;
4. invest in project that are in the top 1-500 in coinmarketpcap (have a high volume);
5. the project we want to invest has been running for a long time (if I personally never invested in a new project), because investing in new project has a greater risk than we invest in old project.
It is best to invest in altcoins that are in the top 50 in coinmarket and have large volumes every day. It will make you a lot safer when investing |

No one altcoin have backed with real assets because the owner want to be rich with their coin without have money, if they have real backed assets why want to be developer of altcoin or ICO project, they want to enjoy his life with his real assets and never take risk with altcoin or ICO project selling.

I do not think that Libra project should be stopped. Once Libra coin is released all the Facebook community will come to know about crypto currencies and this will increase the adaption of bitcoins. Well the reason why there's no good projects now is because of bitcoin great crash of 2018 that makes great teams that made successful projects doesn't want to invest in volatile industry like bitcoin and also, the investors became less and less and not investing to cryptocurrenciess anymore because of that many shitty devs and teams are now scamming investors through IEOs and making further into pump and dump scheme than last 2017 there were great and successful projects in 2017 now, with IEO they want to make a quick buck right now.
Indeed, now people are afraid to risk their money to invest in ICO. Investing in IEO on the TOP exchanges seems to them a more reliable and guaranteed a profit. An investor prefers IEO in high volume exchanges because it will benefit them if in IEO small exchanges are the same as ICO in 2018 which ends up being uncertain, Well IEO on major exchanges is always interesting. IEO on Binance every time you give positive and good results. I think that Kucoin in this regard also does not lag behind. But neither are all IEO equally useful. Not good at all.
