Current market trend keeps new icos get in now. Suggest Just check out the recent ICOs got in. Their projects are really trustworthy to invest. Bitcoin value is being stable between $6k to $7.5k. Other crypto values as well travel between a genuine price. This trend will certainly bring more ICOs and investors into the market. The trend will certainly change down the line soon.

I would say IT IS one of main platform for criminals to have transactions. Criminals are just hiding. Now they are educated and found routes to have decent steal like hacking. It's hard to stop them. Not where money is much circulated, there criminals be there to do their job religiously. No surprise though.

Without any knowledge invest in ico is too risky, if you have thorough knowledge about ico it is not risky. Before invest just check the ico investment details such as white paper, road map, project details, team members and team manager. Just checkout how long they exist in the market. This pump and dump are normally happens in the coinmarket so don't afraid about current situation. Always the volatility is common so don't afraid if you are a long time bitcoin holder. It's very hard to achieve 20K USD by the end of this year because only two more months for end of this year. Till it couldn't touch 10K USD, so we cannot expect this much price. We cannot predict the market it may happen but chances are very less. The market is stable and really welcoming. Bitcoin may hardly reach minimum $9k to $10K of the current trend continues though we have seen every 4th quarter yields a good growth to crypto currencies. Lets wait and see.

A good question though. Minimum circulation can keep the price stable. But i dont think this would attract more investors into the market. There will be no  investors to invest in bitcoin if bitcoin price is going to be stable. But there is no use to invest if bitcoin price is in a stable state. We cannot earn good income, if you want bitcoin price to be stable then better you invest in fiat itself.

Depends upon the country where you live. I live in a country where either bitcoin is banned nor accepted, hence i do not require to pay tax to my bitcoin earnings. We do have countries who have rules on paying tax to bitcoin earnings. Few have less percentage to be paid as tax, few do charge more which is really not welcomed. Its good to pay though and i will do so if my country allows and creates facilities to earn bitcoin. Worth paying my government tax if it supports me its citizens by creating rooms to earn bitcoin and other crypto currencies. 

Since we are in 4th quarter, yes there are possibilities for a hike. The current situation is better if you look at. The value of bitcoin and other coins are stable between few numbers which is really appreciated. We do see a stable and steady growth in past few weeks. This looks awesome. If this trend continues, its much better instead of having a bull run or what so ever. 

This is the time to hold not to sell, don't get panic about current situation. The market will recover at that time you can sell and earn good profit. Till that hold and wait with patience. Try to invest and buy as many coins as you can as you know they are much cheaper now and you can not expect the same price next year or the current situation may not be there in future. So coins and hold back until you see a good hike in price.
