My partner had 10k confiscated by them. Nitrogen Sports has an ambiguous rule: you warranty that it's legal for you to bet online where you are. It's not legal to bet online at Nitrogen in the US or in Costa Rica. They used this rule to take 10k out of an account after the player was active for 4 months. So they know where a player is playing, and selectively enforce it if they are sure you are a long-term winner. This same rule lets them confiscate any balance from a US player. When a book starts confiscating balances on ambiguous rules, there are much worse problems going on. If you play and win here consistently, I wouldn't expect to be paid my winnings. I don't know exactly how they work to do KYC because I've never done it, and gamdom has KYC levels from basic information lvl onwards up to lvl 3. You already got the answer from support so what kind of answer do you want to know , you need a more detailed explanation? $2k is considered eligible for money laundering If your game activity is not suspected then it is possible that KYC will not be implemented If you really want to avoid KYC then make deposits/withdrawals lower than that. what support said is vague, i wanted to know from someone who has played on gamdom for some times and knows how it usually works also its not 2000 in one deposit/withdraw, its lifetime sum of them |
