461  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can we build a true decentralized Digital Currency that could be easily adopted? on: February 20, 2019, 09:45:44 AM
2- The current "cryptos" will never reach the mass adoption its seeking. It has became a speculative "thing" that some people trade on exchanges and others "hodl" it, hoping someday they will reach the promised adoption and everyone becomes rich overnight.
This is the main problem for the whole crypto community.I neterpeniem waiting realnoi decentralization.Your idea basically has all chances of life.Speculations are really fed up, I want to see real steps towards decentralization.I think that everything is possible, the main thing that for the idea of real decentralization was a large number of people.
462  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Somebody paid $310,000 in transaction fee to send 0.1eth on: February 20, 2019, 09:08:52 AM
Thats gotta hurt, Was it done on purpose or by accident or ignorance?
Could have been done by a disgruntled employee on their last day on
the job....then again why not just send the 2100 eth to your own address,
Bizzare

Nice round number though

Maybe it should have been the other way around, send 2100 with 0.1fees
Grin Grin Grin I see only this explanation of this act.Make a mistake in this situation is very difficult, almost impossible. To do this you need to be or under the influence of drugs or be completely drunk. In this situation, to be honest, there are more questions than answers. Let's see if this user may appear on the forum and write what really happened.I'm honestly still in shock.
463  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto is getting ready for nice rally. Are you ready? on: February 19, 2019, 08:38:53 PM
Market is slowly trying to turn its trend from bear to bull. It is time to add to your positions and hold them for the next big bull run that may go into the bitcoin halving due in mid 2020.
Yes, it seems to me that the bear market is really coming to an end.My mind has already passed the crash test. I hope the market too. We have to wait for a concrete and serious growth.
464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can REGULATION Really Be Beneficial to Bitcoin? on: February 18, 2019, 08:51:56 PM
Regulation of btc might help as many institutional investors would be interested in buying btc if there are concrete regulations.

Until then, price will continue to be manipulated by big whales and news.
I to this am ambiguous.Yes,on the one hand, regulation will attract a lot of money, but at the same time will scare away those who earn on the races of the course. In addition, I would not want the authorities of my country to know about the number of coins in my wallet.Personally, I'm against regulation.
465  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What aims have you lost your funds so far in crypto? on: February 18, 2019, 08:39:20 PM
I lost funds only 1 time when I invested in some ICO.Unfortunately, they turned out to be scammers.I never made that mistake again. In General, it is difficult to say.I lost something and found something.
466  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A world of opportunities for freelancers on: February 17, 2019, 10:04:25 PM
bitcoin is being used in so many places throughout the world but it can be so much more. It's obvious that there are so many freelancers in every country. Firms, companies, startups etc.. have a limitation that they can hire freelancers only from their country since they can pay them only in their native currency to avoid hassle of exchange. But if firms, companies, startups etc.. start using bitcoin as a payment method to hire freelancers then there will be so many opportunities for the freelancers since they can get work from anywhere in the world. I don't know why has  this not become a huge thing until now. This could really change the life of freelancers and give a better end result/product to the company they are working for.
Yes, it really is a very big opportunity. Such projects should appear soon. Worldwide freelancing is really the future. At the same time, the use of cryptocurrency is the best way to pay for freelancers.I am sure many will be convenient and profitable to receive payment for their work in cryptocurrency.
467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buy on rumour and sell on news. on: February 15, 2019, 12:37:05 PM
In my opinion,  Ethereum hardfork will positively affect its price. I think Ethereum will grow on the background of hardfork to about 140-150 US dollars. Then the strongest dump in the region of $ 90 is possible.
It is difficult to say what the price will be, but in any case, the demand for ETHEREUM will be very large.Other than that, fewer people wil lsell it.I would not buy coins rumored. You need to buy when you know for sure that the coin is promising and necessary.
468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Change of strategy on: February 15, 2019, 12:27:37 PM
I have thought a lot to get a way so that I can continue to make profits even when the market is in a bearish trend but in the end I did not find it, therefore I prefer to keep looking for coins by following the bounty because I think this is the safest way because if I fail I don't lose money, I'm also waiting for the market to recover and if I arrive, I decide to go back to trading
I also can't find that way.The only strategy is to hold your assets as long as possible.Even with trade, there are now big problems. There is a suggestion, but there is no demand. I am sure that this is a temporary situation. And I never part with the bounty. Because I almost always carry someone’s signature.I can not say that this is a medicine for large incomes, but still something can be earned.
469  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ukraine - man arrested for stealing bitcoins and altcoins on: February 14, 2019, 08:30:38 PM
As we can see, in the near future, there is a lot of news related to the cryptocurrency theft. This is a very serious problem. And really, you can protect your assets as much as possible using 2Fa.I think this is the best option.I suppose I have never heard that someone was deceived using 2Fa.
470  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people or percentage has held at least 50 or 100 btc at one point? on: February 14, 2019, 08:16:38 PM
I think everyone who on the forum has the rank of a legend by far have 100 bitcoins on your account). It is difficult of course to know the exact number of holders, but I have never had even 10 bitcoins on the account.
471  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can we stop promoting scam project? on: February 12, 2019, 05:57:28 PM
To find scam ICO is very difficult. we can save our hard working and time if we look careful about this project but almost the time we do not notice it.
You just never tried to explore ICO on your own. There are many ways to identify scams.Read this article and you will be more aware of how to do it:https://hackernoon.com/satoshis-2nd-gift-part-3-ico-research-d8e1abd48e8e.
472  Economy / Services / Re: Dentist accepting bitcoins (or other cryptocurrencies) on: February 11, 2019, 05:41:47 PM
Hello everybody,
I am a dentist owning more than one dental pratices.
I am looking forward to start accepting cryptocurrencies into my business.
Actually i would probably accept part in real money (Say 30%) part in crypto.
I am also thinking about opening a sort of dentalplan (paying an annual fee, gives access to a lot of discounts and guarantees) in this casse It would Be 100% crypto.
What do you guys think about? Suggestion?
Thanks for your time!!
The idea is 100% good, but there are some nuances. The whole thing is whether the patients in your clinic know something about cryptocurrency and do they own any cryptocurrency assets?I suggest you make an advertisement in the city or area where your clinic is located. And look for a reliable, good cryptocurrency wallet. And to connect all in one advertising-to make advertising clinics, cryptocurrency and wallet.Maybe it'll attract a lot of patients.
473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can we stop promoting scam project? on: February 11, 2019, 05:10:17 PM
You cannot know which projects can become scams. If the project deposits 40% of their assets to a third party, I think they will not be able to continue the project. You want to get usdt, eth, btc but this is not possible.
Nothing is impossible. But such a step will not be interesting for projects that are conducting an ICO. The goal of any project is not only to promote a project using a bounty program, but also to create a target audience that will use this platform.Nobody needs a cold calculation. Everything should be done with LOVE Cool Wink
474  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can we stop promoting scam project? on: February 10, 2019, 08:50:15 AM
Most of the bounty hunters do not get payment despite their hard working and some gets a little with shit token. Can we prevent it? Just an idea.

