Atleast you can have full access to the wallet you want to use, with the help of private keys unlike other person like me, whose fortune was taken because i was not able to keep my private keys and now zero. 

Additional seed are most often forgotten, but with the help of screenshot its's good to go.

This is what i was actually thinking i have tried to import random electrum address and i succesfully watched it,  but as what other say i cannot have full access to it.

 I made a decision i am not using electrum wallet anymore since i cannot take care of the important informations. But,  i am not saying that electrum is not safe it depends to the owner, so thank you for your answers.

I did it accidentally,  what i remember is i copy and paste the private keys in a notepad that i downloaded from playstore, so after formatting my old phone, i have deciced to use my new phone and i install an electrum app, then all of a sudden i realized that i need the private key (but it was deleted after the format)  so i have a copy of my electrum btc address and imported it,  it was succesful that i imported the address but i am doubtful that i can spend some of my btc left on that wallet, and now its impossible. The amount is not that big.

If the virus affects the electrum wallet android application then it is not safe it can cause bug or malfunction but i guess you should address what kind of virus are you trying to say. Antivirus is not optional, because with or without having antivirus all smartphones are vulnerable to hacks and virus,  make your informations fully encrypted for future restoration if needed.

I changed my phone and reset my former phone without back up which holds my private keys to my electrum wallet.  

And I install electrum app wallet to my new phone and inported my bitcoin address.

So my question is, can i send my bitcoin to other wallet.?  Actually i haven't tried to do transaction with my  current wallet which i didn't enter my private keys.

If a project has kyc then it has the assurance that it is legit in a 99.9% but your personal information will be known by the company and can be used into illegal doings,  the best thing to trust projects is to check and prove that the developers of a project is trustworthy.

If links Are allowed into a telegram group then there will be more abusers and spammers who will continue to send links whether it is phishing or not,  best always to check the admin and other members because there are always group that has more members shilling shit project.

Is there also a list of current 10 and up Bitcoin donators?  If so the Title can also be revised as Bitcoin millionaires. Imagine when bitcoin peaked almost 20k last year and on that time there is some who donates.  Whew.
