Suppose I have a channel on YouTube. What should I do to participate in the campaign?
There's nothing complicated. You just need to tell the channel about SKRAPS. Mark the positive side and that's it.
And then? What will I have from this?
Well, you will get 500 SKRPs for this. And then they will see whether it is profitable to cooperate with you.
And from what depend profitable or not?
This depends on the number of subscribers on the channel and the number of views. If the channel is popular, then everything is okay.
In this situation, I can receive 500 SKRP every day Cool
Hahaha, too dreamed. Videos can be uploaded only once a week. Grin
Very bad. And I already wanted to get rich.
It is necessary to wind up subscribers. Cheesy

What is PodOne?
What problems does your project solve?
 Huh
The PodOne network solves two significant labor force problems affecting contact centers today. The first problem is the issue of excess capacity (payrolled, non-billable time) in the form of agent idle time. Contact centers often pay hourly for representatives who are simply idle while waiting to handle customer interactions. According to Aberdeen, agents spend approximately 25% of their time in an idle state.
And what is the second problem? What other problems does your project solve?
You forgot to write

The second problem solved by the PodOne network is the problem of insufficient staffing for peak seasons. During peak seasons, the volume of interactions spikes and it becomes a hassle for a contact center to procure the necessary staff to handle the increased volume effectively. According to emarketer.com, US retail ecommerce sales increased by 17.8% during the 2016 holiday shopping season.
Tell about payment) How do I pay? What is Qubicles for?
 Huh
PodOne Wallet

PodOne provides a mechanism for mediating payment and work disputes using Qubicles. PodOne supports an optional multi-signature escrow system. Using this optional system, an Employer and Agent can enter into an agreement with a neutral third-party Arbitrator. Essentially, under the multi-signature system, an amount to be paid is held in escrow, requiring two signatures in order for the final transfer of funds to occur. If the Employer and Agent agree on the funds to be transferred, they both sign the transaction and the funds are moved out of escrow to the party being paid. Should there be a dispute regarding the payment between the Employer and the Agent, the neutral Arbitrator steps in and makes the decision whether or not to provide his or her signature as the second signature necessary for the transaction to occur. This system allows for mediation of disputes without the need of a regulatory body or any additional overhead.
Who are the main participants? Project participants

There are two principal actors on the PodOne network. We refer to the first of these actors as the Employer. The Employer has a need for human resources and places a request on the PodOne network for a task or a role it would like to see fulfilled, along with a set of qualifications for that job or role.
The second actor on the network consists of Agents, workers who either make up businesses such as call and contact center business process outsourcers (BPO) or individuals, including independent contractors (1099) specializing in providing customer service, sales, or support.

Tell us about Crowdsale) I need more information
When will the start?
 Huh

Ticker Symbol  QBE Start Date  Phase 1: January 15, 2018 12:00 AM ET Phase 2: March 1, 2018 12:00 AM ET End Date  Phase 1: February 15, 2018 12:00 AM ET
Token Type  ERC20 Compliant

What crypto-currencies are accepted in the crowdsale?
 Huh
Since Qubicles are ERC20-based tokens, only ETH will be supported during this sale. In order to participate, you must have an Ethereum wallet to send ETH to the PodOne contract token that will be published 48 hours before the crowdsale start date. If you are a holder of other crypto-currencies, you can easily exchange a desired amount for ETH to participate.
How will the bounties and user growth pool be used?
 Huh
We are allocating ten percent (10 %) of Qubicles to bounties (5%) and user growth and rewards (5%), which will be used to reward those who aided in the promotion of the PodOne network crowdsale. Once post-sale bounties have been distributed, the balance of this pool will be used creatively to help seed PodOne by incentivizing users for engaging with the network via our Qubicle Ratings Engine.
Thanks for answers)) The project is very steep)
The idea of the project will be popular! Good luck)

This platform is relevant only for the B2b sector or also involves the use of private customers? I'm very interested in this.
You mean you can use this platform for freelancing?
Yes exactly. I just read about this project and a lot of information about the business sector. On how to streamline the work time of employees and improve the quality of service. But I do not understand if I can use this platform for private purposes, for example, work at home.
I think this is quite possible. In addition, many call centers offer work at home. All you need is a computer and means for communication and in principle nothing prevents you from working for some company from home. Smiley
So it turns out this again and it depends on the company I work in, right? So this is a b2b oriented service?
And what exactly does not suit you in this option? I do not quite understand what exactly you want from this platform?

I mean simply connect to the platform as a regular user, register and start working. I have no such opportunity in this case.

In addition, I'm not sure what exactly this display of advertising is more effective than other methods that are used now.
Because I'm not sure that this way of displaying advertising will really work and will be of interest to advertisers.
Why do you say that? Have you tried comparing this method of advertising with others? Do you really have any research or calculations?
The founders of the project analyzed this area and compared their platform with other methods, and it turned out that it is profitable.

Since this project has a VR/AR technology concept via blockchain, I think it has a bright future because that is where  we are heading to. Good luck! Smiley
Yep, everything seems to be directly connected to the VR and AR platforms and there is still plenty of room for VR related projects
Exactly, just look at VIBE(hub), there's a big market for vr/ar.  Plenty room to grow!

Yeah, Vibe did really well. They came out two guns blazing with an alpha platform that was very nice. I'm curious how much of this project is still in the concept phase and how much has been developed already? I think this has huge potential though. I love the idea of the virtual Real Estate. I can't wait to read the virtual real estate laws on property lines and ownership. This brave new world is great and not Orwellian at all.
During the period between the 1st stage of the ICO and the 2nd stage of the ICO, the tokens that are sold to investors will be frozen? Or will we be able to trade the tokens?

Of course, it will be able to trade tokens. Otherwise, it would be meaningless.
But i really wonder how they will make the second ico while token active on the exchanges? How will they set a price etc.
And where it says that they are on the stock exchange prior to the completion of the second phase of the ICO? I believe that tokens should be frozen, otherwise the second stage may not happen.