What if we everybody stop to promote a project which offers only token?
For launching a project, the project owner or developer should have some money to promote the project. Say for example- they have to escrow a minimum of 40% of the bounty allocation in term of usd or btc. Only then we can prevent scam ico and bounty hunter will get their money. Can we start following this rule?
We can follow that rule. But will the project managers who conduct ICO agree to such a step?In any case, you need to change the situation with the ICO and with the participants of the bounty.Disappointment must leave our heads.
475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: are ICOs really dead? on: February 10, 2019, 08:41:08 AM
After participating in several ICO project, which turned out to be scam projects. My hard earned money disappeared in to thin air, with no way to trace or recover my money back. I had to act like it never happened to get it off my mind and move on.

Are ICOs really dead and do you still invest in ICO projects?
Indeed, promising projects are worth investing. But I am now considering the opportunity to invest not in ICO but in STO. Let's see what happens with this, but I like this type of investment more.
476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The "When Moon and Dump" Story on: February 10, 2019, 08:36:36 AM
Grin A very sad story. In such a situation, the fact is that there are absolutely everything. There are very many really good and promising projects that cannot assemble soft cap. Hence the consequences.
477  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is that GREEN? BTC BULL RUN V2019? on: February 09, 2019, 08:05:35 PM
Howdy Folks!
This is what we are in a need of, a green color!
Today was a good day for btc, profits are nice..
But, what do you think? will this last?
Is this the Bull Run?
Honestly, the crypto market needed a good event like this one so that peoples could think again about crypto, imho, i think that some whales are back to the game ground. Otherwise, that move might make people Fomo'in and there will be bigger dumps.. Be wise guys!
*Share your thoughts*
I'll advice you don't get your hopes up yet cause it's simply too early for that... all I see here is a slight correction... it's too early to say this is a bull run... price of coins may plummet again.. In a matter of days
It seems to me that today's price was a test for all holders of cryptocurrencies.I know people who were even happy with this growth and even sold their assets in bitcoin. And the real fighters will have to wait for peak prices.
478  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Courage for cryptocurrency participants on: February 09, 2019, 08:00:32 PM
I agree on that. We might be stupid in eyes of other people, but they would never understand how resilient holders are. They truly believe in this technology and clinging to what it can bring in the future. I'm hoping that everybody will soon join this crazy trip.
Yes, I really wish there were more people who are more interested in the development of technology than the change of cryptocurrency rates.I noticed with the decline in cryptocurrency prices, more people actually started to learn the technology itself. And this is honestly very happy.
479  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin = Nerd money or not? on: February 08, 2019, 08:58:36 AM
Nerd  is a person seen as overly intellectual, obsessive, introverted or lacking social skills. Such a person may spend inordinate amounts of time on unpopular, little known, or non-mainstream activities, which are generally either highly technical, abstract, or relating to topics of science fiction or fantasy, to the exclusion of more mainstream activities.

To some extent I can agree with this definition, but not 100%. I realized that people who do not understand something often attack others and called them bad names only to justify their ignorance according to something. Many of them lack the basic IT knowledge, and cryptocurrency is scientific fantasy involving strange people or even criminals.
Previously, even burned in the fire of redhead women suggesting that they are witches.Stereotypes of people are very difficult to break.Everything new and unknown to people is scary but at the same time interesting. In the case of Bitcoin, people from the outside simply do not understand what it is. For them, this is some kind of abstract and non-logical phenomenon.
480  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth the work and waiting? on: February 05, 2019, 09:55:36 PM
So you have being wearing a signature for more that ten weeks. Each week you made more than 15 post on different thread on this forum. And just when you done with the campaign you have been asked to keep the signature for three more weeks while wait for stakes to be calculated. After stakes are calculated, it takes more than 3+ weeks for tokens to arrive in your wallet. and a month for the token to go on exchange. On exchange, all your token is worth for your hard work is just less than $50.
How do you feel?
How will you react?
You have described a single case. Basically, after the end of the bounty program, it is just 1 week to wait and not to remove the signature. And at the expense of payment, unfortunately, this is a general crisis situation in all bounty programs. You are free to choose whether to spend your time or not.
