Regarding Support: Not everyone is using telegram and forcing people to join a telegram in order to get Support is not great. Also, the support email you mentioned is nowhere to be found on the website. Hopefully, you will be working on these aspects soon.  Sure! I cannot tell you if we will add live Chat anytime soon. But, We will add F.A.Q. and Support Email on our website. More importantly: Yet another withdrawal not having been processed for 2+ hours. Went to telegram, reached out to someone who said it will happen shortly, needs to be processed manually for security reasons (good old story). An hour later, still nothing with the end of the story being the person stating they are not being Support, just trying to help as "community manager". This means that not only are people forced to join telegram in order to speak to someone, they will not even get to talk with someone who can actually provide Support? (By the way, the issue is not about the withdrawal in general, I don't even care if a casino takes half a day or a day for a withdrawal as long as this is communicated) - what I care about is the Support, which seems to be inexistent.

I am glad that you have checked our platform and reviewed it. I read the full review and found something wrong; What we found strange about StarBets is that this casino's Twitter account has over twenty thousand followers, which is a bit much for such a young platform. Then we noticed that it got created in 2009. Using AllMyTweets, we saw that this casino had likely bought some popular Spanish guy's Twitter page, gaining his follower base to appear more credible to newbie players. Not cool.
Here is another disappointment. StarBets does not have a gaming license. There is nothing in the StarBets white paper about this platform planning to attain regulatory approval any time soon, but we would assume that that is in the cards, eventually. Hardcore gamblers may not care about a site boasting a Curacao license. Yet, trust us. A licensing badge means loads to casuals. FYI, We do not have a Twitter account yet. We didn't create a Twitter account because we didn't get a casino license yet. It is also right that we didn't mention the period when we are going to get a license. But, We have a plan to get a license within this year. Only After that will we create a Twitter account. About the Twitter account, you have mentioned, We also checked someone renamed their Account and pretended as StarBets. But, I assume whoever created this Account is trying to get some referrals. It's just my speculation but you'll probably get more players/gamblers once you add USDT. We think so. What I mean is that adding USDT TRC-20 and BEP-20 should be a lot easier now since you already support those blockchains. Okay. I got it now. Yeah, It will be easier now. I have been in online gambling since 2006 and I am very well aware of "Anti Money Laundering" - you seem to miss the point and I am not going to argue with you about it on here - you should probably talk with the person named Paul on Telegram, he should be able to explain what happened. I'm glad you added more deposit options but when are you going to add USDT or other stable coins? I am sorry, I cannot give you exact ETA. But, we will announce one we started working on it. It seems to be the most preferred choice for betting today. Since you already support TRC-20 and BEP-20, users won't have to worry about transaction fees when transferring to their account.
Please don't misunderstand the system. We didn't add multiple chains for a single token/Coin yet. Right now, we only support native chains. TRC-20 for Tron (TRX) and BEP-20 For Binance Coin(BNB).

I tried registering a couple of days ago, did not work - some "too many requests" error ...
Here it is also happen like that. And this site is not supported on my location also. my location is restricted for this casino site. But i tryed many time to registering here by using vpn. But i fail to do that. maybe they have some bugs on there logon pages. that's why database didn’t work as well The error may happen because of too much traffic at the same time. For Your kind information. We do not restrict any county at this moment. The providers have some restrictions. But we allow registrations from all over the world at this moment. Using a VPN is not allowed.

@Starbets, It will be better if you can show the total amount wagered by the participants on your daily wagered contest rather than just the ranking so that participants knew how much wager they need to beat the players on top spot.
