Wydaje mi się, że jednym z powodów, dla których nie widzimy na tym polu jakiś radykalnych decyzji jest też postawa Niemiec, którzy coraz bardziej otwarcie pilnują interesów Rosji (i oczywiście zarazem swoich) względem UE.
