As a shareholder I am curious, your profile on cryptostocks says:
Total Shares: 30,000
Round 1 (pre-dividend): 10,000 Shares at 0.0025 BTC
This round will last until June 09. Shares that are not sold from Round 1 will be added to second batch (round 2)
Round 2 (dividend payout started): 10,000 (+ unsold from R1) Shares at 0.0035 BTC
This round will begin on June 09, and all unsold shares (if any) from round 1 will be added to it.
Remaining 10,000 shares will be held by TetraHash for future offers.
First dividends will be payed out on June 09, 2014.
So why is there now going to be a round 3? Im sure if alot of people knew this from the begining, they would of thought twice about buying. Or did something change?

Thank you for convincing me I am not crazy. If anyone decides to contact scryptbox about this and gets a reply, please post here. If i knew from the begining that round 2 was going to be .0065 btc I would not had bought any shares to begin with.

I was hoping someone could help me out here, when I first bought shares for this ticker I could of sworn their page stated:
Round 1: 20,000 shares @ .002 btc
Round 2: 10,000 shares @ .0045 btc
But as soon as round one ended, they now have:
Round 2: 20,000 shares @ .0065 btc
Now can someone please tell me, did i read it wrong the first time or was this suddenly changed at the end of round 1?

@Chef Ramsay We are doing all that we can to secure shareholders information and investment. At the moment, we asked all our shareholders to reveal email address, so we can have a complete list. We are saving daily backups of shareholders list, but almost 30% of current shareholders are anonymous. @VampiricElder Thank you for your support. Average profits were 3.2 BTC, shareholders get 70% which is around 2.24BTC (3x=6.72). Triple dividend will be around 0.00022BTC per share - remaining profits will be held in dividend fund for future special dividends and rewards. --------------- IMPORTANTWe have received dozen of requests from existing and potential shareholders asking us to prolong Round 1, because of the issues with Cryptostocks wallets since May 30.  Round 1 (and first divided payout) will be prolonged until June 05, to give everybody a fair chance to invest. Of course, if the Cryptostocks wallet issues are resolved tomorrow. We will post official announcement on Cryptostocks News and BitcoinTalk. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Yes i understand your hashrates, but i was asking how much dividends have you saved for june 2nd?
I have bought several hundred shares, and might buy more if you can tell me how much you have for june 2nd so far.
So if your average dividends are 3.2 btc, does that mean june 2nd it will be X3 which equals 9.6 btc?

Alright guys, it seems ALOT of you don't realise you can actually sell your shares on Cryptostocks via the Options menu, even if IPO is on! Yes, you CAN sell your shares when IPO is on. I have had people asking me how in pm, i thought i will type how to do it here aswell. The best thing about Options is it allows you to sell your shares even if IPO is on!! Before we start, take note there are two types of options, Call and Put. Call means you want to SELL your shares Put means you want to BUY anyones shares. So since we are dealing with Coinpal shares, you obviously want to sell ( Call) 1. Go to cryptostocks and click on "Options" at the top of the page 2. Click on "My Issued Options" 3. Click on "Issue Options" 4. Type in the ticker of the company whose shares you want to sell, then * Click "Call" * Type how many shares you want to sell * Type the price of each share * Type the costs the buyer will pay you, this is like a booking fee. (Be aware cryptostocks charge you .01 btc to issue an Option) so the cost is upto you *Enter the date for when you want your offer to end 5. Click Issue Now you wait until someone books in your offer or wait until the date you set expires. I hope this was valuable information to you all and you succeed in selling your unwanted shares. Do ya'll seriously believe this crap isn't a scam anymore? Seriously, are ya'll that easily swayed? Fool (Ryan G) can't even give an update 2 hours after he promised one! Waits until the next freaking day promising "more news later." And still no word on the missed dividends. And now you have AmericanDerp pumping another scam site.  I have deleted the pics here just because its not important anymore sinds the names are already exposed and Ryan G. announced his name on Cryptostocks. I do think Coinpal gonna be up and running for real now because of his last announcement. If there was never a Coinpal exchange im sure he gonna pay for it to make Coinpal real. Ryan G. is not that stupid to lie again, that make no sense, but who knows. We just have to wait for 4 days after the last announcement like Ryan Milligan said if its real or not. If u believe so much in the product then would u be interested in buying my shares at a discounted price? |

its just an opportunity for someone to sell their shares at a cheap rate before they get delisted, so for the seller its a case of something is better than nothing. trading may have stopped but people can still excercise options. i think now is a time of opportunity and everyone should think about exercising the option of buying or selling while they can, coz i dont see anything happening here, yet im taking a small chance in case it does.

At the top of the cryptostocks site you will see on the menu bar "Options" click on that and you will see near the bottom of the page the option to sell upto 160 of your coinpal shares by clicking on the cart icon next to the coinpal option |
