It is a good thing that ETH has seen some increase over some few hours but I still do not think it is a sign of recovery unless it continue this upward trend for more days.

To me, dumping of coins right after is not the best. But I think we should not be too quick to judge since those who do that might have some genuine reasons of doing that.

Same thing happened to me during my last signature campaign. I was not given stakes for 2 weeks because some of my posts were deleted. This usually happen in bounties that refuse to count stakes at the end of each week.
