As for withdrawing, you can withdraw as much as is available in the site's hot wallet instantly, and for larger amounts you need to contact me, which can result in a delay of up to 24 hours, but usually much less. There are usually a few hundred BTC in the hot wallet, so depending on the amount you're talking about this may or may not be something you need to consider.
