The major challenge I see about the Nigerian system of education is a total disconnection between the classroom work and the industrial application. The schools have no practical equipements and there is no synergy between the universities and the industries. The reason students struggle to get a place for internship and IT placement. In conclusion, our educational system might seem poor, but it produces the best brains in the world, people who are smart, bold and willing to go extra miles to achieve success.
