461  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Which is the best Bitcoin wallet to hold my Bitcoins for long term on: November 17, 2015, 07:49:58 PM
I am trying to use the flexibility of Bitcoin rate because I can see everyday it changes so can anyone please suggest me the best wallet that can be used to hold my Bitcoins for long term such as for 1 year

For holding that long I would recommend looking at a Cold Storage option, e.g. printing your private key off and storing it in a safe location.
462  Other / Off-topic / Re: DO YOU HAVE 1 BITCOIN? on: November 17, 2015, 11:24:40 AM
I have more than 1BTC although I have also been spending a lot lately ( 10BTC ) on a new computer.

Wow that is a lot of BTC, that computer must be like an alienware or something. In 10 years you may regret spending that much on a computer tho.. I think it's better to be frugal with BTC but maybe you have so many that 10 is nothing for you.

It's a custom built machine with latest gen hardware (Intel Skylake build), I purchased it when 1 BTC was around $250, I don't regret it though, I think if you regret spending BTC because of its potential monetary gain you'll end up driving yourself insane. I was lucky enough to be introduced to Bitcoin early and have enjoyed the roller-coaster. Smiley
463  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Am I correct in the financial calculations of $0.70 a month?? on: November 16, 2015, 06:44:10 PM
As those have said before me, you'll only profit from certain Altcoins, I recommend you avoid SHA-256 and Scrypt based coins due to ASICs.

As that is a high end nVidia card, ccMiner should give you a decent enough hash rate to possibly earn a bit of profit.
464  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Avalon 6 Vs Antminer S7, which one you will choose? on: November 16, 2015, 06:35:53 PM
I bit the big one and bought 2 of the Avalon 6's.  Really hoping they ship this week as promised.
Would you happen to be willing to measure the sound on them and let us know how loud they are?

Would also really appreciate an update as soon as you get them in regards to the sound output, is there any information out there regarding the dB these output?

MaxDZ8 provides a load of valid points, I have used both for various things including being Mining Controllers, I have had some trouble with RPi USB ports in the past, although it is still my preferred device of choice because of the widely available resources behind it.

would be interested if no ICO, good luck guys

I'm sure the majority of people feel the same about this, best of luck though.

The devs are working on POS v2 as we speak. And that will probably solve some of the issues you're having with the wallet. If you're trying to catch the exact bottom of a market then that's a whole other issue.

Sdc is one of the few projects worth holding on to. I would advise you to join our slack channel. You'll find lots of info there.

Good to hear! I agree SDC is one of, if not the best anon coin to hold. Community is awesome here as well!

as i already said: this concept is genious!!
i't can't collapse. it only can increase and decrease in speed (the more unpaid = the slower).

i played many times and got many payouts... but then it was becoming too slow for me and i stopped playing.

i am waiting since then to invest again ... but it has to hit 1-2 BTC first ... and this can really need some time.

maybe it is not happening at all.

yeah same here pretty much, love this site concept, new and innovate and I loved playing at the start a lot but also got out as it slowed down, I was thinking about going back in when loads expired and it went below 10 BTC but still sort of on the bench xD

are they still paying out?

They never stopped, you can see it all on the blockchain as well!! https://blockchain.info/address/1Nine9waAcCQtDsAqM9XwqLnLSsgg1ij2o

i think it will never be over. it can slow down to a point where all expires, but then it will be VERY interesting to play again ... i think only the speed will change

Yeah also think only speed will change from what I see as well, it's actually really well designed around this. Would be cool to see it drop back down low but I don't think it ever will haha  Cheesy

Taking so long to confirm but is quite a large amount which I thought would be included even with 0 fee, is this normal??
Sorry, was me. I sent it without fee by accident and then saw it to late. I searched for any chance, to add the fee later, but found no one.
It was my initial deposit, so was the delay not a really big problem for me. For the next ones, i will doublecheck this, before click the send button ...

No problem, in fact this game has certain advantages to not being included in the next block or two.  I think a zero fee tx is a great opening move.

It certainly made 1Excalibur happy.

Damn nice man! Cheesy

It's not a problem of N9N side, this is your fault!
Are you using original Bitcoin Core?

Oh sorry, forgot to mention it wasn't mine I just didn't understand how the balance on the address was so high, then I saw that transaction.

1Excalibur has been light on sending me graphs, but I found this in my inbox this afternoon.

It only cost about 0.8BTC for all of those deposits!

only 0.8 cost so awesome and really love the graphs  Grin

is this legit?
This is the best"ponzi"site by far.. 100% legit and admin is super nice, I continue to deposit and get paid.. If your looking at these ponzi games and trying to find one to invest into, this is your best bet!

I agree with memphixx. Never played N9N but I keep monitoring it everyday, and there was no complaint from the start!
Actually N9N is the Ponzi game with best mechanism ever, that's why I mostly suggest you guy to play here.
As I've already said such a great Ponzi game handled by a honest and clever admin/team. Keep it up guys  Grin

My predictions: it will collapse soon (within 1 month max) if they won't extend advertisement campaigns, start regular events and don't involve social public. Please take care of altcoins too!

I actually would like to keep N9N my own little secret for a while longer!

hahaha, getting all those N9N coins xD

I don't get it... why let 30 cents goto waste like that?

That address sends like that a lot probably trying to get in-between big payments though most people can do basic math so not sure why they keep trying.
479  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Nine9.ninja - [PonziGame] ★ 200+ BTC Input ★ Altcoins ► Automated ► 125% Return on: March 25, 2015, 05:07:27 PM
I was planning on a thank you reward for the 1000 total transaction
although I honestly believe it would be unfair to only reward the 1000
deposit a small amount, so I would prefer to reward the whole pool
a slightly larger amount by dropping a bonus into it.

Even if your deposit is not paid by the bonus drop, it is benefiting you
by lowering the overall unpaid count and ultimately pushing your deposit
closer to the front of the queue.

Remember that this is simply a gift to those that play and will be dropped
as soon as possible as the 1000 deposit threshold has already been passed.

Thanks for playing and reaching the 1000 Total Transaction milestone for BTC!

Respectable action, props to you, also on topic this made me think about the altcoins and how their total transactions compare, I expected DOGE / LTC to be the leaders of altcoin transactions although it's actually RDD at 203 Total Transactions.  Huh
It looks like it was just a huge spree and has been dead since, pretty unexpected for it to be so high though.

Hi i have question

What's this expired in the status column?

This indicates that the deposit timed out and will not be paid.  Even worse than the typical "Do not pass Go, do not collect the $200." but instead...

            "Game Over"
WAH WAH WHA WAAAAAAAAAH!

"WAH WAH WHA WAAAAAAAAAH!" probably the best sound effect in text format ever.  Grin
