Traceroute and tracert are ICMP trace route utilities not TCP trace route.

I suggest searching on "TCP traceroute" and find what is available for your OS.

Is that 90Mh/s looking better now that BTC is at $1.90 (ndrix) and appears to be skyrocketing?   Smiley
466  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [~160 Gh/s Mining Pool] INSTANT PAYOUT,+1% with LP! +0.8% for no failed blocks! on: April 23, 2011, 06:46:28 PM
Pool's luck is down but mine seems to be improving.  I just noticed my solved block count is up to 4.  Last time I checked, about 2 week ago, it was 1.  three solved blocks in less than 2 weeks.  I only have 350 MH/s.

Oh well, Now I'm playing the 'What if I was solo' game in my head.  Darn, solved block count.  Smiley

Anyway,  Happy Hashing to all.

ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

Nice.
473  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: 20 blocks accepted... where's my bitcoins? on: April 09, 2011, 11:00:12 PM
The miner software computes hashes at a lower difficulty than required for a block.  This is probably what your seeing.  If you were pool mining, these would be shares.  These lower difficulty shares could be a solution to the higher difficulty required for a block.

If you do solve a block,  You will see 50 BTC in your local Bitcoin client.
474  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: 20 blocks accepted... where's my bitcoins? on: April 09, 2011, 10:52:49 PM
You might be confusing shares with blocks.   Where are you mining?  Pool or solo?
475  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Cooperative mining (160Ghash/s) on: April 07, 2011, 03:49:47 AM
Vertical axis is percentage.

"For example, the theoretical curve shows that 87% of blocks should be found after less that (2 * the current difficulty) shares."

How can it be posible? I've been watching the window and it was working, and I've also been checking my gpu temps and my card was at >60º so it was working... what happened here? Shocked

Are you set for Pay-Per-Share?   PPS does not show you payout by block, only Proportional.

1. Open TaskManager
2. Processes Tab
3. Right-click the process
4. Set Priority to AboveNormal

I believe it is not 100 blocks before Slush pays out.

BobR,  Are you referring to round #2694 2011-04-01 14:59:48?

and are you saying that it went invalid after Slush's site said it was confirmed or during the 100 blocks before validity?
