where is buttcoin? Grin Grin
new trend Grin

Nah, it is just another altcoin made for pump and dump. It is not even related to Bitcoin except the fact that it is cryptocurrency.
462  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Satoshi will ever spend his bitcoins? on: August 07, 2014, 11:03:21 AM
It depends...depends on the question: who is Satoshi? No-one sure that Satoshi is a single person. May be it's some organisation or government of some country...

I think that it is quite possible that Satoshi is just one person representing some corporation or even government because it is more to see one person in front of some project then some organisation.
463  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will you sell? on: August 07, 2014, 11:01:00 AM
I will sell when Satoshi sells. In other words, never.

AKA

I already sold... my worthless fiat in exchange for precious Bitcoin.

What will you do with your BTC then? Will you just keep them or spend them on earning more?
What will you do with your fiat? Will you just keep it or spend it? The answer is, I will do both. Save some, spend some, as one does with money.

I agree with the way you are thinking. I will also sell and spend some but I will keep most of my stash for the days when Bitcoin will rule because I am sure that day will come.
464  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: [new] Get the chance to win 0.1 BTC by filling out a short survey! on: August 07, 2014, 10:53:18 AM
So it's false advertising saying that 0.1 to be won. Should be 0.05 right?

Well the price pool is 0.1 BTC, but maximum amount to win is 0.05 BTC because there will be two winners.

Only reason I don't like woman football is that it is slower and most of them look so clumsy, especially goalkeepers. I don't want to be sexist but it's quality is just way below male football.

My favorite team lost UCL qualification match today. Look at the stupid stats here: http://www.flashscore.com/match/405eQhcc/#match-statistics;0

Possession is not correct it was 57% for Dinamo. I am really pissed off because of it Sad

472  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ARGENTINA COULD BE THE 1ST COUNTRY USING BITCOIN AS OFFICIAL CURRENCY on: August 07, 2014, 01:53:14 AM
If Argentina ever make Bitcoin official that would be great propaganda and it will ensure that Bitcoin keeps living and raising in its price!
473  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Satoshi will ever spend his bitcoins? on: August 07, 2014, 01:51:30 AM
I think he will spend his Bitcoins only when he purchases something. I don't think he will ever sell them for fiat. But I might be wrong...
474  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The most Overused Words in Bitcoin History on: August 07, 2014, 01:49:24 AM
I would say "sale" is quite common word when it comes to Bitcoin Smiley
475  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will you sell? on: August 07, 2014, 01:46:38 AM
I will sell some bigger amount when they reach price over 1000$ because I want to pull out some of my investments but I am already doing fine with this price. But I will keep most of BTC I have for a long time.
476  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many addresses do you think the average bitcoin user has? on: August 06, 2014, 11:29:25 PM
I've generated over 10,000.  Grin

I only use probably 10 and I've only used about 30 over the course of my Bitcoining. << new verb

Why have you generated 10k Bitcoin addresses? What's the point of that?
477  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You ever wonder...? on: August 06, 2014, 11:19:49 PM
I told my mom where to find information if i ever pass away.  I think everyone should find someone they trust and do the same.  That said, I still hold most the info on my person, so she can't just go snooping Wink

Same thing here. I've told my girlfriend and bestfriend about my Blockchain account in case something happens to me so that they could share it with my family and them Smiley
478  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many addresses do you think the average bitcoin user has? on: August 06, 2014, 10:53:10 PM
I do a bit of trading here and there, but I keep my coins in my wallet most of the time especially since that Poloniex theft a while back, where I could've lost some BTC (but luckily didn't). What wallet do you think is the most secure right now?

I don't know but desktop wallets are probably the safest. But Blockchain is safe also because they send you your backups on your mail. They are not hosting wallets as much as they are providing them so I find them safe too. What do you use? I used to have desktop wallet but I went on Blockchain because I can do transaction then from anywhere I am.
479  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: 0.2 FEE!!!! ? am i missing something? on: August 06, 2014, 10:36:59 PM
i dont understand how to find the block, the miner, and then contacting them assuming i acquire all this info

ok look i help you.

This is the transaction https://blockchain.info/tx/eb4dfa9e3f091b550701784b7bd7945a7344d99bf0ab20c7bac19239af034f67
this is the block https://blockchain.info/de/block-index/454469
this is the guy that mined it: https://blockchain.info/de/blocks/Unknown%20with%201AcAj9p%20Address
now you need to google for this address  https://blockchain.info/de/address/1AcAj9p6zJn4xLXdvmdiuPCtY7YkBPTAJo
In another thread someone claimed that address was owned by Bitfury.  I will try to find the reference.

I am not sure how that was determined. You should ask DubFX how he got that information.
It was from a thread i googled here and one user that claimed it's bitfury address saying that someone other pointed it out in another thread. That's how i got it.

Well BTCewdquestion should send them email anyway just to check it out. I am sure they will respond positively if he sends them all the evidences and links posted in here. Maybe he should link them this thread as well.
Here is the link to the original post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=627111.msg7361585#msg7361585

But it seems that that user just thinks it...
I don't know anything anymore, I just hope BTCewdquestion has sent email to Bitfury. He should wait for reply and then we will see how could we help him.
480  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many addresses do you think the average bitcoin user has? on: August 06, 2014, 10:29:10 PM
If you include all the addresses I had on various exchanges, I have probably used at least 250-300.

Well I didn't count my addresses on exchange sites because I don't consider them part of my wallet.

I suppose that's true since the address might be yours, but the wallet still belongs to the exchange. I would still technically consider them as my BTC addresses. Without them I would say I used roughly 100+ addresses.

You've got that right. It could be considered your address in exchange's wallet.

No matter how much security an exchange offers, it always makes me uneasy keeping my coins there for an extended period of time. Nothing beats having your own wallet.

Well I don't keep anything on my address on exchange site. I find it unreliable to hold any amount of money for a long period of time.

Yeah between the thefts, technical problems and some exchanges simply going under, it really is unreliable. Recently I got a stupid negative balance error on Cryptsy and they wouldn't let me withdraw anything for over a week before they finally fixed it. Spend days wrestling with their "support", had me really worried.

That's what am I talking about. You could get yourself in some problems for no reason at all. Most of the times all those problems will be solved in your favor but you don't need that stress caused by it.
