461  Economy / Goods / Re: Casascius coin reseller in Sweden and EU. on: April 22, 2013, 06:30:18 PM
Great, im gonna grab some of the 0.5's soon!

(I think those 0.5's are kinda expensive thou)
The reason why all the coins are quite expensive is due to the limited avaliblity of the coins.
I bought them at a public auction held by Casascius so it will be hard restocking.
I will adjust the price as we go on and more coins are produced.

Glad to hear that you still want to pick some up Smiley

462  Economy / Goods / Casascius coin reseller in Sweden and EU. on: April 22, 2013, 06:01:41 PM
Hello!
I have decided to become a re seller of casascius coins.
Currently I offer shipping within Sweden and EU, I am looking into shipping worldwide as well.
I have a order of 100 0.5 BTC coins and 50 1 BTC coins that will arrive sometimes next week.

If you want to buy some coins head over to
http://physicalbitcoins.openbtcshop.com/

My current plan is to ship smaller amounts in envelopes and bigger amounts in packages.
If you have any suggestion of suitable packaging then PM me Smiley

If you have any questions, comments or feedback please respond in the thread, this is my first time in retail business so any help is appreciated Smiley

I have the same problem.
You need to email the support and ask to get your order imported to the new system.
I emailed Yifu and the support a bit over two weeks ago about it but no answer yet Sad

ASICMINER shares have rallied lately. Time to sell some?
We have roughly 3750 shares left,
500 was sold at 0.8 on the rally up.
I have also placed more shares for sale and I will sell more if we get good bids Smiley
Seems like we will be apply to pay back the full amount Cheesy

465  Economy / Auctions / Re: AUCTION - 10 rolls of new 1BTC Casascius Coins on: April 16, 2013, 06:27:27 PM
Could you send me a single payment address where I can send the money for both the auctions, thanks!
//DeaDTerra

He mentioned you can send it to just one of the addresses, which is what I did.
I just want a confirm before I send anything.
Just a precaution.

Okay,
I got a hold of Andreas.
We chatted a bit, I can confirm that he is Swedish ^^.
We discussed that KNCminer will deliver more info when they can, when you actually have something to give out instead of just plain promises without any backing.
If you want this info then stay tuned to this post or join their newsletter.

So for now I can confirm that at least one of them is Swedish and he sounds pretty legit Smiley

Good to know that you may have found something legit.. thread was started on April 8th .. so could he comes out with something solid in 2 months from now? did he mentioned the foundry, factory, what size of the chips he is using? does he has prior investors funding in this project? hoping to hear more Smiley
He mentioned nothing of the questions above nor did I ask.
It seemed like it was the start of the project and that he would release more info when he had it.

What was the phone number?
//DeaDTerra

http://www.kncminer.com/pages/contacts
+46 8 559 253 20

But, I think only infrastructure (money, engineers, ..., or more money, and use engineers of another company,  for example  FPGA-to-ASIC experts) can  prove,  or not, is  a scam.

I gave it a call but got no answer.
I will try again tomorrow.
If you guys want a Hero member with a good record who is located in Stockholm to audit and vouch for you then send me a PM.
I would love to see your operation and take my experience back to the forum.
//DeaDTerra

I also tried calling them on some of the other numbers on both Friday and Saturday:
+46 8-28 18 53 - phone company message - "number not in use"
+46 76-170 50 40 - call disconnects immediately
+46 72-178 73 60 - phone company message - "it is hard to get through right now"
+46 72-333 34 08 - voicemail - "welcome to kncminer - we can't take your call right now, but please leave a message"

I was thinking about visiting Andreas' house, but decided it would be better to at least speak to someone on the phone first.
Called all these numbers again,
I either get disconnected or get to a answering machine.

Seriously, I suggest someone (+bring friend for security)  in Stockholm area, go to their home and ring the doorbell, perhaps that would help verify two things.
1. That they are who they claim to be, and that it's not just the address of some old lady with dementia.
2. You can ask them outright, what's the current "status".
I would happily go with Rix and check the situation out.
I just want to make sure they actually live there first, so we do not go and know on someone randoms door xD

Well, fuck this format then. Got distracted for a minute and that was it. My max bid isn't even anywhere close to these numbers. Perhaps I should've bid high right away, I don't entirely understand the format yet.
I am sure Mike can be flexible if not then there will be more auctions.

Yes there's about 2 hours left, the summaries just help people place sensible bids.

Also, I extended the other auction thread by 20 minutes, so ending no sooner than 22:20 instead of 22:00.  This is so there aren't two threads scheduled to end simultaneously (even though bidding could cause the first one to end later than 22:20).
Sounds like a smart idea Smiley
